Thats what im saying its very easy to put on during that stage n after too cuz u know the woman stay home n all dat not as active as she was before pregnancy .
yeah, but they can get back to shape, I have seen women that have three kids but still very sexy and cute, just that majority of our nigerian women are lazy to work it out

hear this woman . her name is carla and she is above 50

"My fitness journey began after the birth of my daughter 28 years ago. With a career in the modeling business looking fit and fabulous was definitely a requirement for me."
"One of the gifts from my pregnancy was 50 new pounds! I had to get the weight off if I wanted to continue working as a model. With a lot of hard work I lost the weight and continued modeling for an additional 10 years."

the slim lady will be better with small labia minora but the fat lady will come with all things in plus size with big labia majora but i do not think chilbirth makes ladies fat just that Nigerian ladies are lazxy, they believe that once they get married they have landed and then loose gauard so i think that it has to do with orientation

Jenifer Lopez is not fat, Kim Kardashian is not fat, Genevieve is not fat, Omotola and Mercy Jonshon(Oh Mercy have mercy on me) is not fat

but iya ibeji is just fat, mama nkechi has christain mother arm, Iya fatima her belle na tyre

It boils down to awareness and 90% OF nIGERIA WOMEN LACK THIS AND IT CAN BE ANBNOYING

SO why wont a dude taste the waters outside? MzNelly chymystique cutieberie1 cutieberie1 cutieberie1 and peppyluv with babyosisi

so women need to look smart and this will make men stay home

our women can achieve this body only if they can stop been fatty

Lol

Fairly true... After marriage child birth can make a woman put on alot of weight.. Which is hard to loose
not all, my wife is as slim as pencil, i even pray so that she can add some weight, she eats everything, yet she is slim but shapely, one thing is that fatness makes women age fast, but its good to have some bombom and flesh in the bobi to play with once they are no sagged

my 2 cents

THAT IS WHY THEY ALWAY HAVE PROBLEM AT GETTING THE TOPSHOT JOB.

IF YOU DOUBT IT, ASK OJUKWU.

why is it that people are crying always that igbo this igbo that, igbo are not particular about top shot or whatever we are just okay with enabling enviroment to dominate economically and do our biz thats all

Hausa with their top office, they are still backwards till tomorrow
yoruba with a shot at presidency did not stop the alayes and omo nile touts everywhere and did not change their mud houses in okitipupa bricks
Ijaw with the top shot did not make the village fishermen use trawlers to fish not did it stop their laid back kaikai drinking atitude

Now loook at igbo, look at ibibio, look at efiks these are progressives tribes and moving forwards, this is evident in poverty index and infrastructural dev. so keep your top shot let us keep our advancement

Politics › Apc,tinubuh,north And North West Agreement..is It True? by christopher123(op): 1:40pm On Mar 19, 2015
Blessed are those who predict the future correctly for God is with them, we have been blessed with the gift of fortelling. I said it not quite long ago that the reason why Tinubu is ready to spend his last cash on Buhari is because he has forseen a repeat of Yar - Adua's case. Tinubu is anticipating evil for Buhari and the entire North. At a time I began to wonder why Obasanjo who has shown to be chronic enemies with Atiku and even Tinubu will come to pitch tent with Apc where these men were already stakeholders. Politics they say is a game of interest, now the question is, what interest have they seen now? Tinubu must have gone to present his master plan to OBJ on how he intends to return power back to the west, a selfish OBJ who would have been our national leader accepted his proposal. I wonder if these guys takes my northern brothers as fools who do not reason.

Thank God for the wisdom in my northern brothers who have asked Tinubu to come and sign just a very little agreement that incase anything should happen to Buhari during the course of his tenure or after his first term that no south westerner will indicate interest to replace him. The proposed agreement indicates that should Buhari die, is declared incapacitated, is impeached or decides to discontinue, no south westerner will indicate interest to replace him even Osibanjo. Tinubu is presently on the run because of this said agreement, he has refused to sign the agreement, a very simple and straight forward agreement at that.

I feel that if Tinubu's intentions for Nigeria are genuine, he should diffuse all doubts by honorably signing this very simple agreement, as far as am concerned, signing this agreement will be far more easier than forging a certificate whether from Katsina or Toronto.
Let's not allow these opportunists to continuously trade on our brain, we have brain and we can think, glory be to thee oo Lord.

I thought i was the only Nissan fan in the house.

Nissan is a very reliable brand, drives way better than most toyotas in the same class.

Our mechanics can however be so bad that they can wreck any car.

Nissan is very cheap to maintain if you have a good mechanic, i still think Toyota is simpler to work on.
That's the spirit ....Nissan is rugged just that our mechanics are daft

They can't even ring an engine
Car Talk › Re: Reasons Why Toyota Cars Dominate In Nigeria by christopher123(m): 9:14pm On Feb 27, 2015
chiebube:
OP, i hate to disagree with you though i currently own a Toyota.
We dont have much of ASE qualified mechanics and technicians. Most of our mechanics are not up to date with current trends in automobile industry. To avoid stress with cost of maintaining a car, most Nigerian car owners have Toyota as their only choice.
When they say Toyota is cheap to maintain I laugh . I have a nissan as a private car and i use corolla asoffice car both are same engine capacity 1.6 l

Now nissan is damn cheap and rugged ...the full engine is about 60k now tell me Toyota thathad an engine with that price

I change oil filter with just 400naira but Toyota is more expensive

I don't want to talk about brake pads etc

To me Toyota is over rated . The engine is a bit complex but Nissan is better

Don't even think of overheating and solenoid troubles of their automatics

Finally these Toyota comes in auto mainly and what about us the real men that loves manual drives

To me nissan anyday

Fashola thinks everyone in Lagos is Tinubu ass licker. They'll be shocked come March 28th and April 11th. He says GEJ has not performed meanwhile the light rail and ten lanes project on Mile 2 to badagry that he started 7 years ago is not yet completed. He bragged that by June 2013 it will be commissioned, now he's singing a different song.

How come Lagos has not conducted Local Govt election that ought to have been conducted since october?

I live at Buba Marwa road, Ijegun satelites. The road and drainages are terrible.
I'm Yoruba and resident of Lagos, I and my family, neighbours in a block of six flats are voting GEJ and Agbaje. Most of my friends and church members are doing same. Tinubu and Fashola can go ahead with their misfit puppets(Buhari and Ambode).
I never knew that we still have some reasonable Yoruba left . I thought tinubu pocketed all. Maybe its because your in satelite town that has large igbo that has influenced you

May lord bless you

Ukwuani is totally different character 4rm igbo culture.for instance,d ukwuani man can marry 4rm any tribe unlike igbo man who is mainly restricted to marring only his own people.
2ndly,an ukwuani man does not force his late brothers wife to marry him, neither does he fight 4 his properties.
Secondly d ukwuani man is detribalized.
3rdly,d ukwuani man is not greedy.
4thly,d ukwuanis hav their own language,mode of dressin,music,story tales,style & proverbs.

Ukwuani Local Government

Obiaruku is the headquarters of Ukwuani LGA which was carved out of the then Ndokwa West LGA on the 4th of December, 1996 and has an area of 2,016 square kilometres. Nine clans make up the LGA namely; Akoku, Amai, Ebedei, Eziokpor, Ezionum, Obiaruku, Umuebu, Umukwata and Umutu. Together they make up the ten wards of the LGA with a population of about 103,000 going by the 1991 census. The people practice gerontocracy, were the oldest man is installed the traditional ruler, designated Okpala-Uku. The people are a mono linguistic group-the Ukwuanis (an Igbo dialect).
