Politics › Re: FG Considers Fresh Taxes On Petroleum Products, Beverages by CodeTemplar: 2:42pm On Mar 07, 2021 |
Godarz: Not surprised.
Basically what we earn from oil is too low for a nation our size, plus diversifcaiton, despite the government singing about it, has not woekrd out well after five years....
So, taxes, and subsidy removal. Tax is good but only when it applies evenly and fairly to all. I support taxing the most commonly used produce among citizens. If petrol is taxed, it spreads to the pocket of so many folks. If beverage is taxed and cattle's aren't, then that's not fair. |
Politics › Re: FG Considers Fresh Taxes On Petroleum Products, Beverages by CodeTemplar: 2:37pm On Mar 07, 2021 |
They are not thinking of how to tax herders who graze plants that are meant for beverage production. All their focus is to tax where the owners of Nigeria do not have much at stake in. Free land, free food, yet no taxes from herders. |

Those in charge don't care about any real progress. Nigeria is a conduit for resource exploitation. Sadly, the leaders from the exploited region, once in power, only think of self or how to make Nigeria work for their oppressors. |

Commonsense questions to ask is was the grant used to build the schools or to cover recurrent cost 47 years ago? I never realized partially covering recurrent cost of a property maintenance can transfer its ownership. This move should be resisted by all Christian schools around including those not affected by this yet because if they succeed with this demonic takeover, they will use the covido palliative to make inroad into all school that enjoyed the cash transfer to staff members.

Lol. . . they will take the remitted dollar at a lower rate forcefully and make the real beneficiaries of the remittances and forex buyers to buy it at a higher rate. Out of the difference of about N100, they will use N5 to bribe the remitter of the forex. Why not tax cattle seller like 2.5k per cattke above 100k? They always looking to take from where southerners are active in and send it to other parts of the nation. |

The Bible says two cannot walk together except they agree. The south and north are not in agreement but are forcefully walking together.
One shall put a thousand to flight and two shall put ten thousand to flight. However if the two are not in agreement, a single one from the other side shall put two to flight. |

Shame on that midget who paid killers to help them fund their push for amnesty. They should kill them all if they repent not. When Judas repented after selling out Jesus, he committed suicide out of the resulting regret and sorrow of his wrong. These once are waiting for the gain of their crime to be institutionalized with amnesty and scholarships before they "repent" their planned repentance. |
