I think that's why some pentecostal pastors openly associated themselves with his funeral...not because he was Holy... It's all about love.

But like I said, judging how mysterious his ministry was, no one should be compelled to attend.

Judging for the sake of walking with a believer isn't totally out of place. If I don't probe your character and acts to try and gauge the motives behind them, how will I ever be able to walk with you? Whether you like it or not, you will judge on small personal issues to guage character of other.

Having said that, I feel no one should be compelled to attend his funeral judging how mysterious his ministry was.

but his charity and generosity are worth commending by all and sundry .

His charity is one main reason I am skeptical about him. True charity will never need deliberate publicity like we all saw him do. About 2 or 3 years back one winners chapel pastor was kidnapped by BH and spent some time there before he supernaturally regained his freedom. The Winners Chapel pastorate didn't have to deliberately publicize their charity but it accidentally came to light and looks more in line with Mathew 6:2-4 than another one that's always covered by satellite TV channels.
From personal experience and observation, people who specialize in publicized charity are more often than not trying hard to cover up something else with the charity. I don't think a whole winners chapel would have staged the kidnap of their pastor to publicize their givings in Borno state.

The scriptures says two cannot walk together except they agree. Why campaign for acceptance? How many people that are rising ministers can say they sought God and He lead them to TB Joshua(as His prophet)? Let us leave the man for God to judge.
