Thank you very much sassy92: No, your EPL must come from the school you graduated from. Please make sure you check and confirm that the schools you're applying to accept EPL. Uniassist will not forward your documents to the school if you send EPL and they asked for English test. CVs and Motivation letter don't need to be sent via post, simply upload onto your portal. If you're writing more than one motivation letter, write the school and course at the top of the letter so that Uniassist will forward appropriately. |

Thank you very much, this has really been helpful. I have a few more questions however please. For the English proficiency letter, must it come from the university i attended? Or can i use one from a different university close by me? Also for the documents, i assumed that since uniassist can be used to apply to different institutions, only the generic documents will be needed. Since letter of motivation and CV is mostly usually tailored to the particular course and institution, will i still be sending these to uni assist too? Please kindly clarify. Thank you. sassy92: 1. You can send now, provided your documents and payment get to Uniassist by January 15th youre good. So start now, however you may not get admission letter on time especially for schools that offer rolling admission, and getting admission on time is crucial in getting visa appointment. 2. The documents required is based on the documents the schools you're applying to require. But basically its transcripts, certificates, English test or EPL, motivation letter, CV etc. So check the requirements of the schools you're applying to. If you don't have all your documents already, then you may not meet with the deadline. |

Hello everyone. I have just joined the thread. I have read through several pages and i have learnt several new things. Thank you.
I found some schools that i will love to apply to. For most, the deadline for application is January 15 and i have to apply via uni assist. I have a few questions concerning this:
1. I hear uni assist takes about 4 weeks to review, will it be too late to start the process for a January 15 deadline? 2. Has anyone sent documents to uni assist lately? I will be happy to see the full list of what you sent.
I will be grateful for any reply. Thank you. |

Gurus in the house. Please help me. chrislong: Hello everyone on the thread. Ive been following the thread since and would like to share my situation and solicit help too.
I was admitted for a diploma program last year and I duly applied for visa but I was denied and the only reason was that the VO was not convinced that I will return. I submitted all documents and statement of purpose in an online application. I do not have any travel experience and my sponsor as at that time was my uncle. However I uploaded documents showing that I have a land in Nigeria. My passport at the the time of my application was almost expiring too.
I have been given another admission and I want to reapply, I have renewed my passport and I plan to use myself as the sponsor this time. I need any form of advice that I can get and a few answers to my questions.
1. Is it safer to go with paper based application or online? Which one has the higher chances of approval? 2. What is the minimum balance that I should have apart from school fees since I am sponsoring myself and is there a minimum inflow and outflow required? 3. What are the documents that you think should be essentially added to increase my chance.
Thank you very much. I hope this works out so I can resume in September. |

Its a wonder how i have never seen Damiosy face to face but we have had so many successful deals together. My referrals have never been disappointment. Two years ago, i bought a personal laptop through him for the first time, the laptop is still perfect and i am typing with it right now. I just got my second personal computer from him two days ago and it is FRESHHHH. He updated me every step of the way and we would even discuss my best options at late hours. Finally picked one to order and it shipped and i got it in two days. I never type long reviews for anyone but nah fammm, this is different. Man is honest, clean and straight. Someone you can trust. I'll definitely try to get you more referrals. Thanks a lot. |

Hello everyone. i was denied on first try. I applied for gcms note and i was told the VO isnt convinced that i am going to come back. Quite understandable but i am going to re-apply and i need a few pointers.
1. The bank statement i used ended in march or thereabouts, will i be needing a new bank statement? 2. I am going for a diploma in education which is probably why the VO thinks that, i however have an uncle's school that i plan to come back to. I have however not worked there and didnt state it in my former SOP. Is it possible to get a letter from this school showing i am coming back to them and aid my cause? 3. If yes, is there a sample of any of such letters?
Looking forward to replies and i will come with anything that comes to mind too. Thank you. |

Frankrobbn1: .
chrislong,
Your question is vague, that's why no one paid attention to it. Please start by exploring to www.cic.gc.ca you will get a better understanding once you visit the site. Any abbreviation you seem not to understand, ask questions.... Like SOP - statement of purpose, LOA - Letter of acceptance, TRV - Temporary resident visa, PPR - passport request, LOE - letter of explanation, V.O - Visa officer, LOS - Letter of sponsorship, PR - Permanent Residence, SOA - statement of account, etc... As time goes on you will get to adapt with the system.
To the above bolded_____ YES! You need a TRV.
You need all your academic and career accomplishment documents, sponsors business/employment documents, bank statement for the past 6 months.
Finally do yourself good by reading the previous part 13 thread. Trust me after reading the 500 pages there, you will be more advanced than me.
All the best! Thank you |

Christianity Etc › Bible Stories For Kids In Canada by chrislong(op): 5:21am On Feb 10, 2017 |
Hello, I am currrently collecting arts from kids within the age of 9-12 years in Canada for the museum of the bible.
It is an amazing opportunity for kids to get their drawings published. All the kid has to do is draw to a story and have a signed permission from the parents/guardian allowing the art to be published. If the kids drawing is selected to be published, the kid gets a free bible story and a $10 bonus.
So if you live in Canada and have a kid or know a kid who would be interested, kindly get in touch or leave a comment.
Shalom. |
