The 25% may be interpreted as a minimum of 24/36 states and 25% in FCT. It looks ambiguous with a lot of technicality.
If a candidate gets 25/36 states and 10% in FCT will it be a win?

Section 133 (b) of the Nigerian Constitution stated that for a president to be duly elected:

"he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja"

My questions
1. Does it implies that you MUST get 25% votes cast in the FCT (note and the FCT)
2. Must the president be male as it says HE?

My point is that over 130m people are in severe poverty, and will do anything to survive. If someone decides to carry drugs to Asia were there is risk of death penalty, it should worry you on the level of poverty. It means they are ready to die making money. Some may say it's better than killing people in armed robbery or kidnapping.

I expect well read people to see the foundation of this problem - A cumulative failure of bad leadership. We keep fighting ourselves while the politician laughs at us.

Average voter turnout has usually been about 40% or less but i suspect it will be about 60% this time. This election has become very important to a lot of people especially Peter Obi supporters. Also, I don't think any of the candidates will win 25% in 24 states yet, i think there will be a run-off even with my original estimates

You are right on the 25% being difficult to reach.

I expect average turn out to remain steady, or drop if BVAS is used. 90% of votes from previous election used incident forms. Moreover with a death rate of 1.1%, and migration there should be a drop of voters.

Peter Obi - 19.5 million (mostly from PDP, APC, First Time voters)
Atiku Abubakar - 16.5 million (Traditional PDP, some APC, vote buying)

Total voter turnout should be around 37% of 96m, which is 35.8m

Obi is already uniting Atiku and Tinubu, he will unite Nigeria
