Exactly! Your success or failure is not tied to any politician. Someone's progress is not tied to Obi, Tinubu or Atiku. Please anyone with solid plans to japa emphasis on SOLID abeg do so o! BlueRayDick: It's not that deep. Whether Atiku, Obi or Tinubu wins I still get plans to leave the country for my sanity. |

He does it all the time at least for the previous elections I have observed. BlueRayDick: Buhari has voted, but while voting he broke the law. He displayed his ballot paper after thumbprinting and made it known he voted APC instead of keeping it secret.
This Buhari ehn! |

Just your usual Wike bravado talk operation Atiku will not see shi shi in Rivers State. Unfortunately for Mikano he's not a son of the soil that will make Rivers indigenes brave the odds for him. Voting for LP will most likely be the safe bet for a lot of people in Rivers tomorrow. That's the thing about grooming a monster one day one day it will come back to bite you in the behind. OasisX:

It's not always that simple that a player comes and outperforms a player in training doesn't necessarily mean he should be handed a starting shirt. Sometimes experience and big game mentality matters a lot. I watched a recent interview of Mikel's where he described Hazard as a very lazy player during trainings but come match day he would be the best player on the pitch. If the EPL player has shown consistently over past few games the ability to perform in the big matches then it would be hard for a championship player no matter how talented to displace him. At the end of the day a coach should understand and know what he wants and act accordingly. TheGoodJoe: My opinion has been having our own screening criteria. Let the camping system screen the players. Have room for other players to join the camp and compete for spaces in the team.
That will help people sit up.
If a player is on the bench in a championship side and comes in and outperforms a regular in a premier league club in camp, he should play because he is actually better. |

3 years is fair especially if he's winning trophies and bagging loads of individual awards along the way. He's currently not too far off the world class label. TheGoodJoe:
Time.
World class Status is performing at this level for at least five to ten years. |

If you knew his history you won't be saying this. He was a political thug for hire before he started using 'fulani herdsmen' matter to gain clout. Curiously the reduction in herdsmen attacks coincided with when he ran away to Benin Republic make of that what you will. And it's not as simple as setting up Amotekun. If it was then EbubeAgu should have led to the eradication of 'gunmen' in SE. DissTroy: Asides the needless sensationist agitations, Sunday Igboho was fighting a good cause rallying up South West residents against murderous Fulani Herdsmen. His call to arms to defend Yorubaland was the incubator for Amotekun.
Don't lump Sunday Igboho with the others. I don't think there's any account of him asking his supporters to maim and kill. He just asked them to defend Yorubaland from terrorist herdsmen. Same thing Amotekun has been dedicated to doing. |

No matter our political affiliations or sympathies I think as a people Nigerians have to angry not to give voice or legitimacy to vagabonds like Sunday Igboho, Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa, Shekau of damned memory and that Yoruba nation guy arrested in London. afrodoc2: Thanks Chief. I wonder why they waited for so long before applying diplomatic pressure. The guy has done a lot of harm and has sown discord between many Igbo brothers and between many Igbos and non-Igbos. |

Bro I believe action speaks louder than words at this point. On Saturday we will all know the real deal. Itsrm: Wike has said it countless times that he has told Rivers people who to vote for. He has told people at campaign venues that their leaders will tell them who to vote for.
We have seen loyalists of Wike like Chidi Loyd openly campaigning for Tinubu. What other evidence do you need?
Now tell us who told you Wike denied Obi permit or did you also get it from Kweku |

PDP has solid structures to make Atiku come second in at least 3 SE states. For SS Okowa will deliver Delta by fire by force while he could possibly win Edo or Akwa Ibom if not both. Itzlinda: Do you think Atiku will win some of south east and south east. I am personally giving him third position based on the popularity of Obi. |

Chief I didn't say he mentioned Osimhen na! I think we can draw parallels for Osimhen with the point Henry was making about Benzema and Kane how they get involved in attacking plays to assist their fellow forwards unlike Haaland who mostly stays central waiting for crosses or long balls. Bruv Asari Dokubo that barely controls parts of Rivers State will some how have clout to lockdown and control events in the SE? IPOB in its current form should have never been encouraged to evolve to its present state. Spy360: I can say that this is Tinubu sponsored Simon Ekpa via Asari Dokubo.
There is evidence that Simon Ekpa works for Tinubu to destabilise the SE politically. Simon does not have men on ground, he uses Asari Dokubo's men.
Asari himself have threatened peace in the SE, most of the UGM are his boys. Asari works for Tinubu. There was a time Simon posted on twitter flyers announcing no election, but on the background is a Vote for Tinubu poster.
The real IPOB wants Obi to win with hope that he will release Nnamdi Kanu as ordered by the court. Simon Ekpa does not want Kanu to be released. He is making a living out of the whole situation. And some foolish Igbo people will be listening to him. |

Naa I think the muslim-muslim ticket will be too much for Rivers people to stomach if not APC could have had a realistic chance of winning. On the flip side Atiku had better do something o because I don't know any successful presidential candidate who has failed to win any of Lagos, Kano and Rivers in any election. These are also big states in terms of voting population. Itsrm: Wike is pulling serious weight for Tinubu.
Plus he's the anointed candidate of the SDP, APC and now Wikes faction of the PDP.
Men in the creeks like Dokubo are also on his side.
Obidients had better put their acts together and come out in their numbers to vote.
Else, all those projections of him winning Rivers State will amount to nothing. |

My guy it still pains me why the powers that be in APC from Buhari to Tinubu couldn't have given this man a chance. Funny thing is a lot of his PYO's detractors can't make up their minds about him. The opposition that called him ineffectual and BDSM are crowing how they would have voted for him if he was APC's candidate while the BAT camp that labeled him a Judas and a political lightweight/nobody are almost beginning him to come out publicly to endorse Tinubu Saturday is almost here sha. One way or the other Nigeria will progress positively. DissTroy: Osinbajo just said those in control of our oil structures must account for all the theft.
Buhari has been Petroleum Minister since 2015 and sole administrator of everything oil in this country since then.
Osinbajo just called your darling Buhari a petrol thief!
I double-dare Tinubu and El Rufai to say this.
PYO is a man. He was removed from heading the NEC for years so there's no way anybody can blame him for Buhari's failed economic policies.
Prof has held the diplomatic front well and if he had headed the NEC, the Nigeria Startup Act which is his brainchild would be been implemented by now.
He would have also ensured fintechs in Nigeria were ready to cushion the effect of the cashless policy if he was kept in the loop as he has a very good relationship with the ICT industry.
May the universe never forgive APC for denying us a potential President Osinbajo. Never! |
Politics › Re: Buhari Support Groups Shun Tinubu Lagos Rally, Collapse Structures For Atiku by chrisooblog: 2:18pm On Feb 22, 2023 |
This is still my stand point. For Atiku to win this election he has to flog Tinubu hands down in the north and the generality of the polls show it might not happen. People feel a lot of the APC governors up north might double cross BAT but the APC have many big politicians up north on the ballot whose interest will be affected even if they intend going for Atiku. It's so funny an Atiku/Obi combination would have won this election easily but let's see how it goes sha. garfield1: Buhari is a fanatic, radical Muslim supporting sharia,he was close to the masses.he worked with Islamic clerics and those close to the masses.atiku is elitist, not close to the masses or cleric.they dont like him |

Think so too. Pray he stays fit and injury free. Philosopher1979: Osimhen is on course for 30 goals this season. I don't know if anybody has noticed. I noticed around 3 weeks ago. When he does so big clubs are next. He is scoring in 80 percent if his matches. By calculating it is 34 goals this season |

His on field leadership has also been visible this season. Leading from the front and rallying his teammates. Look how he immediately comforted and gingered Kvara after his penalty miss. joxxy01: On a lighter note Had it been Randy Waldrum is Super Eagles coach, he would be considering testing Osihmen in central defense in our next game with this information..
But seriously I noticed Osihmen defensive abilities in games.. He has sometimes been on hand to clear dangers... |
