How did you receive the product? Is it by delivery or by pick up at konga station?
If it's by pick up,go back to the konga pick up station where you picked it up,tell them you want to return a product. You will be giving a form to fill,fill it with every detail as requested. They will collect the product from you and send the return form to appropriate quarters. You will receive a mail within 12 hours that your returned product is received and that you will be refunded when all necessary protocol are completed.
In my case I received a mail within 12hours,then a call within 48 hours,the call agent apologize and told me I will receive refund within 72hrs,I received back my refund after few days.
Note your money is safe,they hold on to sellers money for some time,incase of return.

You have just 7 days tor return.... you cant return after 7 days..

Hello Nairalanders,there is a very confusing issue I would love to share here so your opinions are highly needed.

I work in a bank as a cleaner since last year April and I earn #26,000 per month. I have been working with the aim of starting a business (even if I don't have any business idea to run)or furthering my education because I stop at SS3 since 2017 when I graduated.
Last week, my uncle called me that there is vacancy at a filling station in ibadan then from there I will continue schooling in a polythecnic of ibadan.He said I will be paid #15,000 per month an I will do part time at the poly.He said I shouldn't worry about accommodation and feeding.He also said I will be paying my school fees from my salary.

I haven't worked in a filling station before but I would love to change environment too. I don't want to leave this job and regret later and I don't know if I will do well in the filling station but I also want to further my education too.

I am confused here and I don't know what decision to take.So I came here to seek for a very candid advice on how to deal with the issue.

Hello here, I am really sad right now, I'm confused. My daughter's teacher called me to tell me she's not coping in class, she even said she organized extra lesson for her. She can't tell the difference between figures and number, she can write figure one and letter A. Nothing else. She doesn't come home to recite poems or anything but she sings those songs she hears from other kids or anywhere. Just not the school ones.
I love my daughter, I adopted her at age 1 and since then I have been trying to make life easier for her, I got a tab for her at 2 and half, She has toys, bikes, everything a kid should have for mental and academic growth.
I make sure she doesn't get mentally stressed. I love to make her comfortable. She's very active, smart ( in my own view). She operates my phone and her tab just fine, She understands complex conversations.
I make learning fun for her, I've tried everything.
Please, parents, teachers, experienced adults. I need your help here.
I don't know what being tagged "a slow learner" would do to her mental health. I need her to catch up.

Please change her from that school.. that teacher is the problem

Yes you can, especially if you have low mains voltage. But you should never connect your stabilizer to the inverter but inverter to stabilizer, also make sure your stabilizer is at least 2x the power rating of the inverter.

I use a 1kva inverter with 2 batteries(115 each). I want to know if it is proper to use a 1000va stabilizer when using the inverter. The power supply in my area is sometimes low voltage so I use the stabilizer to power my Audio and TV sets when using PHCN power,but I just want to know if I can leave the appliances connected to the stabilizer when there is a power cut or should I remove the plug from the stabilizer and connect direct to the mains when using the inverter?? advice needed.

I'll be succinct. I've messed up and I take full responsibility for my actions. All I'm trying to do now is save those close to my heart.

I'm married 2 years with an 8 month baby. I'm a faithful husband at heart but I just lost focus and landed in this deep mess.

Now one week later and I having strong symptoms of HIV exposure. Had I known, I would have gone for Pep. I am 75% sure of infection at this point.

I'm home now and I don't want to touch my wife who is constantly on my neck since I returned. I don't want to infect her or my child....and I can't come to terms with telling her everything right now.

This is someone who is so faithful and she has expressly stated that she will not entertain any hint of infidelity.

Dont be so sure. I had a friend who had such an experience. Its very rare to get HIV from one exposure, possible but rare. Your signs of early HIV exposures might be anything from Malaria to covid.

Just chill for about 3 months and go for a test. Or you can do a PCR test if you have the money

It’s sad that someone was kind enough to house you for an entire month and now you are calling her so called relative she did you a kindness even though short lived.Learn gratitude it comes with its own special blessings.
The problem with collecting a loan is you easily become a debtor as you would likely need to borrow again to pay off something else and by the time it’s salary day you are broke as non of it is yours.
