As a starter, I will recommend 5x5 workout. It is simple, effective, and not complicated. You will see good results with it. When I started lifting, I followed this plan below then and saw good results. Now, I am more focused on maintenance not building muscles. So for this, I sprint, Do stair/hill/ climbing, push-ups, calisthenics, and most importantly. eat really clean.

Those who are focused in life use that one year to acquire certifications(not NIM) that will define their advantage once they enter the job market but you are busy knacking away a valuable and most important phase of your life.

If you understand the competition for graduate jobs and the complexity of hiring, you would enter the NYSC gate like one going to battle.

By the time I was leaving NYSC, I had acquired three (3) badass certifications in my field. I came out with my head up high while my guys had their tails stuck between their butts. Two months after, three good jobs came calling. Empowerment is greater than 'knacking'.

Well, during my nysc in south, I used the one year to acquire many skills because I wouldn't know where would find myself.

I learned lots of computer skills and my professional certifications I didn't focus on women. I see them as liability though

A month to my pop, I have got a contract worth thousand of naira though not too big but almost 3 months salary of a banker. Just as a youth coroner oo

I really don't know about the generalization that ladies who go for NYSC are cheaters. But I do know things go down. I think serving is just an opportunity to let off steam especially with certain factor like moving to another state. You will likely come across various people. They are cases where even your oga at your PPA will be shooting shot and you may be in a relationship but temptation sets in.

Some cases can also be like where you are the one doing the chasing... I have seen cases where you are posted to a school only to start going after your female student as a guy.

My own experience goes like this... During my time I served somewhere up North. Well to keep it short I knacked a lot at lodge that year... Girls in neighboring communities O, other corp members, there was also a time I had a short fling with the lady daughter that cooked for some of us at our PPA.

Well like I said things dey happen, it's not necessary a one way thing.. What were your own experience like?

Let me start with the funniest that involved my friends and I. 2009, we went for a coursemate's birthday party/club. My homie with light head wanted to challenge me the shayo lord. After taking hernessy. I went for 3 bottles of legend extra stout big bottle, a bottle of local palm wine, 1 bottle of Heineken and 2bottles of star beer. (Note: Legend is a very strong drink) This dude wanted to copy what I did, he went for 2bottles of star, a bottle of Heineken after which he proceeded for Legend stout but i couldn't allow him to finish one bottle of legend having seen the that he was already getting intoxicated. My guy resisted that I had to use force to stop him.
At about 11:30pm he and his friends wanted to go back to their houses and lodges but it was already late. I volunteered to accommodate them for the night.
So while we were heading to my lodge because I resided close to the venue of the birthday party, I held him so tight because he was staggering and falling. The funny part of this event is when we approached the gutter that demarcated my street from the road, he beckoned on me to allow him sleep on the foam, pointing at the gutter. I told him that he could not sleep there because it's a gutter. That day I understand why drunkards like sleeping inside canals.

Finally, the one that fully involved me happened during my service year. I'm allergic to London dry gin. It was on a POP of a batch ahead of ours and one of our corps member that celebrated his POP wanted to celebrate it in a special way. He brought to the corpers in the school lodge Ak47 Vodka alongside McDowells, Royal challenge brought by other celebrants. That night we drank to stupor but my own was extraordinary. This wicked corper that brought Vodka dry gin added Indian hemp to it and cupled it back. Ignorantly, I drank more of the poisoned Vodka which was mixed with a Pepsi that prevented my tongue from identifying that it contained weed. That night I became an aggressive lion. Na that day I knew my true friends. One of my fellow corps members from Benue state, held me so tight to prevent me from becoming violent. May God bless him wherever he is. In the process of holding me with three other hefty corpers, I smashed the bottle of dry gin as they were struggling to take it away from me. I injured myself in the process, injured the Benue corper. Meanwhile two other guys that partook in the party displayed their own mild madness but mine was extraordinary. Finally my subconsciousness was restored by pouring a bucket of water on me. I was given an ORT mixed with energy drink. The following morning when I checked my face on the mirror, I realized the damage I caused to myself. I had to lie to my girlfriend (a fellow corper) that I had a bike accident. She felt so sober and sorry for me. Meanwhile I apologized to everyone I disappointed or wounded except my girlfriend I kept it secret from.
