Baylam:Don't repair the game with the intention of playing it, repair it and sell it off. if asked the history of the game life then u can talk about it. Ur game is dead! Ylod sickness. I believe ur ps3 is the fat console |
although this is coming from a pes fan , I would say I find FIFA 17 rather easy than pes 17. I use the O button (sliding tackle) a lot right from the days of ps2. I found out on FIFA 17, I barely get a foul for my numerous tackles . I am very good at using the button like I said, however on pes 17 its wayyy difficult to slide in that same manner and not get booked. Also the shots towards goal keepers are just weak , they barely ever go above the cross bar no matter how close I am to the post. I have been enjoying FIFA on ps3 not until pes got thier game from 2016. If you haven't played pes 17, you wound understand what I mean |
Neemrod:yes ps3 pes 11, pes 14 and pes 16 all for grabs |
while I was still a student of unizik law faculty was no1 if u wanted to see clean chicks who are damn beautiful as at then, go to the law faculty. |
cumz:are u okay ? U dare not put Arda turan in that same sentence. Dude was blazing hot at the start of the season while neynar was at the Olympic. He is just unfortunate that he doesn't get playing time |
Airforce1:Stop that there is no moral justification for stealing. waiters get tipped regularly. Tips alone on a very good day can fetch them as large as 5k but an average of 500-1k daily Its like saying you don't blame a girl for being raped because she dressed provocatively, that's lame. Or an armed robber should be freed simply because he needs money to pay his children school fees, Bs!!! No moral justification for crime, none atalls |
See the way some comments here are condoning such behaviour. When that american wrote a long post that was posted on nairaland about how Africans, Nigerians in particular are knowing for ripping them off, most of you abused his life, now see how majority are claiming they either do it or calling the OP stingy for not faking a blind eye to the deal. Hypocrites all of you, Hypocrites!!!

Easylife338:It seems you are ignorant on the recent happening in the admission space in naija. Since the elimination of post ume, O'levels are now considered, its wrong to say You don't think when u are not in tune with the current happenings. FYI, all schools (Govt and state tho) use O'level and jamb score as a prerequisite for every candidate who seeks admission into thier institution. |
I talk am, e be like say I know. I told a friend that if this explosion had happened in a Nigerian concert, people will point accusing fingers to the musician and says its Juju for him to continue to blow . Exactly as I predicted na I'm u dey do. Some of you nigerians una too mumu, u have stylishly linked the death of the people to Ariana being involved with Juju(illuminati) . Op why u mumu like this?

I am not hating but what makes it a mansion? Is it Because of the Long Aluminum sheets or what because I don't see anything like mansion here. Nice crib all the same

These fellas keep harping on Debt - GDP ratio, whereas we should be taking about the Debt service ratio. Nigeria currently uses 66% of her Revenue to service Debt annually and because the economy is still recording negative GDP figure's per quarter, they don't want to risk increasing revenue via tax thus impoverishing the people even more. So its a tricky situation, the real problem now is how to utilize the debts to be able to spur revenue generation to an improved level. It makes no sense when 66% of your income goes to settling your debtors, what then is left to improve the economy via capital infrastructure? With these new projection and a stalled revenue qoq, when do we stop borrowing? is it when we now use 85% of our revenue to service debts? |
Fuckusernamesjor:Too many falseninfo there bro |

this one isn't special ucweb and operamoni comes with this feature. They both come with a special kind of light that can be enabled from the settings, its always written as Night mode. and as for multiple windows, that's a function of the Android Nougat. its not specifically tied to canon CX. it's as a function of the new OS, Nougat |
Juhann:why did u copy the pose on my dp, wherever u are kneel down and hands up,lol |
ADEWUMIMichael:ur current NEPA bill is not high approx 4,000 naira Come to my area at Festac, Houses here are given an average of 10,000- 18,000 monthly. Our yearly NEPA bill can pay for some self contained rooms |
You lost 300k in two weeks because - you were greedy - You don't have a laid down strategy - and lastly because you are a Novice If you split 300k in 10places, 30k for each day and bet on odd 2-3. Even if you lose four times a week. that three times u will win will not just cover ur loses but give u profit. Lastly Never stake money you can't afford to lose. Betting teaches punters real life lessons with money. Now u have learnt not to be greedy, thanks to bet |
hotobo:that's a more reason why you should start punting with your phone and forget about shops. if most people could cashout by going to shops, what profit will the shop owners have? lol Or you think they are happen that you will win? every shop owner is praying for massive loss from punters , that way he makes more cash. Register and fund online, its way cooler |

phoenix480:The amount ur dad used in developing his land, I believe erecting a residential building at ikorodu will not cover 50% if he had used the same money to develop the one at Abraham adesanya. Nevertheless, he still didn't sell his land at Abraham adesanaya, and that's the cash cow, the Land. For holding onto it, its a wise choice still |
How many of us have had our fathers look us in the eye and say - I love you or - You have done well - You make me proud I can guess the answer, few. In fact it could be 1 person in 50. That you have a Dad in the house doesn't mean he is fathering you.

bukitt:I don't know of any, but there are so many. visit the property section. speaking of security, lol baba u dey naija now. Security is for the higher class, those at banana island ikoyi or VI,lols |
bukitt:to be honest with you, if I was presented with an opportunity to either buy a land at ibeju lekki or mowe. I will choose Ibeju lekki. There don't seem to be much development going around the mowe axis. Someone above has highlighted the projects that will take off at Ibeju lekki. However, my aim will be to buy, hold and sell off. I will be aiming to buy into estate that has been fenced and ample construction work has begun inside of the said estate. Not all those estate coys that will just put a small signboard in a bush, no fence no nothing . My motive will be to buy and sell off, not to build. The swamp issue + The rising global warming in the world portends huge danger to that area my take tho |
phoenix480:okay then , thanks for your input |
So op what's your take on Ibeju lekki, it seems to be rave of the moment. It has been marketed so much that every tom dic.k and harry knows about the area. However, despite the sweet talks of dangote refinery, free trade zone and all of that, I still feel its a little overrated. - What's the nature of the land, swampy I guess. if so, majority of the lands will remain fallow because the class of buyers are in the low middle class who can't afford to spend huge sums building on swamps - Seeing there are so many suppliers (estates) in the area, its natural that competition will force down prices in future - The nature of speculative buying from individuals presently will dampen growth, because majority of investors have the intention to flip lands and not actually erect building. these are my take tho |

DoctorNyash:U lack comprehension skills. |
spot on bro....I shake my head when people say certain members who sleep during sermon is because the devil is at work, that's complete BS. Most of the time is due to no1, boring preachers. I attend an Anglican church and dayumm the vicars are way took boring. You could know something about a subject but you may not know how best to teach and engage ur members. If u ever listened to Myles Munroe preach, or David Ibiyieomi or even pastor Chris. Your chances of sleeping is very Low. even if u are not a church goer, these men will say things to you that no pastor has ever told u. They will stimulate ur brain cells instanta, lol
