The only problem I noticed is that houses are quite expensive to buy. If you are lucky, you could get a new house for 50m minimum on Lagos mainland.

Also I noticed something annoying with houses up for sale, rooms are terribly small. The parking lot can't take more than two cars tops. It's like everything is done in a minimal fashion.

You most likely did not select your OS during setup

Right click on the virtual machine, edit properties.
Click on CD ROM and then you would see an option to select ISO. This is where you would pick the ISO.

Remember to check the connected tab ontop before closing. So the VM can boot with the connected OS

- POOR learning environment.

if the teacher cannot create a very happy and exciting class
if the school owners provide a classroom with poor ventilation, poor chairs and desk.

I know how it was when during my Jambito Year in UNI, and how several departments will assemble in a hall for General courses. Ratio 600:1 lecturer.

Poor timetable, students don't know what lecturer is to come and when, all you get is handout handout handout to compensate for lecturers absence. How do you expect a student to learn under that atmosphere?

I was speaking with someone who told me how a new tenant packed into their building and now owing rent.

Before them the tenant came in a borrowed car and a very nice Kaftan, to depict a well to do status. the agent fell for the gimmicks and thought this tenant doesn't look like one who will owe.

After 1yr of an exhausted rent, it's been gba gbos with the landlord as he has been owing rent for almost a year.

from my small experience, the best tenants are those in the corporate world.
They seem to have a sense of general cleanliness, they don't have unnecessary quarrel over stupid things like where to spread clothes.
