Thank you brother. I don't think you should hit the panic button just yet. Had my interview on the 22nd of December last year and received the email of collection on the 28th of january. That was about 5 weeks which is the standard(official) waiting time. Some may be shorter or longer. So I suggest you stay calm my brother because you will soon get the good news.

Definitely the German Embassy. I was there yesterday and met a lady who confirmed she did hers about 2 weeks ago free of charge.

The major factor that should determine which choice to make is your final CGPA. So, if your GP is below 3.00/5.00, which translates to 2.5. the odds of getting a masters programme becomes rather low or even impossible except you know certain tips. Even as that, you would stand a better chance getting a Bsc. Note that Bsc itself in English are not as available as Msc.
The IELTS should not hold you down as most schools deadlines are in May/June.

Hello...you can get the information you need from daad.de . Just narrow your search by ticking the course or field you are interested in. You should have a plethora of schools to choose from.
I will advise you to continue reading this thread as you stated you have already started. Start from at least 250. You should have most of the info you need there.

Was going through daad website, and most of the schools/degree options I saw require either offline application or a combination of offline and online. Only a few (2 or 3) use uni-assist. Knowing that they all require my transcript, how do I go about the application when my school charges 35k for transcript to Germany, and I plan to apply for not less than 5 schools, that will be 175k on transcripts alone, which is outrageous!!!

Will it be possible to obtain a student copy of my transcript and send out photocopies? Will it be valid? Please I need you all to guide me here...

If you'd done your homework properly by reading previous pages of this thread, you definitely would have found precise answers to this question as it has been treated extensively.
Well, what most people do is to have their universities send transcripts to places like a companies etc forming that they need it to secure a job and all that. You just get someone in a company probably a friend, to pick it up on your behalf. Make photocopies of the transcripts and have them certified. Depending on the type of certification required by the schools you intend applying to,you can do that at the german embassy in lagos which I hear is free, at the court for a minimal fee, or at a notary public which can be quite expensive depending on your relationship with such individuals. You then send these certified copies to such schools. As a matter of fact, most schools explicitely state that applicants need not send original documents but certified copies of required documents.
Finally, I will advise you to read this thread properly. You will be doing yourself a world of good as so so many have benefited from this thread and have achieved their primary goals of getting visas. The importance of this thread cannot be overstated as I am a living witness of this. You read this thread, apply yourself, meet the various requirements of your schools and embassy, you get your Visa. Chikena !!

for the form, you can just Google their website and download. However, at the rate naira is falling, do you think its a good idea to withdraw even with the charge? except of course you have a euro domiciliary account to send it to.

Speaking of deutsche bank. Please has anyone opened a blocked account at the Lagos consular's in the past 3 weeks and received a confirmation of account opening from the bank? READ, READ, READ!! It has been said time and time again that German Education involves a great deal of individual work/research. Even American Exchange students studying there were shocked at the intensity of individual research work. Point being ,If American Educated students were shocked at this, what do you think those from Nigeria will do. So the earlier you inculcate the attitude of reading, the better for you.
Go to Uni-assist Official website and search out the answers to your questions (1-3). It's there in black and White or read a few pages back of this thread.
As for your number 4, you can only get that from your intended school of study. Search for schools using daad and check for their application deadlines. I will advise you to hurry because most of their deadlines have already elapsed.

There is absolutely no need to lie to your school about the embassy approving your visa. What if your school contacts the embassy, which of course is very likely and the embassy tells them the truth. Then you will not only lose the opportunity of admission into the school be it now or in the future, but will also likely tarnish your image in the eyes of the embassy as they will see you as a non-trustworthy person thereby jeopardising your visa application. I recommend you ask for a deferal just as Belly suggested.

The agent registered it, he has the password. Let him not fool you. He may not want to give you now because he wants everything to go through him which is more money for him on the long run. Situations may arise when you have to send it to more schools than you filled when registering with him. In this case, instead of simply going to the official ets website to have them send it to the various schools at a minimised rate, you must go back to him to have it done at his own rate, which I can assure you is way above what ets charges.
If you are okay with this though, and you are not in a hurry to see your scores and apply to your school, then you may have to hold your horses and wait for the hard copy to get to you. In my case, I waited for around 1-1/2 months, although I had already viewed my score online,saved and sent it to my intended schools

I feel irrespective of your method of registration, you are entitled to your password simply because you paid for the exam. So I think you should request it from the agent. However, you may wait for ten working days after your examination date to elapse before you give him a call because that's usually when the results are released online and a little longer before ets sends the hard copy. If he doesn't send you the soft copy after the aforementioned 10 days, then you demand it. Either ways, I still feel you should ask him for the password now simply because I feel you have a right to it. Afterall, you paid for it

Please guys am in a state of confusion. I registered for TOEFL through an agent called Edulight. I wrote the exam on 27th September. On 7th October I received a mail that my score is out. Since it was an agent that registered me, I called them to request for my scores. Their boss asked for my name and ETS I.d I sent it to him. Lo and behold after waiting for some hours I got no email, or any messages as how to access my scores. Its 3 days now no response. Hello researchQ. Do you have your toefl password? That is, the password to access your toefl account online? It is usually the password you opened your toefl account with. If yes, just go to the official toefl website, view your score, save the page as a pdf file and print it. You may use either to apply, as requested by the school you are applying to. If no, you may have to go physically to the office of the agent (edulight) to request for it. You should go over at least the last 50-75 pages preceding this one and you will be almost fully equipped with useful information as this your question has been answered times without number. Anyway, getting a letter of sponsorship will suffice, hence, overcoming the need for the 8000 euros.

What is the point of certifying docs if you going to end up photocopying them and eventually send the copies. You would have defeated the purpose by that very act. You have to send the certified copies to every school you are applying to and not photocopies of the certified copies.
