Ezenwa is our 3rd choice goal keeper at d world cup
Whether u like it not,d emergence of uzoho will only threating akpeyi and alampasu chances at d world cup wyle Enyeama will easily tie down d 1st choice if he comes back.

Not dt ezenwa is better dan d two aforementioned, but when it comes to national team invitation to a tournament, d criteria used in compiling names for tournament goes beyond "FOOTBALL REASON",in wc enzenwa falls into,d guy is going to world cup.Na only injury fit stop d guy.
This your assertion wouldn't hold water if Ikeme starts playing by January and Uzoho continues doing well.

Enyeama, fit Ikeme and Uzoho are our best bet

Marcelo Bielsa Makes U- Turn : Enyeama Back In Training With Lille First Team

Former captain and goalkeeper of the Super Eagles Vincent Enyeama has been handed a lifeline by coach of the team Marcelo Bielsa following his return from a six months injury lay off. Enyeama and 11 others were deemed surplus to requirements by Bielsa upon his appointment as coach of the team in the summer , paving the way for them to leave the club. However 35 year old Enyeama couldn’t make a move in the summer as he was recuperating from the meniscus surgery he had towards the end of last season. Now fully recovered the goalkeeper posted a video of himself back in training with the team for the first time in six months, a post which will no doubt mean a return to the national team set up of Nigeria. Coach of the Super Eagles Gernot Rohr has confirmed he has had positive talks on a return with the goalkeeper who left the national team in controversial circumstances last year following a row with former coach Sunday Oliseh.

The day KC traded his game for British passport was the day he abruptly set himself up for failure. He would have been better of, in a system that favours his style of play somewhere outside England, though in one of the top five leagues. That said, look how he let this chance given to him today, slip. Dude was atrocious today, Shakes had to save his sorry ass by yanking him off. Chai who are his advisors?

Plz we should do everything possible to get Tammy aboard the ship because with Kelechi's form and Ighalo's ever erratic style of play, I doubt we would be able to sail when the ocean tides rise in Russia.

Thanks for this mature explanation,I thought Pantillimon is d first choice but i heard that first choice got injured

As u said is a plus for Uzoho for displacing Pantillimon, just need to work more and cement his place as Number 1.very encouraging development.
The way I see that guy, even Ruben will sit when he finally comes back.

U can still doubt that as u did when I told u that his debut was near.

A long time ago I gave my assessment about Success and the Waste Man tag, I mentioned attitude.

It reminds me of Adel Tarrant one if the most technically gifted players in the world. Saw him at Fulham in training and immediately it became apparent he has big attitude problems. And he would not be going anywhere commensurate with hus amazing talent.

Amazing talent and no discipline will amount to ZERO progress.
I must say I'm sorry I dissed you when you first pointed out these loop holes. You actually were right, dude really is a waste man. He is anything but his name (success). He is a total disgrace to immense talent.

I ain't got no hope on him no more. I won't be surprised if Watford releases him in the near future. Dude should be playing in the Indian league.

pls who is Uzoho, all we need now is top class keeper not average.

A keeper that w complement d average ones we have now not a keeper that is still struggling to make a bench in his club side.

What is d difference between Uzoho and Alampasu that make d former better coz Alampasu is still struggling to displace Akpeyi,Ezenwa now Ajiboye is in d contention.

My wish is for Enyeama to come back, hope he get club by January before WC.

Also wish Ikeme quick recovery but I doubt his WC participations
That's why it's a legerdemain and not a reality per se but that's not In any way ruling out the chances of it happening. We all have the right to create fantasies..

But wait oo, if Uzoho gets the nod to be Deportivo's numero uno before January, u don't think he would displace both Akpeyi and Ezenwa to become Eagles number one in the absence of Enyeama and Ikeme?

If u are good enough, u are old enough. Age ain't no determinant factor here oo. Ask Muslera and of course Gigi Donarunma.

He had a great game and was given a standing ovation when he was subbed.

His chances are bright but it is too early. He should just focus on his development.
I'll like to know the opponent was.

BTW, here is my legerdemain for Eagles' back line come January, before then, alotta water must have passed under the bridge.

Felix Uduokhai LB/CB.: Rohr gotta be blunt while trynna convince him to pledge because he definitely won't be considered by Loew enroute Russia, make him see reasons why he stand a better chance with the Eagles. Plus the hunger for the Mundial and its accolades

Jordan Torunarigha LB/CB: same blunt truth and reasons as Felix.

Nura Abdullahi RB: should be playing for Roma before and after January, ceteris paribus

The first two would come as back ups to Eldersson or better yet push him out totally, and to an extent with Awaziem, they would form backups to BALO-KONG also.

Nura would fight it out with Shehu, Aina and Ebuehi because no one owns that RB yet.

In the goalkeepers section, I'm tipping Enyeama to start playing before January, Ikeme, by January and of course Uzoho before and by January, for their respective first teams.

Here "5-0" is the scoreline (in favour of the Eagles) I saw in my dream this past night. I don't know if it's gonna play out exact same way but victory for the Eagles obvious.

BTW, has the central defense pair of Balo and Ekong ever conceded from an open play? I guess no, and neither has it given away any penalty nor a free kick that resulted to a goal in any competitive match.

http://aoifootball.com/2017/09/21/azubu ... in-
turkey/

Olympic Bronze medal winning midfielder, and
former captain of Nigeria’s U-23 team to the Rio
2016 Olympics, Azubuike Okechukwu has been
rated second highest passer of the ball in the
Turkish Super Lig, according to latest statistics
AOIFootball.com gathered that the Nigerian
international, who has had two caps for the
Super Eagles and who currently plays for newly
promoted club Yeni Malatyaspor, has completed
a total of 269 passes with a 90 percent accuracy
after just 5 games in the Turkish Super Lig.
The stats was courtesy of a top European
statistics and scouting set up, Tofe T. Stats.
The former Bayelsa United defensive midfielder
is second to Galatasaray midfielder, Fernando,
who has completed 353 passes this term with 90
percent accuracy also after 5 games in the
league.
Zubby, as he is fondly called among teammates,
was one of the top best passers of the ball last
season in the Turkish Super Lig 2 and was
instrumental to his team’s eventual promotion to
the elite division.

With Agu's horrendous showing in Yaounde and presently in the Turkish league, plus Onazi's inability to give a simple pass both in d league and here in the SE, I don't get why these two still get the nod ahead of Zubby.

Wetin we no go read for here
That username just surfaced and exhibited one of the Nerd's habit, so don't be surprised that was Nerd in a different moniker. Nigga always feel he is better than everyone and that everybody is jealous of his achievements. If u were here when he had a fight with da Bigblangston, u would understand this better. This guy (Nerd) went as far as calling Blangston a low life riff raff who was jealous of his achievements as a youngster. A guy above 25 still called himself a youngster? was the question and correction from one of the thread members. He feels he has better career than everyone else whereas he doesn't have the slightest idea what each and everyone of us does for a living neither does he know our achievements in life. Just because we lot don't come here reeling out our achievements in life like he does, doesn't make us underachievers. Throughout my stay here, I have noticed one thing about him... Nigga is so full of himself and he has no regards whatsoever for whoever has a different opinion from his. He always wants everything to go his way. He is too emotional and saucy, reason he gets into quarrels more often than not, Safari had same trait (emotional and saucy) but turned a new live after the invasion some months ago. Seriously, if that guy doesn't change his way, he would have more enemies than friends even in real life.

He fought Blangston, he fought da Forgiveness and now this new dude and...counting. Who else gets into fights like he does? Too much reading of the book called "the secret of power" He ain't no kid no more but he is too puerile for my liking.

But above all, guy is a great analyst and knows the game inside out. But his attitude remains his undoing.

It's so painful, Rohr doesn't rate Onyekuru that highly. I would pick him ahead of Musa, while the later takes Aaron Samuel's place on the standby list, I would also make a chance for Kayode on the standby list. It's his call at the end of the day and that was just my 2cent.

The naysayers were already ruling out Moses just because Zappa performed against an Azerbaijan club, they had to sweep all what Moses did Last season under the carpet because in my local parlance we say "a luta agbogho, a chupu agadi". This Rashford and Iheanacho comparison is totly unnecessary IMO.. Both are very talented but Rashford was just much more luckier than Kelechi.. If not for an injury crisis that made Van Gaal hand him him Man utd debut,he'd probably still be in the reserve team or maybe on loan already cause Mourinho isn't the type of coach that likes giving youth players chance.. he prefers to go for the ready made players.

If Kelechi had the same kind of opportunity at city he might be on a better level than Rashford now. Hopefully he doesn't get lost in Shakespeare's boring football system

The way some people tremble whenever the name *Rashford* is mentioned here would tell even the blind who is better presently. I blv KC will bounce back but I'm afraid Leicester is a bad place to be right now with their kick/follow style.

Rashford had his chance served on a platter? Chai I can be patriotic but not preposterous, Rashford got his chance and seized it. Injury knocked off those above him, then, he was called up to fill in, he grabbed the little opportunity with both hands and since then, hasn't looked back. Apart from your defense and midfield which are spot on, your goalkeeper and attack get k-legs.

I no wan see Akpeyi and Ezenwa for that list if Enyeama and Nwokolor are available.

Na one day man go stand.

In the attack, Ahmed Musa is still very much needed. Therefore, Onyekuru should be retained in the standby list. grin

However, I don't see why Azubiuke should be ahead of Raheem Lawal when we know he's far better.

People have forgotten that Raheem won the best player of the tournament in the first edition of CAF U23 despite coming third and that he has been playing consistently in Spanish third tier and the Turkish top league for donkey years.

In short, we know he ignored his club to play for us in that competition and that damaged his move to la liga that season. Many of those who ignored the national team for their club then have been given chances and some are still in the national team. You see life!? shocked

That's why I will never stop calling out for his inclusion in the national team.
Do u have any goalkeepers presently in better shape than what's obtainable now? What's the guarantee that recuperating enyeama will be match fit before that decisive encounter in less than a month? I like nwokolor as much as u do but be honest, how many minutes has he under his belt so far this season compared to Ezenwa?

In the attack u can make a case for anybody but Musa that hasn't made the match day squad dating back to almost middle of last season. Even with Eagles, he hardly see minutes of action and the few minutes he was on the pitch specifically in the double header against Cameroun, he didn't make any striking impact, u can argue that he didn't have enough time, but if he was cutting it at training, he would be playing more. At the club level, form and Stats wise, onyekuru trumps him.

Rahim Lawal? The less said, the better. He now plays in the same league as Azu, has he been as good as or any better than Azu in Turkey so far? Though they played with different sets at the u23, Rahim was never as good as Azu was at the u23s.

Lol u thumbed up my defence even with Shehu (a Cyprus league player) on the list? Hmmm wonders they say...
