I think glo has a problem with their DNS servers. If you are using a computer, try changing your DNS servers to use Google DNS. I.P addresses are 8.8.8.8 for preferred and 8.8.4.4 for alternate.
If not known, check how to change DNS servers on Google.

1. Craiglist is straight forward. No need for VPN wahala. Just enter losangeles dot craiglist dot org go look for wetin you want.

2. To access letgo on pc, Just download a chrome extension called 'Strong Proxy' [thanks to wildchild1]. Download it as you see it..... 'Strong Proxy'..... No go download anoda thing oh . Anytime you want to access the site, click the strong proxy icon and choose los angeles as your location. Instead of registering on letgo, you can log in with your facebook or google account[gmail]. Thats all.

3. To access letgo on phone, download 'F-secure Freedome' vpn from playstore. Download the letgo apk from apk mirror[i downloaded mine from there].Platystore will not allow you download from there cos their server go detect your location. Open your vpn, select 'United states as ya location' and connect. Open the letgo app and change your location to Los angeles.

4. To access offerup on PC is, unfortunately, what i havent been able to achieve as of yet. I no know why. But you can try yours, maybe it will work for you because, according to people, you need a very strong internet connection to access it on pc. My connection speed is nothing to write home about, so maybe thats my problem.

5. To access offer up on phone, just download puffin browser, that's all. However, logging in is another issue entirely. I have tried to use facebook to log in but for where. I downloaded the apk, still no luck. I have tried to change my zip cope within the app to that of Inglewood, Los angeles, California--- it loads for a time then shows error. It will continue to show error even after one million tries[i tried 750 thousand times]

6. Offerup is too stubborn. I can access the site on puffin browser[android] and look at offers etc but i cannot login and bid. Inshort, the site has never successfully opened on my pc. Only Puffin browsr on phone.

It's not that they don't charge to 100%; they do if the battery percentage was less than 95% before you start charging it. If it is more than 94%, the battery meter shows plugged in not charging.

It's not a matter of follow come charger or bad battery.
I have been experiencing the same thing on my laptop which was bought brand new, the battery still lasts up to 7 hours.
Like I mentioned earlier, some laptop manufacturers build their batteries to work like that.

It's a normal thing built into some laptops. My dell laptop does it as well. If the battery was fully charged and then starts discharging, it wouldn't charge again if power gets restored until the battery drops to 94%. Don't worry yourself.
