Mightymanna: Is not something for you to celebrate.
People that have bought expensive fertilizer and fuel to grow Agric product are now at loss, many rural markets in the North where Cash and carry is the norm are grounded especially grains vegatables and animals no new notes no old notes on sight and all Agric commodity price will crash, who will then go to the farm if there is no profit?
APC will pay a very heavy price for this decision, Buhari will never try this during his Second Reelection period There is a good perspective and a bad one. The good perspective is against greedy middlemen who inflated cost of goods before now. The bad one you already highlighted. |

That they do not do so does not indicate greed, it indicates lack of interest. Business grows first from interest. That is why Dangote is not investing in a cocoa processing plant in Ogun, he is not interested. You won't call him names for that. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu: Seun Osewa Apologises To El-Rufai For Criticising Him Over South Kaduna by CodeTemplar: 10:57am On Feb 02, 2023 |
Seun: The same people that criticise the man called me a tribalist and people believed them. They said I support Tinubu and people believed them. So when I watch the man's interviews and his utterances make more sense than practically anyone else in the current government, I'm willing to give him the benefit of doubt.
He is a northern muslim male so of course he's going to have some views that are unpalatable to people like me who are non-muslim southerners. But I don't trust Twitter's hatred of the man to be based on reality when those same people seem to hate me the same way and I KNOW that I didn't do anything worthy of hatred. I understand your doubt about the genuiness of Twitter hatreds for public and popular figures, el rufai is an evil minded extremist. He knows how to sell himself to smart people still sitting on the fence like you. That's one of his strong point. He knows what is right but is about justice or fairness. He is for his own people. |

Monkey brained bankers and foolish illiterates citizens. The guy doing this black market nonsense will go back to Bank and offer a tiny cut of the 300k difference to get more new notes. Properties › Re: Estate Layouts In Nigeria by CodeTemplar: 3:03pm On Feb 01, 2023 |
I have observed it too and did long ago. The houses tend to be arranged like trees in jungles. No adherence to planning and most times the planning barely exist or aren't well handled. One man extends his small land into the road and the next land owner uses that extension to adjust his until they are left with chaos. This is asides a concrete fence that leaves the whole place looking like border. Only areas with huge houses that fences cannot effectively cover have manageable views. Then tree planting and flower planting culture are next to zero. |
