Pls I need professional advice aside police pls help! Am really sorry about this, I can't say I understand how you feel, but I pray that GOD will heal your family. in my opinion, Your daughter needs you now more than ever, she might be just 3years old but she knows something wrong has been done to her. We do not know how long this person has tried before he finally succeeded and also to what extent this person has threatened her. Your baby may not be to express the Pain she feels except maybe the physical pains. Do not force her into speaking if she doesn't want to. You know your daughter and knows how she reacts to people and things around her. This person who did this might be her teacher, bus driver, gateman or even a student. Everyone is a suspect. if trying the story telling doesn't work, try taking her to school casually if possible go through the way she normally goes to school and back see how she reacts to people you'll definitely get a clue as to who did this. Keep all evidence even the tiniest one matters, take a video if you can. And when you finally get the devil who did this "no matter who he/she is", make sure to burst his balls. More importantly your daughter needs you because whatever happens, your daughter will always remember how you stood for/by her. A child never forgets.. |

Fellow Nigerian, 7.29€ on burger, pommes and 0.5L drinks is so much money if you are living on a budget. I learnt not to buy drinks from Macdonald's as it's quite pricey (about 2€+ though some people say It tastes better). One litre of coke in the store is about 0.99 cents + pfand 0.25= 1.24€. just ask for becher and ice, if you intend to sit in the lobby and have fun. (*;*)(*;*). |

Food is relatively cheap here, just find EutoShop in your city, everything there is €1. Plates I bought for €9 each the day before I found for €1 the next day. They have almost everything you can need besides winter jacket, shoes and the obviously expensive items. Before you head to any store to shop, try to get to EutoShop and buy all you can find that you need. The other stores can be for things you can't find in the EutoShop.
Greetings from TU Ilmenau, the spirit of science. Hallo, Welcome to Deutschland. Getting stuffs from the one euro shop is quite tricky. yeah everything is been sold for one euro but I'll advise you not to buy books from there. Actually books are quite cheaper in other shops(less than 50cent) compared to the one euro shop. I always use one Euro shop when I've combed the other shops. 50cents is about 150 you know. |

Ahmed4002: Going as student you would be given a student category Visa with just 120days for work.
But as a Family Reunion, you can work full time.
It's better to go for a family reunion, while you are in Germany, then you can apply for studies.
But just that the waiting time for the family reunion, procedure and everything. One might think of using the option.
But trust me , it's better for the FAM reunion if you are patience enough Seconded, but for the waiting time it depends on some factors, she might be lucky to get it within 3months or at most 9months . but no matter the waiting period, going through family reunion is the best. |

We are yet to get any feedback from the embassy. We have sent mails to the embassy but no response. Please how long should the remaining process take.
This very long wait is killing. If the embassy is okay with the document she submitted, then they won't contact her anymore. rather they will contact the auslanderbehörde of the place where you reside who in turn will write you asking that you submit some documents. |

OMOZ1: I will be glad if you enlightening me more, even I checked the date for appointment, no date in May, it is possible to book appointment with acknowledgement of Application?. This is the mail I received from Universitat Hamburg:
( This confirmation can be submitted to the responsible government authorities and application offices which issue visas and permits to enter the Federal Republic of Germany. Please take care of all necessary studentvisa formalities immediately so that, should you be accepted, you can enter Germany in time to commence studies. Processing your visa request can take up to 12 weeks: please do not wait for an acceptance letter. Apply immediately for an applicant visa (“Bewerbervisum”) so that you can enter Germany in time to start studying! You can find more information at: www.uni-hamburg.de/visa . Orientation events and course sign-ups take place early before start of term. Get a head start at Universität Hamburg with International Welcome Week! Get to know the University and other new students! www.uni-hamburg.de/welcome. If you have any questions, you can contact the Team Bewerbung und Zulassung (Team for Applications) using the contact form at www.uni-hamburg.de/zulassungsfragen . Sincerely, Ihr Team Bewerbung und Zulassung (Team for Applications) )
Please what are the requirements for booking students Visa Appointment?
But I like to do the interview by June. Hallo, I think the universität Hamburg sends the document when you've been accepted by the department . Also I think you should take note of the date the university will publish admission letter so that you can start now to scout for a date for the visa interview (few days after the proposed date for the publishing of admission letters ). Remember that the universität Hamburg do not extend enrollment deadline though it can also be done by proxy, so they expect that you start everything regarding visa matters once the first document is sent. |

MidEastPrince: Hello house, I have a question on behalf of my cousin.
His wife is presently studying in Germany and they'd like to apply for a family reunification visa. The issue is that he is presently a resident of another country. How will the lawyer go about the interview and subsequent investigation.
Thank you. I think his best bet is to check the website of the German embassy in the country he's residing in. I believe the process of family reunification differs with respect to the country one is applying from. I also think that verification is done because we don't have a good data base because if we do, the only thing that would be required is just an identification number which will show all information needed when imputed into the system. |

1. Try to contact anyone to help you with your enrollment over there or
2. You should print the mail sent to you from the school and take it with your health insurance and passport to the embassy and explain everything to them, try telling them every of your stories. They might stamp the VISA for you that same day. Oga Paulinus may not allow him smell the embassy's gate not to talk of going in to explain to whoever is in charge of stamping.(He'll just be asked to drop it and leave). I think his best bet is writing to the embassy via email, citing strong reasons and also request to collect his visum by hand. |

evetyson: I submitted it via their email. The date on it shows October 2018 when he went to renew his residence last year October because his old one was expiring that month and he was also going for unbefristet he was given a temporary permit extension till March 2019(friction certificate) which I submitted at the embassy when I went for interview and now his unbfriestet is out so that was my reason for writing the embassy to know if I could submit this current one which they replied yes. So I don't understand bearing date it was issued because the date there is October last year why he got it February 2019
My opinion, your informing the embassy about your husband's change of status has no effect and wouldn't in my opinion compromise anything because the alien office will contact your husband at some point and he'll submit his current status also bear in mind that his unbefristet will bear the date it was issued.
I also think it'll be wise not to bombard the embassy with emails as regards the lawyer's coming at this early stage. Submit your husband's new status as its stated in the email you received.
All the best... If you've submitted the document then you don't need to be bothered, the aliens office got all the information they need including when it was issued and when it was collected. |

Have we not also seen cases where the person who had a smooth visa interview get rejected and one who effed up in his visa interview got visa within a short period? My point is this we're on this forum to give/get advise also hoping and praying at the same time that we get a positive response when we apply what we get from here. we should stop asking for proofs, it makes no sense.....if anyone decides to become a liar so that he/she can trend ; nah for im own pocket. |

Most importantly, thank you for replying me and helping with a good piece of advise and details, I really do appreciate and yes my comment looked rude but I honestly had no bad intentions. It just hurt when someone decides to share false details to people just like that. I will work on that and reply as friendly as I can although I meant no harm.
Once again, thank you very much and God shall always bless you. Hallo, What exactly do we define as false details? I will like to start by saying that just because something is not common does not mean it's false. I've been following this thread from part 3 and I've seen alot of unique situations. What if I told you that three weeks ago someone I know got AM two days after interview (student visa and BA funded before interview)? What if I also tell you that a colleague got AM two months after interview (Family Reunion Visa; verification and visa stamped and returned) whereas another spent close to 6months? you may consider it as false because I don't think we've seen such here. Let's not be too quick to judge. And don't forget there's something called GRACE |

ifyalways: No such luck yet.
I think they're just enriching the agents. Whatever reason they have for locking the dates is frankly meaningless. They should keep everything open or just lock it up so people can look for alternatives, other countries. It's midnight where I am now and I have been checking this every twenty minutes for the past four hours. The couple's wards in Nigeria checked all night in Nigeria. The sleep deprivation and all.
So what happens to people that will need to apply as a couple or family with some share a documents like marriage certificate and bank statements? How will they be able to get same date?
All such rubbish only works in Naija. The Government don't care, the citizens accept everything. please, I beg to disagree with this *enriching agents*. Have you thought of what would happen if all date are let open at once? Also if a family or couple needs an interview date, one parent/ adult should first get a date and then write to the embassy requesting to be allowed to come together for the interview. Different interview dates means different file/application number and thus the embassy would be willing to grant the request because I think it'll make their work easier. |

I think you should write to the embassy. Sometimes, the delay is mostly from the home office where your husband resides. Your hubby might have gotten a letter from the home office stating that they have gotten back to the consulate general in Lagos, but they are quite smart to also let you know that the decision of visa approval or rejection is not theirs to take so as to shift the blame. in my opinion, if you decide to write to them which I think is the best thing to do, remember to state your file number, when you had the interview also stating that your hubby has done the needful by submitting all required documents. |

are you sure those guys that were giving test are going for MSC?.. How did you know they were giving test? Apart from the one you mentioned that said he was going for international management, did the other 2 persons tell you personal that they gave them test too or you just assumed so because of the time they spent. From all the transcripts I have seen here since summer, nobody has mentioned anything about test.
For you to now have 3 persons going for Msc. doing tests in a particular day doesn't sound too correct.
are you going for Msc too?? Alright , I guess there's no point trying to convince anyone that test was written. I'd still say you can keep doubting, because your mind have been conditioned and decide to go for your interview without being prepared.
