You most likely didnt read my post to bennet. You just jumped on the bangwagon, for reasons best known to you. Point of correction: I have never push for his silence. Even my last post stated how valuable his membership & contribution here is. My issue is just with the research stuff. All the other things you brought up are irrelevant to me. Kingfish542: |
Nah bro, dont be like that. Was just a simple analogy no slight intended. Look at it this way, you ever been with a person or at a place then something happened & people started saying - what were you doing at that place or with that person? Kingfish542: |
A broken record has you this pressed? what are you? a DVD? You should calm down & let go of your emotions. I say this cos I might come back reiterating the same belief that got you livid. Its not to annoy you but to express my sincere opinion, which sadly you have no control over. You see my post to the research guy? go & read it. As much as I dont agree with him, I was civil & treated him with respect. Thats how to engage people & appeal to their reasoning. You can continue to go off all you, if you please. This is my last time with you. Peace. MeinKampf: |
How long have you been wanting to say that to me? I put my opinion here just like you just did, people have been doing & more will. Why do you feel threatened? Is there a gun to your head to accept or agree with my opinion? Or is it a complex issue you're dealing with? MeinKampf: |
Honestly, ndoeyopbennet atk1nson just like many others before him, is right. Your research is not totally unrelated to the discuss but it adds too little to it. It waters it down a great deal & provides a leeway for people with ulterior moves to derail the thread. The amount of people who have pointed to this fact is unusual & that shouldnt go without your notice. You're a researcher & I'm sure you appreciate the value of feedback. What you're doing is great but how about you create a thread for this research, where you can dump all your stuff & even attract your own crowd of like minds. Rather than doing that here and alienating the readers. Every day there's an argument on this thread about your work. Which makes it kind of counter productive to the mission of the OP as much of that energy could have been pulled into & in furtherance of the subject of the thread. Your membership & contribution on the thread is valuable; its just the part that has to do with your work. |
Relax. Save your breath for the NPF anti-cultism unit when they catch in association with murderers, robbers & rapists cultists. Make sure to tell them you're a good cultist & they must release you to go home immediately. Reverend Father Cultist ![]() Kingfish542: |
Do you notice how they're all registered as an association thats way different from their confraternity names? It was intentional. If you arrest someone who is a Sealord for criminal activities or with arms. He doesnt tell you he's with NAS (National association of sealord - registered name for buccaneers), he says he's a buccaneer which is not recognised by law. If you try to link him with NAS, NAS will deny him as a member, vehemently. Passionate888: |
I see a number of people do not fully grasp the concept of 'guilty by association' or are just being mischievous. For those who may want to learn & others who may want to join a cult, thinking 'i'll just join i wont kill' I'll break it down. If you insinuate that all moslems are guilty of boko haram crimes becos BH are moslems. You are as well guilty of BH offences as they are blacks like you. So you see thats not how it works. To be guilty by association, the association itself has to be criminal. Last time I checked, being moslem isnt a crime but being a member of a terrorist group is. If you're caught with someone in your cult who committed murder without your help, he will be charged for murder, you wont be allowed to go but a jew would be released. You'll be punished as stated by law for belonging to such a group. That is being Guilty by Association. |
How can a whole BAN force someone to join? Ban that rejects people sef. If your teeth aint sparkling white ban dont want you. Clean, fine boys with 9.0 cgpa. Wait, you said they beat you at ini? No ban is non-violent, they too tu.sh for that. Ban cant hurt a fly. Ban is the subject of a phd research...rica is a genius o, Einstein learnt from him. The highest point of his life was rector of a college of eduction even the nobel laureate cudnt achieve that...loool JOKERS...! |
Weldone for speaking up. Saw through their bullshit. They would all be online same time, liking each other's post & buttressing each other's point. Their agenda was so glaring, just didnt wanna throw accusations, so I was subtle. They'll be back again much later or another group. The losers wont listen to reason, quit cultism & take their L in peace until they catch a bullet...or an axe. I'm out of sympathies for any murdered cultist. Let their families cry for them. swankyshank: |
Exactly what they want. betexplorer901: |
NOTE: If you claim to be doing an expose or demystifying a cult group on this thread and its members are warming up to you, cuddling you & offering you 'certain' information, you're doing some thing wrong. You're not hurting them, you're playing into their hands. It is a common knowledge here & almost law that people who expose a cult here are usually attacked by both members, acclaimed ex members & sympathizers of the group. Someone a little above this post said we only care to read stories on hits and death. Yes, to a large extent I do, not for my pleasure but because I believe the video of that young man being hacked to death will do more to deter youth than a research thesis on BAN secret code. |
3 people mentioned me, cant reply everyone, so this is a one for all. Nigerian factor: Some1 doing a doctorate research is going to appeal to a lot of senses, its the Nigerian way. But some people research, most which is not towards a doctorate & their findings might shock even a prof. Knowledge doesnt live in a space. To understand a cult, you dont go to their public events; thats where they do their image laundering. To understand cultism, you need to leave the comfort of a library & the company of books. Its not space technology, it lives with you, go out. It will stare at you in the face. Then if you know how to, you can talk to it, feel it. Analyse it. Any cult secret code being studied is STRICTLY for research as most cultists out there dont care much about it. Note that the code here (njxhr) is not the lingua (Wida you). The things that draw young people to cult is NOT the code or the ethos. Its the little & flimsy things - Girls, Power, Clout, Protection etc. Thats where we must focus. |
We are not here to learn or study the way & language of cultists. We are exposing their lies and deception, exposing them for the rabid blood thirsty lunatics they are & the evil cultism is. mmrinn: |
No, you stop! Stop playing to the gallery. Much of the info he's putting out no matter how fancy, are out of the point of this thread. His research has too little or no impact on the objective of the thread at this level. You should get the topic of the research & explain how it correlates it with that of the thread then you'll see how smart it makes you DeeMain: |
Most of the information & materials he's got on BAN is from BAN. He thinks he's researching them but they're conditioning him by limiting, cherrypicking & distorting the facts at his disposal. inspirator1: |
I stated same yesterday. Much of the straight forward stuff are made to look ambuigous & complex; presenting the whole of BAN as one highly intellectual group, fallacy. mmrinn: |
I cant say this didnt cross my mind. Research discussion subtlely promoting BAN... inspirator1: |
Most of the mentioned are basically gangs. Much like the 1million boys in Lagos using SVC lingua. mmrinn: |
I've been out-voted I guess. Y'all have the floor then, knock yourselves out. StrongandMighty: |
I reckon hustla: |
All these research stuff making me all fuzzy & the thread so boring & lifeless; got me thinking about unfollowing the thread for the first time. If y'all can cut it a bit. I mean research is cool but you dont have to dump all your stuff here. #SayNoToCultism |
We are saying about the same thing. Some people think to make Nigeria great the the old politicians have to be killed. You can give them credit for the intention (to make Nigeria great) & fault them for the process (murder). Thats about what I did. We are on the same side. DeeMain: |
FOR SOME COMIC RELIEF: Imagine your son comes home from year1 in the university with a 4.82 cgpa. So you gladly uncork a bottle of wine. 'come my son, you have made me proud. come & drink with me' 'No. rica said not to drink' 'who's rica ''rica ricardo' WHAT WOULD YOU DO? |
BUSTED rica forgot to tell them not to lie. KodakBlack: |
You should be raising money to buy the baby from her. omojesu202: |
Chris525: |
A lot of the founders meant well. I can say this for PC, BAN, NBM & SEC. Truth is they were just too young, an ill-equipped to actualize what they had in mind. Rica sought to control mind of the individual. Which I'm sure he later realised was impossible. Macro231101: |
Really? If all you typed there is true then I must tell you rica wanted to start a church but didnt know how to go about it. Macro231101: |
'follow the path of rica' would seem to me like you all should go & create a secret society as thats the only thing rica's known for. Correct me if I'm wrong. Macro231101: |
The curious case of the NBM against the other cults. I'll answer to the best of my knowledge: The NBM & EIYE are rooted & popular based on initial ideology which we all now know to be a sham anyway. Eiye's creed & ethos forbade members to rape, steal etc. fighting crime & societal ills. it looked good at the time as it addressed problems of society. It was an easy sell unlike seafaring tales of criminals, so a lot signed up. NBM was for freedom, at a time when Africa was either under colonial rule or cruel dictatorship; it was valid at the time, a lot of people keyed in. EIYE & BAN are from same school - UI so there's a bit of familiarity which extended to 'friends' of BAN - PC & SVC. As NBM & SEC grew, supremacy crisis set in leading to a bloody rivalry. All the others got along with SEC based on familiarity earlier mentioned, so NBM saw them all as the same with SEC - foes. The others usually need SEC to fight with them against NBM as they dont have the men to fight NBM alone. |
Let me also add that these Pirates, Bucaneers & Vikings our young people are trying so hard to depict caused a lot of people pains and sorrow in those times. They looted, raped, maimed, killed & took advantage of the defenseless. Imagine young people centuries from now depicting Boko Haram as strong, rugged & noble men Thats a perfect illustration of what cultism is now.Imagine re-enacting the criminal lifestyle of a group people who lived at a time there was no water cistern, electricity or phones. How much more backward & unprogressive can a mind be ![]() |
