BankyGee: None of our players were even able to match the speed of the Colombians. I was just imagining Opeyemi Ajakaye at the flanks yesterday... She would've terrorized the Colombian final third time and time again, but Randy no get sense... Is Linda Caicedo not their mate? Linda Caicedo is their mate ooo Our players were playing as if they are in their late 40s and they were always running away from receiving passes thereby making the passing range longer instead of shorter and simple. If Oshoala was playing they would have just been playing long balls for her to run and get thereby over-working her.. |

daveP: I was saying same too, but the nigerianesss mentality was making some to say they should not rush them, another glorified way of saying the Archaic "wait for your time" of old.
Onyenezide alone should be in this team by now. Ayinde is not going to perform wonders at this world cup. Infact the average age of each team's potential midfield is going to be so low and full of youngsters.
But here we are, delaying the inevitable. Delaying destiny, delaying capacity.
To make it worse, Randy.
If the coach wasn't randy and they still refused to take Esther and co, I'll still complain. By the time those girls are going for their 1st WWC(which isn't even a sure thing), Linda Caicedo would have become the female Mbappe. Make we dey play. Exactly, you're right... U20 players like Imuran, Alani (LB) instead of using Plumptre, Demehin, Debbie Abiodun, Esther Onyenezide, Joy Jerry, Flourish Sabastine. and U17 players like Ajakaye, Usani, Etim, Okenwa, Edafe , Afolabi should be in the Super Falcons or at least getting 20 - 45 minutes in the Super Falcons... Waldrum is behaving as if all the players are injured and his playing players out of position instead of going to the U20 and U17 and picking their replacements.. |

Danielnino00: At this point, I'm glad Oshoala isn't here.... With this rubbish Randy is doing. He can't coach and he is intentionally sabotaging the team by playing players out of position. The bad thing is the players are not smart enough to switch positions to their natural positions once they're on the field. Onumonu should not be playing more than 50 minutes. Ajakaye and sabastine should be in the super falcons. |

this colombia is similar to the colombia U17 that struggled to draw Nigeria U17 girls which means some of the girls in Nigeria U17 should be in the Super Falcons this old women in the Super Falcons are too lacklustre...
Onumunu should not be starting games.. the attack is dormant with her leading it. Ajibade must stop playing midfield...
players like Sabastine, Gift monday, Ajakaye, Esther Onyenezide and idoko should be in Super Falcons.. |

AndSunGorilla: Premium oil dey your head!!!! But then again, truth be told, sometimes some monikers talk about him too much and seem to paint the picture that his inclusion in the team will resolve all the team's shortcomings. The excessive mention sometimes seems awkward. All that said, I wish Nwakali nothing but the best for his career even whether he plays for 9ja or doesn't. After all players like Owubokiri, Akpoborire and Obiku had somewhat good careers in Europe without playing so much for 9ja. You guys forget that Nwakali is playing in a country that prioritizes midfielders and midfield play so the indigenes will be 1st to be considered before anyone else... even Ramon Azeez had his own issues... I think the best country for Nigerian midfielders is Belgium and Denmark and it also depends on the coach.... Mikel had issues with Conte and had to leave... Since Mikel, Bonke, Frank Onyeka, Ndidi and Iwobi have been the only Nigerian midfielders playing in top 5 leagues and even Iwobi position has been changed by several managers and Iwobi also has his struggles with different coaches since leaving Arsenal.. Nwakali has a skill-set of through passes, corner kicks, long passes that can bring out the best in the Super Eagles strikers and that's why he is needed in the team... Against Tunisia he created a one on one opportunity for Sadiq by making a through pass to Sadiq which Sadiq missed. Now imagine if it was Osimhen , Lookman, Moffi or Ihenacho receiving that through pass and how we could have equalized... football is a game of creating chances/opportunities and taking those chances. Nwakali can create chances that can put S.E 1 or 2 goals ahead and the entire team starts defending that lead at least that's what Morocco did anytime they scored the first goal that made them reach the Semi-Finals of the World Cup.. Against Ghana, there was no player to create chances for the Strikers, Moses Simon was trying to dribble everyone, Chukwueze wing was un-used... Against Portugal, the same issue, no player to create chances for the strikers... two players S.E needs and are not liked on this thread are Nwakali and Chidera Ejuke... |

If Aba manufactures are tot how to manufacture parts and have access to tools and machines for manufacturing will it fail.
That's the system I am talking about, let the poor man also have is factory, refinery, biz, etc.
No be only the rich go dey make am for Nigeria. This trend is very bad. this is why businesses have a Research Department or division. so that they can educate themselves on how to design and manufacture parts... the poor man can never have his factory, refinery because they do not have the university degree, technical know-how and money to own and build and manage those things. if the rich man doesn't make it then the poor man becomes poorer and the rich man also becomes poorer... and in the end there's no one to give jobs to the poor man who has become poorer which means the poorer poor man cannot get work experience and technical know-how to even start his own biz if he wants to because due to your mentality the rich man has become a poor man because you don't want him to make it. |

You mean, if government for example. Provide mordern machines and cottage industries for local palm oil manufactures in our villages for them to scale up and mordenize, it will fail?
I doubt..
Or government teach them how to build these machines and also provide avenues for them to build the machines, they will throw the opportunity away.
Let's try it first.. It is not the job of the government to teach people how to build machines that's the job of universities and companies and also the intelligence of the person who is starting the business.. it is not the duty of the government to build machines and cottage industries for local palm oil manufactures in our villages because most of the people in villages lack university education and have never worked for companies that can give them work experience so that they understand the process of building machines and besides each palm oil product will have different ingredients and people ( buyers ) may prefer the palm oil produced by person A than buy person B palm oil who is in the same "cottage industry for local palm oil manufacturers" as person A so what is the point of the cottage industry since you think and want everyone to do well. the point is you can't force people to buy from person B if buyers prefer person's A products. again Kobonaire4 has explained everything. |

I mean an open factory for all of them to manufacture.. Will it work or not? rich people were once poor people or middle class people but they created a product that was popular and making sales so they made money. to create a product they needed to get education or university degree, then work experience, then get a loan or investors to sponsor them then they started their own small companies which later grows to become a big company. JohnBullMySon: Do you know how many "foreign born", even those who never played for Nigeria, are involved in charitable causes? I'm sorry but it can't even be compared to the rest.
Nigeria has a way of imbibing materialism, tribalism and unhealthy competition in the psyche of many who grow up there.
Even if an average Nigerian wants to charitable, he will focus all his attention on his family and his relatives. At most will be his hometown. Then he'll spend the rest on lavish items.
It generally boils down to one issue. These are what growing up in poverty does to the mindest of people generally around the world. Most people with Grace to grass stories (or those who usually say they are from the streets) may seem nice and friendly on the outside but are usually very badly behaved and easily look down on people. Those who grew in wealth or comfort in the outside may seem snobbish, unapproachable, but inside are more respectful and helping of others. They often grow to appreciate how lucky they were while the ones who are "self-made" will be asking you why you can't "Hussle".
I have interacted with many people and I'll tell you that the best Nigerians you'll interact with or generally the best people are more likely than not, people who grew up in a comfortable and well to do environment, whether in Nigeria or outside Nigeria. When England invaded and colonized Nigeria, It was their country England they developed and enriched... so there is nothing wrong in an average Nigerian been charitable to his family and hometown.. Charity begins at home.. Nigeria doesn't have a way of imbibing materialism, tribalism and unhealthy competition.. foreign media is the one that imbibes materialism and unhealthy competition. Nigeria is designed to try its best at imbibing poverty, poor infrastructure, poor healthcare e.t.c. on the citizens... there is low tribalism in Nigeria.. what you call tribalism is actually nationalism.. If you call people like b:ooharyy a triba:list then you'll be correct because they support directly or indirectly the killing of other ethnic nations.. |

First of all you cannot create a parochial biased and sorry ignorant of definition of , what it means to or not be born in Nigeria.
That's simply ludicrous, a definition created by yourself for yourself to suit your own narrative it is birthed from unenlightenment.
I was born in the UK 🇬🇧 along with my siblings My Father is an academic as well at the time an officer in the British Army, my mother a medic.
After high school at a Warri Gbeghe Gidigbo school then after brain reset ( Onyibo mentality destroyed) , I returned for university, parents did not pay any fees for me. University has a grant system.
My parents are in Delta, my Grand father had several wives. That's lots of uncles and Aunties both sides , several first cousins lived with us, we consider them as brothers and sisters.
My classmates from High school and university in England are Directors, Heads of Corporate affairs, politicians, Business entrepreneurs, etc in Nigeria a few are in the Military. At university in England some of my classmates parents were Governors and Generals ,Rear Admirals in the Military .
Some of them were sons and daughters of farmers, petty traders, Pastors, etc living in remote parts of Nigeria. I will not talk about what I do for people that I know and don't know, God knows, that's all I need. I have friends who earn 40k a month, etc
I have considerable interests in Nigeria sometimes I visit the most senior paramount ruler's in my tribe, Isoko/ Uhrobo.
My father lectured at UNN I speak Igbo, as well as bits of Yoruba and my language as well as Warri pigeon fluently.
I deh waka for night drive from Warri to Benin midnight no shakin I rugged dye. When I reach Warri I be area.
You simply have no idea about Nigerians born outside of Nigeria, my friends invest millions of pounds in the Nigerian economy.

Finally finally ,2021 I was in Nigeria for 7 months plus over three trips. there are holes in your story... |

What % of Nigerians want to permanently JAKPA from the country ❓❓
Why do you think that KC wants to return to Nigeria and he sends most of his money to a volatile economy. Is that what he told you ❓
Seyi Olofinjana ex Nigerian born international l remember him as a coach in Wolves. He is now Sporting Director at Zurich in Switzerland. Why did he not return to Kwara state ❓
You are way too assumptive
I send considerable amounts of money to Nigeria I have several interests in Nigeria . But I was not born in Nigeria and only went secondary school in Warri. I went to two Russel group universities in England.
So according to you I should have nothing to do with Nigeria, because I was not born there.
Because then born pesin for Burger king EEE no mean say you be Beefburger na.
Bro you need to update you reasoning.
KC will stay at Leicester until his contract expires, nobody is going to pay a largely impotent striker £100k a week. When contract expires he will go anywhere he wants but not on £100k. You weren't born in Nigeria means your siblings weren't also born in Nigeria or left Nigeria before they were 5-7 years old which also means your parents aren't living in Nigeria which means the only and major reason you visit Nigeria is to see your grandparents. If you're sending money to Nigeria then you're sending it to your grandparents.. since your parents paid for you and your siblings University education please don't finish their money because the last I heard, people are protesting in the U.K.. Unlike you Ihenacho siblings and parents and grandparents are living in Nigeria. The friends he made from nursery to primary to secondary School and the football academy he attended in Nigeria are living in Nigeria and he has more reasons to visit Nigeria more often than you. Asisat Oshoala has so many projects she does in Nigeria for the schools she attended and young girls. Most foreign borns don't have anything to do with their parents country. |

Most of our home grown players are not ambitious, the only ambitious that drive them is to make it to Europe once that has been achieved they move into obscurity. The answer to your question is in your write up... Ihenacho is not foreign born. So a lot of the money he makes he sends it back to Nigeria. The only thing he will pay for in England will be housing, food, children's school fees e.t.c. Depending on if he marries a Nigerian or e:uropean, he will likely come back to Nigeria and spend his money unlike Mikel Obi who luckily has a wife who's also has her own millions. The salary ihenacho gets at Leicester may have exceeded his ambitions and that may be one of the reasons he is comfortable there. |

The reason is that there are native medicines and medicine men. Some of them still exist in some rural area and still treat snakebites successfully. Barely. We must acknowledge that African medicine is mostly endangered. The problem is that Africans throw away their culture for the whiteman's yet incapable of delivering the whitemans version.
