Apart from being selfish the goalkeeper was down, tip the ball up and is a goal.
there are players who will be in that position and score with a thunderous strike e.g. Aguero. But Ighalo's shot was not heavy, up and on-target .
Imagine someone like Silva in that position shooting (with Musa making that run)... Almost impossible!

Can you check and correct appropriately?
Donwyz:
.I know that it is their right to demand for their pay but most of them end millions and millions of naira from their clubs every week and this money doesn't even compare. there are better ways of demanding for their pay instead of embarrassing the nation publicly. The captain should engage the management of the federation and I know very well that the federation is trying and maybe the present lack of sports minister is affecting this payment issue too. This players are fucken greedy abeg. Last year at the world cup they got all their money before the competition started and they couldn't even get pass the group stage. There are civil servants and public servants in Nigeria especially the army that work even harder than this yeye footballers but they don't end up to half of what this players end from the country still they parade themselves as ungrateful humans...They are a lot of youths in Nigeria looking for an opportunity to play football for Nigeria even for as low as 100thousand monthly but this ones are privileged but greedy as well. playing for their nation should be a thing of pride. Them de mad sef. if they like make dem no train

Is it a win bonus they are protesting against or normal allowances?
schoolnascam:
Nigeria’s Super Eagles have suspended their training strike over unpaid bonuses at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt following last-minute intervention by top football officials.

The team finally agreed to train in Alexandria, 30 minutes after schedule, after the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) promised to pay a win bonus from their 1-0 victory over Burundi on Saturday, by the end of the week.

NFF spokesman Ademola Olajire said “the matter has been resolved”, conceding that funds for the tournament had arrived late.

“The NFF received part of the money meant for the tournament today and is in the process of converting it to dollars to pay the players and officials. The only money they’re owed is the win-bonus for the Burundi match” he said.

The bonuses were expected to be paid by the NFF after Saturday’s game ended. Officials close to the team, who spoke under anonymity, told AFP that following reassurances from the NFF “the team captain spoke to the players, asking them to show some understanding after which the team agreed to train”.

The players had earlier boycotted the official pre-match conference. Other NFF officials disclosed that the players have been paid a daily training allowance of $200-a-player from June 2 to June 30.

The Super
Eagles players who yesterday refused to turn up for a media conference, have also boycotted training in protest over their unpaid bonus.

Suleiman Folarin, an ESPN sports journalist who confirmed the Super Eagles boycotted training in protest over their unpaid bonus, tweeted;

"BREAKING: @NGSuperEagles of #NGA are boycotting practice today. Players have gone on strike due to unpaid allowances. Tuesday’s training scheduled for 14:15 Egyptian time hrs has been cancelled. #TotalAFCON2019"

Boycotting training is not the best way to protest. Remember your opponents are working hard while you doing nothing. Do not blame this day you didn't train as cause of any future loss.
Anyway, your complaints have been heard. You would have used media ( social inclusive) , or make some placards sending your message as you train. And if you want to boycott anything, then let it be the main match.

Crime › Re: DSS Arrests Fake Medical Doctor In Adamawa by Cmanforall: 11:43am On Jun 21, 2019
The failed healthcare system is the reason for all these. A friend once told me his med lab sci colleague works as a medical doctor somewhere in the north. Quackery in the medical profession should be tackled seriously.
Period007:
The Department of State Services (DSS) has confirmed the arrest of the Principal Medical Director of Fufore Cottage Hospital in Adamawa, Ibrahim Mustapha, for operating with a fake medical certificate.

Mr Bola Olori, the Director of DSS in the state, told newsmen on Thursday in Yola that preliminary investigations showed that Mustapha did not study medicine but holds the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) certificate.
He perfected the illicit act of impersonation as a doctor in Gombe where he worked as a ward attendant in several clinics.

“He was aided in the act by a practicing doctor who gave him sample copies of his NECO result, MBBS of Bayero University Kano, NYSC discharge certificate and that of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria annual registration license, all of which he forged,” Olori said.

The director said that Mustapha was employed by Adamawa Health Management Board as a doctor in October 2015, rose to the position of Principal Medical Officer and served as such in the cottage hospitals of Mayo-Belwa and Fufore.
Prior to his arrest, the suspect had in the last five years performed hundreds of surgical operations in several hospitals in the state,” Olori said.

The director, who thanked the state officials of the state branch of the Nigerian Medical Association for their role in tracking the suspect, said that the suspect and his accomplice now in custody would be prosecuted at the conclusion of investigations.

He enjoined the public to be wary of such unscrupulous elements and alert security agencies for necessary action, NAN reports
Speaking to newsmen, the suspect said he had no regret because he knew what he was doing and that he had performed successful medical operations.

“I even assist some qualified medical doctors to do the right thing.

“It’s unfortunate that someone from Gombe where I once worked who was envious of me decided to expose me after I was cleared to be part of Adamawa Medical team to this year’s Hajj, but the person failed to qualify in that interview,” Mustapha said.

The different is clear, you do not just remove an elected individual only those appointed could be remove at will.

But again wisdom demand the councilors to place their collective loyalty on the new governor. Because suing him is not the solution.
Rochas did same. This is one of the reason I will always support the autonomy of the Local government.
These days LG Chairman POSITIONS ARE seen more or less an avenue to settle loyalists. The votes in the grassroots doesn't play any role in selecting and voting for candidates. Local government elections should be addressed squarely.
And for those heading to court, if they should win the case, then they are to step aside to allow those Rochas pushed out of office to complete their tenure , since they were also appointed 'elected'
