I have read cases of those who didn't have a placeholder created until they sent an email to them. I think you should inquire from them how they intend to receive these requested documents. And perhaps mention that they should create placeholders.

My concern is the request for the two passport size photograph, sounds like hard copies to me otherwise why does it have to be two?. so if it is hard copies, will i have to mail it to them as against the usual online application?

If I'm not mistaken, I think you need to raise a CSE for this.

For the IMM8 form, you need to make sure what you download is from CIC's website. That's where you found multiple versions?

If your 6.5 is in speaking, you should definitely request for a remark (and perhaps register again for another exam). It's very likely they can bump that 6.5 up to 7.

Not very certain. Even ICAN is a bit of trouble. If it doesn't cost you much, you should send it to them for evaluation. Instruction is to send as many qualifications as you feel can give more points.
