You made a whole lot of sense, love your write up but I will chip in this as well, the underlying point is to Trust God with all your heart. If you decide to contact people you feel are in power to know if d can help you, that doesn't means you don't trust God, Just don't put your confidence in the man, if it comes God did it not the man. No be small mentoring you need, but why 2021?

I read yesterday that our German Mother will be stepping down by 2021 and I have been thinking about the continuity of this program especially for international students. I know they might not totally exclude EU members or citizens. A serious concern in Europe now is the Immigration crisis and Angela Merkel from my understanding is Pro-immigrants. The same immigration issue made Britains vote to leave the European Union.

How do you arrive at the 99%? Is a lie. I know some schools that offer it in English and is more than your alleged 1%

That's for Denmark not Germany.
Germany allows dual citizenship.

Technically they don't, is permitted if you were born in their soil but even at that, when you grow up, you will be asked to choose.
