All joke aside, the level of real estate boom happening in the east is shocking. Places that used to be bush are now vibrant cities. At this rate, I am scared that prime real estates will be rare by the time I have enough money to invest.

It would have been twice what you see if we have had good leadership especially in Anambra before Peter obi's era. For example, Asaba takes all the new real estate around Onitsha because they will not build bridges over the Nkisi river to make the GRA phase 2 areas of Onitsha easily accessible from the Enugu-Onitsha expressway at Nkpor. These hitches have caused the price of available land around Onitsha to skyrocket making Asaba a preferred location by developers

I got so much pics of Asaba from my last visit, but they are mostly exquisitely and intricately designed architecture of my relations houses which i don't want to post here. These are types of houses you won't even see in Abuja and i mean every word of it. But i will stick to the general ambiance of the inside Asaba city area.
