GOING BY JONATHAN'S MISRULE, WE CAN CONCLUDE THAT THE BIGGEST OFFICE IN NIGERIA SHOULD ROTATE BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH WEST BECAUSE THE MINORITY TRIBES HAVE SHOWN THEY ARE CLUELESS IN DECISION MAKING.
