StPete:still available? |
azimibraun:na ojukokoro dey do u. U know koro koro that Manchester united and draw soup na best of friends, yet you still go play straight win. na greed be your problem, u dey find odd lol |
Appleyard:oil dey ur head baba, u sabi analyze football. The team back line is careless, that will be thier biggest challenge. to coordinate defence |
I am not surprised. that's how APC cleared the whole local government in Ogun state last year. |
Lagos shiidreen no wan go school again, after waec na to enter studio record track to get thier own taaaarty billion or join the Malay boiz for the hustle. issorait

naturalwaves:make the game slow? naaaaa all they need to do is what they have been doing. Defend tightly and utilize any counter attackn have got. I believe cuadrado will start that game because Marcelo likes to overlap. so all they need do like they HV been doing, is just score one and keep defending till u get another chance to score another. Monaco and barca played the ball but juve did the scoring. |
naturalwaves:baba no mind those blind fans. These days if as a midfielder you are not scoring 15-20goals or giving assists then you are not performing. Moreso Pogbas position at manutd is more restricted than when he was at juve, he plays more of a DMF at manutd than at Juve when he was a box-box midfielder. If pogba is giving more freedom to roam forward, these plastic fans will get to see more of his beauty |
naturalwaves:barca is the better attacking team between barca and Madrid. but the thing is the style of play. Barca barely crosses the ball, but prefers through balls which is were Madrid strength is. Madrid is very good in the air and so is juve defenders. You keep mentioning Madrid's attack, forgetting they have a weak back line. I can't count how many clean sheets they have had because its very few. a very fast counter started by dybala or cuadrado will leave Madrid very hurt. |
hahaha....and if she follow me go , na enjoyment go kill an oh. make she enjoy her marriage o jare
|
odimbannamdi:baba no be only you oh. dunno made me become a barca fan, I was so obsessed with dinho that I would be saving lunch money just to buy time at cyber cafer to watch his skills on YouTube. then I would go home and practice his moves every evening. I usually say if any footballer would have made me Mad, it would have been dinho....lol #This life na truly turn by turn

Dreyfustrammel:is it hacked |
McMayor:bro will u sell this for 40k cash and carry? |
PRISTINEMUSCLES:30k, i will buy that console. if you agree, quote me let's fix time and date |
PROPHETmichael:bro the wedding day is for both the man and the woman, stop riding high on your manly ego. Just as you chose her, she chose you. if you think your woman is a dumbo, then that makes you because she chose you when you asked for her hand in marriage. its a day for both of you, let that sink in |
OPyou just dey contradict yourself. Quoting scriptures that you don't even understand because you read them at face value. So you want to say that God doesn't agree to Traditional marriage, abeg the wedding Jesus performed his first miracle, turning water to wine was what? No be traditional marriage, in fact with the marriage arrangement described in the Bible. A true knowledgeable person about the scripture will tell you that traditional marriage is the marriage that was defined in the bible. Nothing like church marriage inside bible. Stop twisting scriptures to suite your desires |
Etisalat is in a real mess right now, in fact I think their company have been taken over by amcon. They owe access bank 40billion they also owe GTbank 42billion They owe fidelity bank 17billion in fact the total amount of debt owed to 13banks is 377billion naira($1.2bn) The Telecoms company are not finding it funny with that huge debt obligation hanging on their neck. Job retrenchment was on the cards with all that negative news, a pity you were affected

henocherry18:he waa boastful? infact that's a big lie because pep guardiola says he knew the media will turn on him when his team starts losing and so he wished that day would come soon enough. I can back my sentence with proof. however show us that he was boastful after winning ten games, U liar |
Bishopking:lol @ external influence, after all the "waka" Nigeria did regarding loan from IMF / world bank, it was just approved recently so they have to proffer solutions and tell us when to step up before their loan offered go enter voice mail like Greece, lol as for the printing money in relation to interest borrowed, I agree with you on that |
routik:lool, don't rejoice yet bro. even when you get refunded, pls be sure that its the exact amount they debited from you that will be refunded. When diamond bank was asked to refund customers for the yeye postal stamp charges that happened last month, those guy refunded me just twice but I was debited on three different occasions. so them gain last last so monitor am sha |
poposki33:yea I understand your fears, u feel one day Nigeria will go broke and be unable to repay them debts right? Well presently a speech from a world bank spokesperson also share same view. it is said that they(world bank) don't think that Nigeria has even revenue to meet its INTEREST payments seeing how much debt we had been accumulating and Yet to still accumulate. So its okay to worry coz in the long run it spells dom but then how does Nigeria generate funds to pay back? - Print more money - Increase the revenue generated Kemi adesoun has decided to follow the option of increasing revenue, how? By Increasing the Tax-net to capture in more people. Statistics say only 22% of companies pay tax in Nigeria , so we can start from there. Also seeing how mean this govt can be at times. If they fail to capture more coys into their tax books, they may as well increase the tax on those complying to increase revenues. Talks have been going on , on how to increase our VAT. U know naija, they can just bring up one funny policy, like they increase car import duty or increase the taxes on purchasing luxury products like champagne or jets....all these are in a bid to increase the generated revenue to meet the debt obligations. just so you know, According to a sentence made by The former Cbn gov (lamido sanusi) He says ; Nigeria spends 66% of her revenue on debts alone. So u have every reason to be concerned bruh! in the long run, we either increase the revenue or borrow less .make we no compound our woes, or bad as e bad we print more money if water wan pass garri (Inflation tendencies tho if this happen) lool

Thank God this topic was bought up because i have a question I would like to ask; When does a car need to have an oil change.? if my manual says change every 5,000miles does it necessarily mean when i have driven about 5,000miles from when bought then it deserves to be changed? what if I drove for a year, very seldom and I never drove a total of 5,000miles, will it be safe to say there is no need to change my oil as the interval set by the manufacturer which is 5,000miles hasn't yet been reached ![]() |
Kingpee2:.abeg make I hear word jorr. if any manutd fan had go online and bet on manutd to win he or she will be crying right now. A team that couldn't win in 90minutes against mediocre Anderlecht, na wa o. I dey vex for them right now as my ticket don look bush |

amjustme2:secondary market means u will be buying from the bank I.e the bank will sell to you from the thier own investment already made. if they invested tbills at 17% 364days for instance, the secondary market means they could offer u 15% 364days from that investment they made earlier, so its not fresh like the primary market where bidding takes place. below are the fees deduction from fbn say you invest 1milloon at 10% 364days interest ought to be 100,000 custodian fee(0.125%) - 125naira commission fee (0.10%) -100naira transaction fee (#100) - 100naira Vat (5% of all three) - 5% of 325= 16.25 making a grand total of 125+100+100+16.25= 341 so after deducting 341 from the 100,000 your actual interest will be = 99,659 for the year this should be the charges on 1m investment according to first bank.

Alikote:bro you are shifting the goal post, i was particular on the speculative purpose you were strongly promoting here. I didn't compare Nigeria's tbills or bonds to other countries and I don't see the relevance of you bringing that up here. What business is it to us if Iraq defaulted, tbills globally are regarded 99.9% risk free and Nigeria hasn't defaulted since inception according to my findings. in the 90s, some people bought land at ikorodu, lekki or even festac but the rate at which value appreciated was different across the areas. That u bought a land 1naira doesn't mean it will cost 20naira in the next ten years or even 30yrs, its no guarantee. its all speculation!!! I have used opic agbara as example Before professing investment ideas to people, you should ask then - How much risk can you take? - How long are you willing to invest? (short/long term) - How much interest rate are you looking at annually? You keep mentioning transport business as if it was cheese cake, to run a keke biz or bus biz is an active work oh. Giving out your keke/bus in return for daily return is very burdensome. infact most people into the bizness will advice that u drive the bus/keke instead of giving it out. too many dishonest people out there, its one story or another not forgetting the risk of an accident. I come from a well grounded bizness family(SME tho) and I don't know why u make it seem bizness is all rosy because its not... As an importer u can lose 10million naira in just one container, its that volatile. Yes business pays better returns than debt instruments but can you stomach the risks involved? I can go on and on and on, Tbills has saved life's, my family included. If most Nigerians who run savings account knew of treasury bills, I am optimistic that majority will refuse to keep thier money in the bank savings account....most will opt for tbills seeing how risk free it is. |
Alikote:baba see the way u just dey beautify speculation, speculation is more like legitimate gambling. as at 1990-1991, a plot of land was bought at OPIC Agbara at about 100k/plot. with this your analysis, one would expect that a plot of land there would coat tens of millions in 15years but na lie. the land which is over 25years old from when bought is just within the range of 2-4m/plot presently. because u bought a land 10yrs ago and now it has appreciated times ten doesn't mean it will always happen like that everywhere...I used Opic agbara as an example. speculation is fuckin.g dangerous, telling people to store money in their dorm account for cash rewards in the future is dangerous, we have seen how the exchange rate has crashed these few weeks and if conditions surrounding it gets stronger and CBN continues defending it, speculators will have thier hands burnt like it is presently. Also telling people not to build to rent is a very flawed idea. People should be investing for cash flow (let this sink in) Renting @ property gives you cash flow which should be the no1 priority of any investment. Infact according to the land laws its actually an offence to leave a land fallow for two years in Lagos(this isn't enforced anyways) so why should I go around buying up lands up and down all for speculative purpose when I can erect a structure and earn a decent cash flow annually or monthly? Do you know what could happen To you tomorow, one could be disabled from an accident or have a life threatening disease that will put you out of work for good, then what next? Its that investment that generates cash for you daily, monthly or annually that will keep you going(feeding, upkeep and expenses in general etc). You have been making good points tho, not until this comment you popped out
