PhonesRe: No Nigerian Should’ve More Than 3 Phone Numbers – Pantami by chriskosherbal(m): 1:05pm On Feb 05, 2020
I think the ban on Nigeria by USA has started to generate result, having a database for the citizens of a country cannot be overemphasized. The federal government should find a way of synchronizing NIN, NIMC,TIN, BVN, VOTERS CARD into one for the effectiveness of the result they seek as well as making it easy for citizens .

But why e b say we go don collect b4 we get sense as a nation ..

MRcocaFanta:
You write as if you are a 12 years old girl child.

In all the op had talked about, it's the money she sent to her man, that's your problem.

Ladies like you will never have a working relationship because you are selfish, self centered, insecure, greedy even to your own husband.

Relationship is all about sacrifice.

Women like you will start asking her husband money for garri to make Eba but you used your money to buy Brazilian hair.
I was about to give a piece of my mind but you beat me to it, can you imagine as if she is better than ladies who have or are still giving to thier men. You marry such women and you run out of cash at some point in time just know you are finished.

It's every man's prayer that God will not connect him to such selfish, self-centered, egocentric, never-sacrifising type of woman, who believes it is only the man's money that is good for spending and not hers, this type will be building houses and the husband will be borrowing to feed the children both contributed to have .

Op pls don't follow that ladies advice you have a good heart just pray more and watch keenly the man that will appreciate and like you for who you are will definitely show up...

RuudVanNisteroy:
Nigeria has a 10% rate of visa overstayer's, which is one of the highest rates based on the number of visas granted . Why wasn't Ghana,Sierra Leone,Togo or Congo banned?We only have ourselves to blame angry
Even though I don't support individuals who over stay there welcome in USA, I must say without mixing words that if the country was good and everything was in place travelling abroad will only be for tourism, education and likes not a way of escape, as it was in the 50's & 60's,so I must say this ban on Nigeria was successfully orchestrated over the years by our wicked,selfish and self-centered POLITICIANS, who have successfully embezzled the future destiny of the citizenry hence the need to seek greener pastures by the citizens and the final nail on the head was carried out by the present government.

So in conclusion I must say Nigerians both home & in diaspora must hold our politicians accountable for bringing this BAN on its citizenry due thier non-chalant attitude to work, continuous embezzlement over the years, failed policies, insecurity, total disregard of the rule of law amongst others too numerous to mention.

God bless Nigeria.

If We have many individuals with Dangote's mentality/mindset as it concerns domestic investment, the Nigerian economy will definitely feel the positive impact.

But all we have are greedy politicians who will loot and loot and instead of investing thier looting at home they choose to take it abroad or stuff it in a silo somewhere .

Thumps up Dangote.

FG not fighting corruption to impress Transparency International - Lai Mohammed

The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has reacted to Transparency International's recent report which ranked Nigeria 146 out of 180 corrupt countries, with a total of 26 points out of a possible 100 points.

In an interview with some international media organisations in London, the Minister stated that the Federal Government is not fighting corruption to impress Transparency International but to develop the country. He added that they are already winning the fight.

Lai Mohammed said;

“In any event, we are not fighting corruption because we want to impress any organisation. We are fighting corruption because we believed that without fighting the menace, the much-sought development will not happen and we have results to show for fighting corruption.

“We have put in place policies and legislation that have tamed the monster called corruption. For instance, apart from the TSA which has saved us billions of Naira, we put in place transparency portal which enables every Nigerians to see how much is being spent by government every day.

“Under the transparency portal regulation, any expenditure above N5 billion must be reported and that gives every Nigerian the opportunity to know exactly what is going on.

“We will continue to fight corruption and we know that we are winning the war.”

On alleged selective prosecution in the anti-corruption fight, Lai Mohammed said;

“How do you say that when serving senators and past governors who were members of the ruling party are now serving jail terms?”

PoliticsRe: Supreme Court Ruling: Ihedioha Can Still Be Governor by chriskosherbal(m): 8:46am On Jan 20, 2020

To revisit a case already settled has happened many times before. Almost 50 years ago, we had the case of Johnson v Lawanson (1971) 7 NSCC 82 where the Supreme Court found cause to overrule itself. In that case, Justice G.B.A Coker of the Apex Court made the point that “when the court is faced with the alternative of perpetuating what it is satisfied is an erroneous decision which was reached per incuriam and will, if followed, inflict hardship and injustice upon the generations in the future or of causing temporary disturbances of rights acquired under such a decision, I do not think we shall hesitate to declareto declare the law as we find it.”

Is like you forgot to read this part too, I have read most of your comment well that's your opinion and you are entitled to it, a word of advice sometimes try to also look at the other side of the coin and have an objective view.
