My broda I once said dis here but people where laughing at me , its not easy ooo,3.2km in 18mins is not easy ooo though I tried to complete it twice but I took ill afta the whole thing......I will advice u kip trying it u will surely make it wen u are finally faced with the task.

There is dis mistake on my waec result it reads 1981instead of 1983,I hope dis wldnt pose a problem, all other documents carry 1983 even my primary skool certificate, although the age requirement was 35yrs max, pls any insight to this?

siina: Just to clear the tension in the house,i was at this interview in enugu so i ðø not see anything abnormal in this list been delayed till now.......Nigeria Army Direct Short Service Commission DSSC selection interview is scheduled to hold at Headquarters 82 Division Nigerian Army Enu gu from 4-17 September 2011.

Nigerian Army DSSC Shortlisted Candidates for Interview 2011
General Instructions to Candidates:

1.) Candidates are required to report on 4th September 2011 for the interview with the following:

Writing materials including ruler and eraser.
2 pairs of white vests (unmarked)
2 pairs of navy blue shorts.
Canvas sh oes/trainers and white socks.
Toiletries.
Set of cutleries (including plates and drinking cup)
Bedding to include blankets, white bedspread and pillow case.
Candidates are to bring their current medical report including ECG from any government certified hospital.
Four (4) copies of full size colour photographs in standing position and in suit.
2.)  The selection board will involve physical, medical and academic test. There will   also be an oral interview for the candidates

3.)  Candidates will be required to produce original and photocopies of the following:

a)  All academic/professional certificates (including degree/HND, WASC/GCE or equivalent, testimonials, NYSC Discharge or valid Exemption Certificate as applicable, Primary School Leaving Certificates as applicable and a file jacket).
b) Valid birth certificate as endorsed by the National population Commission, hospital, Local Government Council of birth or valid age declaration.
c) Valid certificate of state of origin.
d) Military Official Identity Card (for Service Personnel).
e) Letter of recommendation by the commanding officer for military personnel.
f) Letter of sponsorship for military personnel.
4.)  Candidates will be fed and accommodated for the duration of the interview.

5.)  Candidates will be responsible for their transportation to and from the interview venue.

6.)  The use of private vehicle will not be allowed throughout the duration of the interview.

7.)  Visitors will not be allowed throughout the duration of the interview

NA is the cause of all this insult in the house, if the list wld ve bin released by now it wld ve bin done and dusted, but because dere is no list people come here just to while away tym and look for trouble. I will continue to say it u better save ur strength for the 3.2km race in 18mins, that stuff is not moi moi oooo, I tried it and took ill, this is wot shld be bothering some of us now and not coming here to argue and insult people

xykms101: Passion my azz!...where was your passion before acquiring a degree or msc for yourself ? Ok! Let's assume that few of you here applied to NDA before university education and it didn't work out,why didn't you apply for regular intake instead of going to universty if it base on passion?

A right thinking person who has a reasonable job that attracts nothing less than 250k would never think of leaving for military job where you will have no free will, where death and dissabilities are guaranteed, where you are no longer an imdividual, where people will tell you what to do, when to do it and by the law you must comply, wher you can't just find another job and quit, wher you will have to put your life on the line on a daily basis....taaaarh! A friend of mine left a govt agency job where he was earning 350k for the Nigerian army job, as a liutenant he knows how influential he has bcom now and how he has saved his friends and family from oppression. Money is not everything ooo.

I also applied for dssc, the list is taking too long don't know why,although I was told to prepare for test. This is my 4th time of applying...I like d spirit in d house I pray that God will grant us victory this time amen
