I like that country Ireland, they always run short of supply of valuable employees. I need to enter there let me pack all their money since their citizens are lazily depending on unemployement package.

First of, you canot break into a system you don't even understand how its built.

To break into a bank, you must understand how the bank operates, so likewise to penetrate computing system you must understand how the systems work.

- Learn Computer Networking and how the TcP/IP works, how packets gets routed.

- Learn the Windows OS, Active directory and how it works

- Move to Linux, master the Linux shell

- Move to Basic scripting (bash/python) you don't actually need this to start tho. Infact you can make excellent money without knowing how to script but to hit elite status you need to know one.

- Once you have mastered those. Get a Kali Linux OX, visit Udemy and search for the cyber mentor by heath Adams. He is the most recommended and the easiest teacher to follow.

Follow his course like a disciple following Jesus. Pratice pratice pratice....

In 6months you would start doing dangerous things.

In all you do, remember to play legal, otherwise your fellow security boiz and girls will nab you and hand you over to EFCC

What's your expected rental yield for residential homes in today's lagos?. Personally, i always peg it at 5-8%, which means I valuate homes at 12.5-20x it's rent where comparative sales is non-existent for proper valuation.

Is it still possible to get Real estate property for middle class homes that does 10% Rental yield? Please point your children to such locations in lagos as you have your eyes and nose in all corners sensei

It's because of issues like this that makes some people decide to buy a house instead coz integrity is hard to find these days.

If you aren't making 480k extra by then, then you are in shit coz it would be hard to change lifestyle.

Any single guy earning above 300k and has no savings is just a wasteful spender.

A lot of people are terrible are managing money. There is no excuse why a single person with no wife and kid should have no savings on a 300k salary, it certainly means he or she is living above his means.

There is really no approved time.

some can jog very very fast akin to running for 5minutes,take a break and repeat it over and over. This is often called HIIT in the cardio world.

some prefer to jog as long as 30minutes - 1hour but at a much slower pace

As someone who used to jog regularly and stopped for years and tried to continue, I can tell you that your story is common with us all...

When you resume jogging after a very long period, your legs will feel terrible it would feel like you are about to fall sick.

the secret is to start slow.

Day 1: Don't push your body hard, jog an average amount but first walk some minutes before jogging to get blood circulation moving.

after day 1 , you will feel terrible as bad as even finding it hard to climb stair case. Take a lot of time off 1 week if possible, by then the pain would have subsided.

then Resume
Day 2, take it slow again

take a day or two break

then come back on day 3 and start jogging regularly.

remember do not jog daily, your body needs time to repair the tissues!!!

Lol, as a novice trader, I felt technical indicators will help me become rich , just like many others here, who look at charts from sun to dusk but still end up loosing a tonne. If everyone sees the charts, why isn't everyone rich?.. if it's all boils down to numbers, then computer programmes and bots will run the numbers and place the trades, but still many bots aren't up to 60% correct about the market.

Well,I figured it out, .. it's not the charts, it's not the fundamentals, it's the information...the person with the most information wins.. it's just that simple.

The market efficiency theory already suggest that, and this is why the regulators try to ensure information doesn't sit solely with one party, else the market becomes inefficient, in an efficient market no single trader can beat the market all the time.

So I'd implore you all to seek for out information , understand it and take your position before others join in. Bull make money, bears make money, pigs (indecisive people) gets slaughtered.
