Nice one, the economy will surely soar... This government should stop making it obvious that they despise education. Budgets for education is always low so they are now using the corona stuff to shut it down permanently. If left for them, every pupils should remain at home till 2023 with the fight against corona as excuse. The same corona that they have haphazardly fought to the point of ridicule. Biko, let our students back to school because you ain't doing jack. |
Useless government, reopen schools biko... The virus that you guys have failed to curtailed will haunt you. |
ednited:You were always talking about going to schools for lectures and maybe getting us pictures of Addis Ababa on your way. |
Good one you guys are still keen on keeping 'the African Bashing' thread alive with this thread. I have been a taciturn follower of the closed thread from page one (you can imagine). Rarely comments but I must say I really enjoyed you guys and learnt great and wonderful things about the continent from that thread. With all the lies and facts, fights and quarrels, friendship and settlements, and perpetual craziness (from the Suffering and Smiling guy) and whatnot. I have loved contributions from ednited (even with her first moniker ednite, you didn't later tell us anything about your studies again) to her Ethiopian brother, to the Algerian guy, to the Kenyans, the Ghanaians, the never agreeing south Africans (with the Mzazi queen herself) until recently that we have Austine1212, the Tanzanians, and to the receiving end Nigeria. Who guys have been amazing and fun to be with all these years, I just hope and wish you guys will keep this thread more mature this time around. Dalu! |
What a punch, the niggar could give Anthony Joshua a run for his money. See how the red neck fell like a weak 'fry'- in Arthur Eze voice. |
Beautiful thread and highly documented... I am not a fan of traveling out but I found this encapsulating. Good job @Whyna, keep representing us well there. |
Even this administration has never made me interested in them, I still give it all to one of the few visible eyes of this administration. Amaechi, has come to prove that he perfectly fits that ministry assigned to him, his only drawback is the monorail at PH that he failed to complete before leaving. I just hope him and Wike come back to terms again. |
Well, as an optimist and with the can do spirit of Ndigbo, the completion of this airport project is certain and will once again put Anambra on the Map, higher! |
The little respect I ones had for that man has waned. He everything negative to the growth of Ndigbo. His ostentatious display of wealth is nauseous to me. |
This is bad and highly condemnable but what the present government is dishing out to Nigerians is worse than this... We don't have government! |
elpochas:Heartland was in the finals couple of years ago, so what's the fuss there. |
elpochas:Two seasons ago abeilt Confederation Cup. |
elpochas:it's obvious you don't follow NPFL |
Nonsense! You guys have been overwhelmed by the amount of waste littering the environment, the informal waste recyclers that are helping you guys to manage the waste to an appreciable level, you are clamping down on them? If you guys had been managing the waste well like it's been done in the developed world we won't be here looking for hapless individuals to clamp down on. The evil leadership in Lagos will soon be uprooted, that state should be a model state but unfortunately, we still have people like Sanwolu at the helm. |
It seems the party these men are affiliated to has a knack for exeptional development and progress. By the men I mean governors like Umahi, Udom, Wike, Ugwuanyi, Okowa and a host of others. These men have either completed one grand project or still have lots of futuristic projects in progress. But unfortunately, the men associated with a party that uses 'an implement to swat roaches' as their symbol have been performing below par even though most of them receive bourgous allocation larger than the GDP of some countries in Africa but their state capitals can't be compared to the capital of many of these low budgeted African countries in terms of aesthetic. The only exception recently is Zulum but I see that man soon pitching tent with men that has vision like he does. Obaseki, after this election you will be better. Winning is sure for you though. |
I am just ambivalent about the whole thing. I am sad they will be leaving thereby creating job loses but I am happy because one of these SA companies that has monopolized their services in the country is leaving. Why is it not DSTV? |
What an inconsequential rebuttal from a pawn of this failed administration. His statements holds nothing since the first statement directly emanates from their headquarters in Cape Town. It shows the Ikeja branch manager doesn't know the weight of the tsunami that wants to sweep him. |
Oganiru bu kanyi! Ogologo ndu bu kanyi! Anyi ga enwe mmeri!!! |
Interesting... Just wow! I bet my NYSC certificate that most of these animals are more intelligent than supporters of a certain political party in Nigeria that use a 'home cleaning appliance' as their insignia. |
Good and swift one from the den. That's the only 'University of No Nonsense' (UNN) in Nigeria. I just wish our leaders in government can also learn to act as swift as this. Singing "Hail Varsity of Nigeria, my Alma mater..." |
Our politicians are the biggest comedians in the land. We the citizens; assumed spectators, are not left out... When are we really going to hold these guys accountable? |
Nice one, more updates |
That should be trending now
#justiceForGbadebo |
This is disheartening, may his soul find eternal rest. Justice for him is all that matters now because some of those companies always take their casual staff for granted. |
Of course, by not stroking our ego I will say Nigerians are smart people. It has been proven beyond measures that we excel wherever there is law and order. Black Americans are also smart but like my friend will say since most of them still think America owe them something after taking them as slaves for centuries they will keep trudging behind. Nigerians on the other hand have seen it all (and still seeing it under Buhari), so they got nothing to lose when they come out to achieve anything. Our leaders that keep making all these brain drain to continue with their maladministration, don't worry, very soon you will meet your Waterloo (it's on already). |
Finally, I hope they stick to this date and not cancelling it again based on the spike in the virus raging the world. The same virus that they have helplessly failed to curtail here in Nigeria... Nwaamaikpe, welcome back, your brother greets you. |
misky2000:Among the airports currently being constructed in Nigeria, ranking them based on the size of the the runway, I will go thus. 1. Anambra Airport. 2. Victor Attah Airport (Uyo airport). 3. Ebonyi airport. 4. Bayelsa airport (although completed now). According to beauty, comparing the aforementioned airports (some still at prototype stage with skeletal works done now). 1. Anambra Airport (rendering). 2. Victor Attah Airport (already has a terminal but constructing a new international terminal). 3. Ebonyi Airport (rendering). 4. Bayelsa Airport (completed). Note: the aforementioned airports are being constructed by the various state government not the Federal government. |
The only pan-Nigerian party... |
