Sassy, I’m doing the honey and lemon tea for myself. Kiddie won’t drink it. I tried. But So far she’s fine. I disinfect everything outside before coming into the house. Un;dress in the garage. and cleanse inside/outside of any car I drive to work before bringing them into the garage. Constant disinfection. It’s tedious but if that’s what will save us. We have no choice One of the doctors I work with doesn’t see his kids anymore, he’s living outside the home and goes to work from there. Until all this is over. wish I could do that. I won’t be surprised if I’ve already been exposed and our immunity is just protecting us dayleke: Please be careful. Wash hands, wash hands, wash hands Precautions Precautions Precautions. .... Most come back negative but you do have your occasional positive ones.
May baba God help us. sassysure:
If u can get bitter kola, chew it consistently. Give your hubby too. U can prepare honey and lemon drink for little one.
Anything to boast immune system and has anti viral properties will do.
It's well.

I have 6 patients on my unit with covid symptoms . Awaiting test results. Scared of taking it home to my family BlackPantherCri: Well, working in health sector, we have to go to work amidst the lockdown.
Anyways, I show my ID if stopped to prove I'm in essential services.
I wear a half face ski mask when going to the store to shop for basic items , I shower with detol soap as it offers 24hrs protection and it's active ingredient is anti viral. Working in the Frontline you have to protect yourself anyhow.
I wash my hands like 20 times a day at work and sanitise afterwards.
Upon entering the hospital they check your vitals and log it in a book. They monitor you especially temperature wveryday in the event you show symptoms you are isolated and the coronavirus hotline is called.
Our admissions have been reduced, visitors have been banned and patients have been educated on what to expect after their discharge into the real world.
So far, we have witnessed no incidences and God will make it remain that way until this all blows over. |

I was in New York about a week ago. Went through la guardia . People didn’t seem to care that much. I guess it’s gotten more serious in the past few days? Em5: We wish our brothers in Nigeria will realise shit is real and give it the seriousness it deserves. I see on social media people making a fun of it and some purporting conspiracy theories about it been a hoax or avenue to make money.
Shit is real and it's is not funny at all here in New York. Health systems are stretched already. I fear how Africa will cope if the America and Europe are squealing. |

Will you die if you leave him? Beejaynma: I married this man 10 yrs ago and i have never enjoy the marriage even for one day. He had nothing when I got married to him because I believe everything will be fine if both of us join hands together and work hard. I wish I married a rich man that is giving me all I want and maltreating me as the one I married is treating me. Several times I have knelt down to beg him for offence I did not commit just for peace to reign. I hate malice and he likes it alot. He can keep malice for 6months without talking to me. I know I have made the gravest mistake of my life because this is not the marriage I prayed for. I wanted a friend as a husband but God gave me a boss that always see me as subordinate. I don't ask him money even when I know he has numerous girlfriend that he's spending for. He always defend his girlfriends anytime I challenge them. Honestly am dying slowly, i decided to end it all last year by taking poisonous liquid but I survived. Am just so lonely and I don't want to cheat, honestly I don't want to. Am trapped already and he told me I can't take his 2 kids away because I told him I want to go and get apartment. My kids are my life and I can't leave them. I know there are lots of responsible married people here, please is this what marriage all about |

Have told women repeatedly, don’t get involved with any man who doesn’t serve your interests. Many men are selfish. The blatant hypocrisy should be the eye opener for y’all but for some reason, ladies still let themselves get emotionally manipulated. Listen again. If a man is not serving your interests, don’t do it. He sure as hell won’t be with you if you’re not serving his. Don’t do anything for a man that you know when the table is turned, he wouldn’t do the same for you. missimelda01: I am not a single mom but these cruel comments the men are making is moving me to tears. Some ladies need to be schooled on how to handle men. It's okay for a single father to find love and remarry but it's completely wrong to marry a single mom? Why are y'all hypocrites!
There's no stupid rules to love and marriage, but I don't expect some dumbass to understand that. Op, tell your family about your girlfriend's child.. if you see what you want in her, go ahead and marry her. |

He destroyed her life by walking away on his wedding day and exposing himself as the bitter person he is? Y’all take yourselves too seriously TBH Lightangel65: He is very ok, yes it took 10yrs but he destroyed her life. And during this 10yrs he would have been dating the real lady he wants to actually make anlife with. And men rule the world no matter how sick a guy is, just throw some cash and you will get any lady. |

This is a good routine. Keep it up. Eating twice a day is good. Breakfast is overrated. All the “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” isn’t all that actually. Newer research has shown. This is not to encourage late meals BTW. But eating between 11am and 6pm has proven for most people to be the best pattern for weight and blood glucose control. Most people will tell you they don’t usually feel hungry early in the morning. And that’s because when we wake up from sleep the body usually goes into glycogenesis breaking down sugars in the liver for immediate glucose needs. Early Heavy Breakfast often leads to sugar highs and more fat storage. Unless the person has a personal routine that encourages fat burning throughout the day, eating a big breakfast and following up with lunch and dinner will cause inevitable weight gain. Skip one. . FutureFocus: I agree with you on this but it takes discipline and hard work to eat well , people are often lazy to eat in the morning except those who need it due to the nature of their jobs , poverty is another factor, sometimes I intentionally wait till about midday before having my first meal when I'm broke , that way you only eat twice a day, lol. but most people with white collar job still prefer light breakfast in the morning because you don't want to start sleeping in the office after a heavy meal. |

Cohabitating for a long number of years and having kids together is a domestic partnership. It’s not as easy to walk away from as many people would think. I don’t know about Nigeria, but in many countries there are required legal steps to follow to dissolve the partnership |
