Politics / Re: Uzodinma Demolishes Substandard Tunnel Built By Okorocha In Owerri (Pictures) by chukzyfcbb: 8:29am On Jul 09, 2020
If truly these projects are substandard, then not only okorocha is corrupt. The contractors, engineers involved are corrupt.

How can you jeopardize quality for profit knowing how sensitive this project is. If this shit collapses, it will lead to loss of human lives.

after we will say Buhari is corrupt, the engineers who built it is equally corrupt.

Except this is just to discredit okorochas work, the engineers involved too should be brought to book

No be Rappers again, lool

All na for Street creds.

Now his enemy can rejoice and brag about it in his next Rap. how he bagged a body and is a real N**gga that isn't afraid to hold a glock lol.

Inasmuch as I like Rap and the bragging that comes with it, the killings to rap about being an OG in the streets is needless.

Otherwise Nipsey would still be alive, giiving me that black energy vibes sad
Car Talk / Re: Road Rage: Share Your Experience by chukzyfcbb: 1:58am On Jul 08, 2020
Road Rage was when I just learnt driving newly.

Any small thing I don put leg for accelerator.

I enjoyed the take over when I engage the car in Gear 3, the added force, pressure and movement of the car was heavenly. How I missed that Peugeot sad

Infact Revig the car before Overtaking (i.e Leg a bit on the clutch ) will send warning signals to passerbys that shit is about to get real, so they scamper for safety lol In Automatic it will lag a bit and not so fun.

Now I like my life.i am still very young and have a long years ahead of me, na only one life I get. Jeje things smiley

05/06 I became a fan of FCB.

Before then I had I been interested in the team thanks to Patrick Kluivert, I just liked the way he breezed through defenders.

But Ronaldinho made me a convert smiley
I spent a lot of my time at cybercafe watching Jogabonito videos then just to perfect his tricks lol

The blind pass, the snake bite signature move, the way he took freekicks, the ball joggling. I live breathe and ate ronaldinho

If any footballer would have made me run mad, it would have been Gaucho

Liked him so much I personally composed a song for him

Our investment Sensei,

this is not absolutely correct, I made a transaction below 100k and it was accepted.
However, when you first meet them at the counter they will be like why don't you have am ATM for this account and my answer is, I have an ATM for another account but not this one smiley

when your funds are plenty in an account, it's best to go the old school way (paper and pen) to avoid stories that touch.

Sports / Re: 5 Worst Swap Deals In History: Sanchez & Mkhitaryan, Ibrahimovic & Eto'o.. by chukzyfcbb: 7:32pm On Jul 02, 2020
As a Barcelona fan, I don't think I would say eto-ibrahimovic was a bad deal.

without that deal, Messi may never had been a false 9 which made him score lots of goals.

before then Messi was a winger, using the number 19 shirt. When Ibrahimovic was out on injury, we needed a makeshift attacker.

So pep converted Messi to a Fasle 9 and that's when his true born innate abilities of goal scoring became finely polished.

Without that deal, Messi would played so long on the wings and not score as much goals as he did when he became a false 9.

Family / Re: The Biggest Mistake In Marriage Right Now For A Guy by chukzyfcbb: 8:24pm On May 22, 2020
Naija246:
the biggest mistake in my opinion is to even consider marriage grin

Guys should know that you will enjoy your life far better when you are single than when married.
Being single affords you the luxury of:
-developing new skills
-saving a chunk of what you earn
-it affords you the opportunity to travel more.
-you will age slower(due to less stress)
Etc
The benefits of single life for a man far outweighs the pros of being married.
We men are doing Women a HUGE!! favor by marrying them. grin

guys, don't let any lady sell you the idea that marriage benefits you.. it's a scam!!
Marriage benefits Women not men!!
Hoard your ring!! cheesy
When I tell my fellow guys this, I come off as being wierd, lol

I want kids quite alright, but marriage I am not sure about that as I haven't seen any benefits from it

First and foremost he is not year at 29. Tony Elumelu became bank MD at 33 years. Late Uncle T of GTB founded GTB alongside Fola Adeola and Segun Agbaje in their early 20s.

Secondly, it is very ok for him to know how to hustle and make money yet without any knowledge and direction about investments and wealth creation.

Finally, i agree with you, building now is not the best optimal investment but will not support purchase of land though at this point.
These people you mentioned took on risks so they can enjoy later, they could as well play safe by investing all in building houses but didn't.

But they took on risks and now they are living off their wealth. Eg Tony Elumelu with his foundation helping other young ones. that's the point I am making.

Now is the time to buy landed properties, some people are cash strapped and will do anything to raise money by laying off thier assets. I don't support building of house tho it's a tie down of limited cash . But like I said he should use a bit to buy land and watch it grow , while he invests the rest in his hustle.

Don't just disagree with me, drop your points why you think otherwise.

you have a hustle that you started while in school.

despite the school distraction you were still able to save 11million and yet you are asking what hustle to engage in.

Tell us the truth, are you a Gee boy?

Nobody will make 11million in 6yrs of hustle and still be asking for direction, why not expand the so called hustle abi you be Yahoo boy.

Just a word of advice building a house is a tie down of cash, Jeje buy land fence it and allow it to grow or rent it out to Farmers/block makers while you use the rest to expand your hustle.

You are still young, now is the time to take on risk coz you have the years to recover.

House of 100m here will return a miserly 5-8m on rent, it's fu--cked up really, just buy land and fence it for safety.

Lately I have come to discover that confidence in interview comes from how often you interface with very top C level executives or head of departments.

if you type of job is where you need to pitch a product by doing a slide presentation to Head of departments at several companies quite often. Confidence will be second nature in an interview

I will say Sales/Pre sales who do slide presentation at offices tend to be have better confidence regardless of thier years of experience or age.

it's simply because they are used to SELLING thierselves and the product to top members of an organization

I had a similar experience.
The interview was for the role of regional manager in an international company conducted by two Chinese Americans and One Nigerian man. The company is into heavy equipments. These Chinese Americans bombarded me with questions from the answers I supplied to previous questions. After spending half an hour with them thinking that the interview is completed. Here comes the mess.
Interviewer: We can see you have an extensive, comprehensive and wide experience in FMCG, how are you going to leverage on that when it's not gonna be applicable for this role because this is not an FMGC industry.
Me: I am adaptive and fast in learning more about the position and I give you assurance that within 1month I must have mastered the dynamics.
Interviewer: It took me 5years to grow to the level of a Manager, so how could you just achieve that within 1 month...
At this juncture, i was dumbfounded.

Another horrible interview experience was with an international company. After convincing them that I have all it takes to excel in that role beyond their expectations, and I am highly proficient in the use of Ms word, Excel and Computer repair and maintenance. I was tested on Excel and Msword. I never knew they had a faulty system that could not boot. I was presented with the system to fix. As a sharp guy, I told them that the problem could be the BIOS or RAM.
Interviewer: In other words you are not sure of your competence by guessing. Don't you think you should have run a troubleshoot with your tools.
Me: Sir, I need to boot the system before i could troubleshoot.
Interviewer: You supposed to have your tools with you.
Me: In my mind (Oga I came for an interview, not to repair your system. Take this shit to a technician.)
Interestingly, hardware knowledge of computer is not necessary for the role.
Lool, come with tools to repair system?

See yarns o smiley Maybe they wanted to leverage on awoof service smiley
