Sir what are the needed Documents which I may need to attached!!
You need a 1st year or HND transcript for BSc admission. ND is not very sufficient but if ur transcript course contents and grades are very good, u may still get admitted to a very close or the same discipline.
I read of someone that got admission to study BSc Architecture with ND results from the same Architecture discipline.

I believe I ve cleared you

Please house I need your ideal on this. I was issued a.m but on submission of my international passport,
my application was rejected based on irregularities on my passport and passport was seized and sent to Nigeria immigration service abuja. I went to immigration to resolve the issue and a new passport was issued to me and a letter of authentication. I sent an appeal to the embassy 3weeks ago and I have receive thier decision on my appeal in German which I have translated to English. I want to know if I am banned and also can I reapply with my new passport and a new application. Also I mailed the alien office in Germany about the irregularities on my passport and they requested a submit a new application. Below is the translation of the letter I received from my appeal. On 05.10.2018 they applied to the Consulate General Lagos to issue a visa for the Federal Republic of Germany for the purpose of studying according to Art. $ 16 of residence permit (hereinafter referred to as Residence Act). For the processing of the visa, the general conditions for granting were met. $ 5 reviewed. According to $ 5 para. 1 no. 2 . residence pays to these eligibility requirements also the absence of basically expulsion. Basically expulsion result in the fulfillment of the conditions of the $ 53 (1) residence. in the case of a public expulsion interest. In contrast to the expulsion itself, the visa procedure does not require a check to see whether the foreigner was able to be deported in Germany without errors. The expulsion facts must be met only objectively. By presenting the Nigerian passport with the number A5043, which was provided on page 6 with four totally counterfeited border checkpoints from Malaysia and Nigeria, as well as on Siete 7 with a totally malnourished visa from Malaysia, they meet the criteria for an expulsion reason, because according to $ 54 (2 ) No. 8 lit. a) residence argues that giving false or incomplete information on obtaining a German residence permit is a serious expulsion interest. Thus, according to the above-mentioned legislation, visas may not normally be issued. The margin of discretion opened by this provision includes the verification of the proportionality of the visa refusal. Since conflicting humanitarian interests and the existence of a protected family relationship are to be answered in the affirmative, the failing decision is proportionate. The discretion does not include the question of intent on presentation of the falsified documents. even if the question of an intentional or negligent act should play a role here, it should be pointed out here that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ascertain the authenticity of his submissive before the application without doubt. Also the topicality of the reason for expulsion is not objectionable, since it deals with the fake ID document about the current passport with which the visa was actually requested and the entry was intended. The application must therefore be rejected further. In addition, it is pointed out that the other conditions for granting, from o.a. Reasons were not finally examined
This English translation obfuscate my comprehension. Your mistake with that Malaysia visa is a very costly one o

Please house, my third name on my birth certificate and my admission letter is different from the one on my international passport and all other docs

Will it have any negative effect during my interview?

I stopped using the third name on my birth certificate and started using another one which is on all my documents + intl passport.

The only reason I used it for the application was because the asked for birth name so I put my name exactly as it is on my birth certificate.

If it does have a negative effect - I have a photocopy affidavit from court stating the name belong to the same person. I used the original a while ago. Would I need to get a new one or that will suffice?
if u are not comfortable, why not get a new one since is not exorbitant?

Guys so let say you're applying to a bunch of schools like three or there about do you send each of the applications separate in their own envelopes or they can all go through in one envelope...and get sent to their respective addresses?
Different address requires different envelopes but the same address like in the case of Uni-assist or the same school but different programs, one envelope with their different application data will do

Hey, I almost forgot, you should prepare a few questions you'd like to ask them, it's advisable to ask questions related to the program, shows you took out time to go through their brochure, and you're willing to put in work and make research.
I'm my case I asked how the structured and paired students during the thesis preparation, and I was lucky to have the lecturer taking my area of specialization at the interview so I directed some career inclined questions to him.

You should have an idea of what topic you want to research during your thesis, and why that topic,my school demanded it.
Best if luck.
I love this comment, brilliant idea

Good morning and thanks. We are here to learn from one another but its sad how most times our people address issues the only way it suits them without looking at from the other perspective. We Nigerians want to be right all the time I know for sure that the op from the original thread knows the truth but for some reason he wants to feel better about himself. It is neither here nor there but the reason why people chose otherwise might not necessarily be about the money. There is more to life than money.

While back home my neighbor who was a trader gets home at 7 from market puts on his gen and watches movie till 5am without minding that some of us that work in the bank/offices on the island have to sleep at night. We wake up early unrested because a neighbor couldn't be considerate. He has all day to sleep while we are gone because he has boys in his shop.

When I came out here to study I noticed that you dare not be loud enough within your own appartement such that you disturbed your neighbor between 10pm and 8am. If you are not sleepy respect others they might have different itinerary from you they might have to be at work very early or already asleep and needs to be up at the middle of the night for work. That is what respect of others and treating people with dignity is.

I don late make I go shower. grin
Wow! Which country are you studying in?

@thebosstrevor why do Nigerians think it is all about money?

What about quality of life? Last time I checked the life expectancy in that poo-hole is around 50 years. Moving to country like Germany automatically increases your life expectancy by about 30 years on the average.

What about opportunity? Yes you can make money in Nigeria but then how much are we talking about? Being a middle class doesn't spare your children the horror of everyday life in Nigerian or how uncertain the future look. Unless you are among the top earners in Nigeria which will afford you the means to ship your children abroad for a better life. Which brings me back to the question if Nigeria is that great after making the money since that is your sole indicator of a wonderful life why don't you leave your kids in Nigeria instead of carting them away?

To the average man on the street, Nigeria is one of the worse place to be born and to live in. Go to the west the average man on the street has a prospect if they work towards it. In Nigeria working hard towards your goal doesn't cut it, you have to be very lucky and know people. I know that there are group of people that will counter this point but my question to those people is to compare the number of those that did it without knowing anyone with those that knew someone. While when you look at the west the element of luck and knowing someone is insignificant on how your life turns out.

@thebosstrevor you won't know the quality of life until you get home from work, flip the switch and there is power. Step into your tube and take a warm bath thereafter relax in your sofa without any worries of whether the power will be on when you wake up in the morning or if the tap will be running in the morning. You wont known the quality of life or what it really means to make it until you have emergency medical condition and all you need to do is dial emergency services and their will be medical personnel right there at your home to save your life.

Even in your so called money haven- even if you managed to amass a lot of money when you have medical emergency the service you will get is a far cry from a decent one. I forgot all your billionaires are still running abroad for medical checkup.

As for the poor man he is on his own!

Yes to me making it, is living in a society where everyone has equal or at least near equal opportunity of charting the course of their lives.

Making it to me is living in a society where I don't have to worry about the mundane things of life like security, health , education, human right, job security etc. You can be making money but mine and I can speak for most people is living in a decent society.

To us that is what making it is all about a society where human life has value!
I share the same Views with u. Spot on

claremont:
I have followed Adoboli's case for a few months, but I still struggle to have any sympathy for him. This was a man who had indefinite leave to remain for years, and for some strange reason, he chose not to pursue British citizenship. This same man said he had no family in Ghana and all his family and friends are in the UK, meanwhile investigation found that his mum and dad live in Ghana. This same Adoboli once insulted Ghana by saying that it's better he remains in detention in the UK rather than being deported to Ghana. He had billions of pounds at his disposal as a high networth financial trader, and he chose to be financially negligent with it leading to a huge loss of over £1.2 billion of tax payers money.

The UK immigration rules clearly states that if an immigrant is convicted of an offence and sentenced to more than 4 years, he is liable to deportation at the end of his sentence. He has no british wife and kids, and therefore, he is not entitled to being allowed to stay based on family life.

I have absolutely no sympathy for him. The same Ghana he has been insulting all the time he was in custody welcomed him home with a hot plate of banku and palm nut soup. He is highly trained in the financial markets, he wouldn't struggle getting a banking job in Ghana and continuing to enjoy palm nut soup.
He has a partner, I just watched his exclusive interview to Joy news that, also read it now on BBC website. Oh boy, that guy salary was 50,000 pounds, though he claimed it was only increased a year before the incident, but that's about 23 million naira per month, mehn UK pays well o, I guess d tax will slash over 30% down, which to me is still good. Imagine take home salary of my fellow man to be about 15m and I d Naija d struggle for job of 100k

I won't be surprised that in about 3 decades coming, a sentinelese will be a world renowned Evangelist, radical missionaries will come from there, that is the mystery of Christianity. Good Morning House. i am going through some unusual situations with my student visa application, Kindly help me with best advice if you know better. most especially those who are in the same train with me.

I will start with the day I did my appointment which is on 14th Sept 2018. everything went successfully. My School university (BTU Cottbus) have a general enrollment deadline for every international student which is 30th Oct 2018. on 4th Oct 2018 i got my AM. I was told to send my passport, insurance and Letter of confirmation that the enrollment have been extended. I have send my passport , Travl insurance and a copy of the winter semester timetable where is stated that all international student have there final enrollment deadline as 30th Oct 2018 through dhl to the embassy in Lagos.
On 10th Oct 2018 i got an other mail from the embassy that i should forward or bring a confirmation that the enrollment have been extended.

I call the international officer one Mrs Angela. she told me that the university don't issue letter of enrollment extension. But she stated that the date on semester timetable 30th oct 2018, is ok for them to know that i can meetup the deadline if my visa is issued. she was very confident that i will meet up with the deadline if visa is issued soon, she even advice if i can buy a flight ticket before the deadline and forward it to them. so that the embassy will be sure that i will be there before the enrollment deadline of 30th October 2018.

I have bought a flight ticket of 24th October and have forward it to the embassy by email. im still waiting to hear from them week is going nothing news from the embassy.

please i want to know if anyone currently is facing with this kind of issue before.

and what can be the possible outcome of this as i keep praying and waiting for there response.
Hey, hope ur issue was sorted out?
