Please help

I have my visa appointment next month, and I just stumbled on this thread again.

I had my first baby in 2015 using B1/B2 visa, unfortunately, in this application, I selected just B1/B2 visa again instead of B2.
What can I do to change it or how do I go from here?
I have my zero balance receipt from the hospital as well as some other receipts.

Happy new year to all the mamas.

so sorry my short BS came is coming this year, vigilante no easy at all.
My EDD was actually December 26th but i started having some slight pains on the 22nd of December, i couldn't even sleep well at a point. As a first time mum, i couldn't really say for sure that they were contractions. Thankfully, i had my doctor's appointment in the afternoon on the following day. I was able to endure the pain but i noticed it was getting more intense and close. Got to my doctor and she checked me. She said i was 4cm dilated, meanwhile the last week i was there she said i was 1cm dilated. So she said i was going have the baby that day so i didnt go back home. So by 3pm i was right on my hospital bed. Was given pitocin and it was applied slowly at first. By the time the nurse came to check almost an hour later i was like 5cm dilated. So she began to increase it, and i started screaming. The pains were out of this world. Thankfully, the nurse kept encouraging me to be strong, cos she told me of a lady in another room that was fully dilated to 10cm and after 2 hours of pushing they would end up doing CS for her. That was how i started breathing through the contractions as she advised. soon after i was fully dilated and i started pushing. Can't the remember the number of minutes i pushed for, but it was intense. God was in control. After 7 and half hours of labour my dear son was born. I heard him cry and i was so emotional. He weighed 3.2kg, I had to endure the stitching afterwards. God is indeed faithful. Cant stop staring at my prince charming.
I wish all mamas and expecting mamas all the very best this new year

This thread has been so helpful and i just want to share my smooth POE experience.

I arrived at JFK in d afternoon on Thursday via Emirates. It was a pleasant trip. The queue was very long at first but it moved so fast.I think I spent between 10 and 15mins there. Then i was the last person my CPB was to meet. I think I spent about 6 mins with him. Here is the transcript.

CBP: Hello, what are u here for?
Me; vacation and childbirth
CBP: childbirth? U don't even look pregnant
Me: yeah
CBP: are u here alone, what about your husband
Me: yes, but he's coming to join me
CBP: what do u do and where does your husband work
Me: replied him
CBP: how much do u have with you
Me: I have $5k
CBP: looked at my passport and visa and asked if I've been in the US before
Me: I said yes, but the last visa was on my last passport.
CBP: who are you staying with in Florida.
Me: I'm staying with my family
CBP: Did u bring any food along
Me: yes, mentioned the few snacks I brought
CBP: how long are you going to be here
Me: 4 months
CBP: okay, place your hand on the scanner and face the camera
Stamps for 6 months
Have a nice stay
Me: thank you

No secondary inspection and no request for additional documentation whatsoever. Wish everyone a smooth POE experience also and safe delivery of their LOs.

hi Remen,

Congrats on ur baby. Can't wait to hear the remaining story. Please where in Florida did u go too. I also plan on going to Florida in October.

Remen:
Hey ppl, i can finally post my experience. I travelled at 32 weeks to Florida and was tempted to move my flight to 34 weeks but hubby didnt agree.,anyway i had my gift from God on the 1st of August. For those of u ppl planning to travel late, I would strongly advise not to risk it at all cus it isnt worth d risk at all. My water broke at 35weeks 1day and dats when I had my baby. I can only thank God cus i was scared of having a premature baby who would need d assistance of NICU but that was not necessary. I will ans any question u guys have for me cus my story is a long one..(my BP was also very high at 33weeks and d medical care was just perfect)...

shelly23:
What you need from them is an estimate, they don't need to attend to you for anything else.

I used Winnie Palmer in Orlando and I called them, asked for the financial advisor then asked her for an estimate and she sent it to me. I didn't make any payment until I went to register for my scheduled CS.
Thanks a lot Shelly

Google st joseph's hospital, someone mentioned it to me when I was considering Tampa.
Thanks shelly23,

St Joe said they wont attend to me until i come over which is in some months time. So i want to know if the hospital you used in Florida was able to attend to you before you got there, and if you also paid the hospital bills before travelling.
