CGMedia: Another Nigerian soldier, Capt. Ikechukwu Ohakwe, has been killed by Boko Haram terrorists, Igbere TV has learnt.
Igbere TV gathered that the late Capt. Ohakwe, is a top ranking military officer from Nekede, in Imo State.
It was learnt that the fallen hero is among the recent victims of the Boko Haram insurgency in Northeast, Nigeria.
He died when his group was reportedly attacked by the terrorists group, in their latest attack on the Nigerian troops.
Meanwhile, Igbere TV had earlier reported on Thursday that a Nigerian army colonel including five other gallant soldiers were killed in an ambush by rebel fighters in Borno state.
According to reports, heavily armed fighters from the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) backed Boko Haram group, on Wednesday, opened fire on a patrol vehicle of soldiers, killing all the soldiers on board.
Igbere TV understands that the attack came hours after a military chief in the Northeast warned “terrorists” in the region to surrender or be destroyed.
So many soldiers and civilians have been lost within the course of the war and the battle is beginning to seem like one which will end in a Pyrrhic victory for the nation.

SoNature: I beg to differ.
Even in companies, people are trained on the account of the company to offer improved service.
We must learn to be fair.
If Nigeria can afford it, the association should go ahead and train him. Company, and not country. And not contract. Imagine after the course and his current contract expires (as someone pointed out earlier) he decides to move to South Africa. The point here is he can go on the course for his career development and market himself with his success stories. Nigeria should rather use that fund and train a local coach. And BTW, what are the success stories of the 'Bayern course? |

SoNature: He's not killing anything.
The Super Eagles side is a young team.
Rohr needs time to bond with his boys.
They will get batter with time. Then Rohr can use his pay to develop himself in Bayern, and we can hire him back. |

Someone like Siasia should be attending such a course, let's develop our own with our funds. He might be an interim coach awaiting for Russia (Or other indigenous coach) to return from the course. Performanking: Interesting...... This is a bit of a surprise because I was so sure he was getting fired. Instead he will be sent back to school to improve and continue to grow and get better... Wow...
Is this Nigeria?
Planning long term, instead of short term?
I'm ok with it. |

This is sad. But it is already stated that passport renewal in Berlin is on hold. Zenithsblog: A Nigerian woman and her kids were forced to sleep outside the Nigerian embassy in Berlin, after a long journey from Munich to renew their passports.
In the viral video shared, a man was heard saying in the background that the Nigerian ambassador left the stranded woman and her kids outside after they arrived at night.
One of the kids who was quite uncomfortable with the sleep-spot, was also spotted crying.
The authorities at the Nigerian embassy in Germany, are however yet to react to the video which has gone viral on social media.

If so, they should also look into their other products. It will be nice to also have them check satchet water in the market as some students have complained. But noting that these students are from Universities with biochemistry and microbiology departments, the students should analyse those suspected products and present results to NAFDAC and the public. |

teadrake: Why are these people so confused like this?? The fund was originally being handled by the state governors unfortunately most of the governor looted the funds and FG thought the best way to go forward is to grant LG financial autonomy and now this again?? Confusion everywhere The NUT officers are speaking for themselves after settlement. Direct allocation to local government will benefit the primary school teachers, especially in the rural areas. They can easily hold the Chairman responsible, since he's reachable. But when it is state, how many primary school teachers can reach the governor? They usually send the NUT Officers. |

Imagine the kind of useless questions you are asking. You should be worried about what happened to the lady after she was arrested or did the senator make pass on her? Or was she raped? brutalized? detained for how many weeks? Starved? Tortured? Asked to use her tongue to wipe the SINators ass? Threatened? If she comes out now her family might be in danger (when INEC officials are even threatened by politicians, then imagine a sales girl). Questions of what happened afterwards will be asked, and who knows what she will voice out if she's to say the truth. daroz: A lot has been said and done about the senator who slapped the innocent lady , but where is the lady that was slapped? Apart from the fact that she is a breastfeeding mother or so, why is her identity and face still hidden?
Who is she and where does she stay or do for a leaving?
Why have they not given her interviews since to know her own part of the story?
I think something is not right somewhere, or has money exchange hands? |
