I created a profile on WES and opted for the courier delivery option of 85cad only to realise it is nt mandatory to have a hardcopy. Is it ok if I create a new wes profile since i have not made payment yet and correct my mistake or do I continue to wait for wes to change my option to standard delivery of 7cad.

You should still be able to change it since you've not paid.

Yes you can combine experiences across multiple NOCs.
However you need to have at least one year continuous experience in your primary NOC.

I read here that TBills is profitable but I feel like I have been swindled. Decided to purchase TBills with POF instead of leaving the money in my account and of course, for security reasons. I already did the math with the rates I saw here and my online research. I was expecting a reasonable interest but the interest I received hit me hard (still pissed sef). Now, I need clarification so that I will prepare myself well for a showdown at that bank.

I used Zenith bank and had to wait for over a week before the TBills were auctioned (so they said). I waited happily (in my mind..."yay primary market = better interest rate). The day eventually came, to my utmost disappointment, the interest I received was lower than 5%. Never read anywhere or met anyone whose interest was that low. Could the bank have done something shady? Do TBills investments have custodians? The letter that was sent to me bears Zenith Pension as my custodian. Then the discount rate is stated as 10% [color=#000000]p.a.[/color] (but as I stated earlier, I was credited with less than 5%). Should the interest be calculated per annum? The duration of the TBill's 182 days. Are there circumstances that can make a person's interest that low? Someone who's knowledgeable in this should please give me the necessary information.

The interest rate stated is per annum. If the tenure of your investment is 182 days, that's just about 6 months, hence the interest rate will be half of 10%.

Please go to CIC's website and used the CRS calculator. You would get at least 468 when last I checked with your credentials and a high IELTS score

If work experience isn't up to 3 years, it won't be up to 460.

While trying to calculate your CRS score, the list showing your qualifications seems to be hierarchically ordered, with PhD being of highest value, followed by Masters degree, then 2 or more certificates, etc. CIC already states that they'll only evaluate your highest degree, which in your case would be your Masters degree. I think I read somewhere that evaluating your Bachelor's degree if you already have a Masters is only beneficial to you with respect to getting certain kinds of jobs.

You only need to evaluate your foreign masters degree.

Can the years of experience used span 2 different NOCs? I have experience working as a Telecoms engineer and now as a software developer. Can both be combined in counting the years of experience?

To answer your question, you don't have to evaluate your Nigerian degree if you are using your UK Masters. And you won't be needing WAEC.

I have an MSc from a university in the UK. Do i have to evaluate my B.Eng which is from a Nigerian university as well? I'm trying to avoid complexities (getting transcript, WAEC stuff, etc) if i don't absolutely have to.
