People should not always blame these foreigners for paying huge amount of money to unknown person met online. You have to understand that 80% of transactions abroad are done online and they are quite used to always getting the services they paid for. I for one have always disregarded online transactions till I had no option and since then it has been a nice ride and I've not being duped by a foreigner or foreign company.
You can stay in the comfort of your home and purchase something in Indonesia and in one months time it arrives at your doorstep.
The problem is that fraudulent elements have hijacked this system to defraud unsuspecting customers and it in turn gives a bad name to us all.
There are some reputable sites and online business forum that does not allow Nigerians participate. To even operate a PayPal account is difficult and am not sure it's enabled in Nigeria anymore, the lucky ones are those who opened years ago.

Day by day this current administration is making me loose hope in them. Excuses upon excuses, no details on what to be done to correct the already dying nation. Throwing blames here and there, your cluelessness would soon eclipse that of GEJ.

Well let me school you a little so next time you don't talk down on people be it on a faceless forum or in reality; In English language, a pause automatically denotes a comma and a complete stop in speech also denotes a full stop when the words are being transcribed into written form. The same goes for other punctuation marks, these are all just to make the words comprehensible when reading it. Without correct punctuation written English would be totally useless.

Full stop, comma and other punctuation marks gives some level of meaning and interpretation to words spoken or written. If you can read that line again I see a full stop after Buhari spoke about the Perm Secretaries then he started another sentence in reference to his campaign then ending the sentence by saying and I quote, " Whatever we did in the campaign, in fact we were saying rubbish and that made it very difficult for us.
