I have very great GSD puppy...(6 weeks).. It has part Caucassian blood which is great for GSDs . Mother is half GSD half CO. while father is full GSD.

there are several clinics in a standard teaching hospital... only 2 clinics (GOPD and Staff clinic) where are like primary health center use medical officers to attend to patients because most cases brought in to those clinics are minor cases like malaria and the likes... those with major cases are immediately given referral letter to the appropriate clinic , which are the other clinics in that hospital and they are called COPD or Specialist Clinics (e.g MOP, SOP, E.N.T, Ophthal..... etc). medical officers are not specialists not to talk of the house officers which are juniors to medical officer....

Take it easy bro.. a house officer is a Medical doctor.. and is not particularly different from a Medical Officer. In most clinics and Service delivery points in tertiary institutions.More often than not, you are likely to be 1st seen by a house officer.. When you are on admission, you must be seen by a houseofficer.. In fact you will have more time with a House officer than any other doctor in the clinic..

I won't advise you to buy a BMW as a 1st car. BMWS are for experienced owners. that's my personal opinion.

I need help. I drive a BMW 525i 2004 model and it sometimes gives me transmission error. When it happens, the car fails to engage reverse gear. However when I turn the engine off and restart it, the error disappears and the reverse gear starts to work.

Requesting if you could advice what could be the issue.

BMW E60 transmission comes with 'lifetime' ATF which means you are not meant to change it in the car's lifetime. However, what BMW refers to as lifetime is actually 100000 km. the transmission have been known to fail at 100000 km due to people believing in that lifetime rubbish.

You might just be due for an ATF change (after a scan of course) . Kindly look for a capable Kazeem as that your transmission is more expensive than your M54 engine..

any Naija BMW mechanic worth his salt can repair a E34. it's the newer ones that confuses them. Go to Ladipo, BMW mechanics abound there. or send me a PM.

Bros. Buy the one running fine. There is no assurance the engine the 330i was replaced with is actually a 3.0L. A lot of shenanigans going on in Ladipo. In fact I can almost assure you it's not a 3.0L engine.
2ndly, you don't want BMW trouble, an engine change does not mean the car is free from trouble. In fact it's a determinant that more problems could pop up in future.

@Coldplay007, you seem to know alot about the lab. Please when you say another scan, what exactly do you mean- is it redoing the one already done or another one (pls specify which type of test)

The HVS with MCS you opined, are they same with the urine microscopy and culture sensitivity Felixomor suggested.

Ultrasound scan.. HVS MCS.. Urine MCS is also a good idea.

You need to do another scan and see a gynacologist... If you go to a govt Hospital, you need to be a bit patient with them, Use the antibiotics like the doctors said and go back in two weeks, ignore the fact that the 2nd doctor was angry...
Has she done a HVS (High vaginal Swab) with MCS? This looks like a case of Pelvic Inflammatory disease.. it could be difficult to treat.. so look for a good Gynacologist and stick to that one... Don't go round consulting different doctors...
