PoliticsRe: Sen Ifeanyi Okowa To Be First Delta Igbo(anioma) Governor by Collynzo9: 10:02pm On Dec 08, 2014
OdenigboAroli:
He is not Igbo!
The only people I consider Igbo in Delta are Aniocha and Oshimili.
At the end of the day, you are speaking for yourself.
I thought you only cared about Anambra?
Who are you to determine who is Igbo and not?

Dude, its NOT in our hands! The pdp rigging machinery is too strong to fight off! You cast your vote, you stay back for 4hrs until the votes are counted; then it goes into INEC office and the story changes.

Meanwhile, Messr Ngwakwe, is this the 'Ngwa' man you guys presented?
Is there a special reason why it is so strong in Abia alone?
Think.
PoliticsRe: Abia Guber: Dr Alex Otti Vs Okezie Ikpeazu. Who Is Better? by Collynzo9: 9:47pm On Dec 08, 2014
eagleeye2:
Alex Otii will naturally be the people's choice. One he is seen as an experienced private sector manager and more especially T.A. Orji, doesn't seem to have any influence on him.
But, little is known about him when it comes to grassroot politics. The question is, what is he bringing to the table? How is he going to convince Abians that he is a better choice? What is his 'own' manifesto and not party manifesto? Abians have suffered and we are tired of suffering.
.
.
Okezie, is a well known T.A Orji's, boy. Can we trust him? Given the little we know about him, through his work I. the ASEPA can he deliver the dividend of democracy?
Has he not compromised Abia State and signed away our future, by aligning himself with Ochendo?
How is he going to free himself and stand on hos own if he were to be elected, knowing fully well that it is Ochendo that is backing him?
With the rumor of Ikuku, going to the house of reps, and eventually emerging the speaker, how does he wish to perform?
.
.
Abia contest will have to be a choice of choosing the better 'evil'.
If you like be looking for evil that doesn't exist and end up voting another T.A Orji in disguise.
You couldn't make any valid point against Alex Oti, yet you ended up branding him evil.

Don't underestimate the rigging prowess of these pdp vampires! Cats, fishes, goats and dogs come out to vote during voting in Abia. Ever wondered where GEJ got 1mill + votes from? Mosquitoes completed the number.
It is still in your hands. No more excuses this time.
If they rig, it is because Abia people allowed them to.
Simple

All because Prof. Chukwu didn't steal enough money as health minister to bribe delegates.

It is the same reason why they aren't interested in contesting in Oyo. Ekiti, Osun and othe rural states.

Yet you guys say he would "islamize" (don't even know what manner of word that is) Nigeria if voted into power. And when he had "all the powers to do so" he didn't!!

Aren't you guys just shameless hypocrites!
It seems the question is too difficult for you fanatics to answer.
Once again, how does Buhari intend to stop corruption in this present democratic dispensation?
Answer or shut up!
BusinessRe: General Buhari Promises To Stabilize Oil Price If He Comes Into Power. by Collynzo9(op): 10:49am On Dec 08, 2014
Obiagelli:
On his own? That lie wasn't necessary.

True non opec members are producing oil, but if opec cuts supply today, oil prices will rise immediately. Btw buhari said stabilise not increase prices, they are 2 different things.
They will need to cut supply by a whole lot to get oil prices to rise even marginally, which is counter-productive. You get the price increased a little, but the quantity you export is reduced by a huge margin, doesn't sound like a solution to me.
Besides, Buhari never said anything about that and you aren't a mind reader.
The question he was asked was how he plans to diversify the economy and his answer was ''I will stabilize the oil market'', yet you his fans who happen to be mostly hypocrites see nothing wrong with that, you guys are the same people that criticise GEJ for not diversifying the economy despite all the giant strides in that area.
BusinessRe: General Buhari Promises To Stabilize Oil Price If He Comes Into Power. by Collynzo9(op): 10:05am On Dec 08, 2014
Obiagelli:
What is the essence of being an opec member? What is the job of opec itself? What does members of opec use their influence for?

Too many illiterates in Nigeria. No wonder we are in this bad state.
The fall in oil price is beyond OPEC.
Many countries like America who aren't OPEC members are now producing oil of their own from shale, that is what brought about the crash in oil price.
Besides you aren't in Buhari's mind, he clearly said that he will stabilize oil prices on his own.

asked people who were matured enof when he ruled what he did on corruption .....thats the truth simple
What did he do?
That was in the military era, this is democracy, he doesn't have absolute power.
What strategies is he going to use now?
That is a question neither you his supporters or himself has been able to answer. He was asked the question again last night but kept singing the same song (I'll fight corruption).

buhari may not be the best .....i know that during the four years he will rule we may not move forward
.
.but the reason we are here today is because corruption has taken over Nigeria ....
...and even his enemies believe he is an anti corruption politician ...
.am tired of corruption lets end it once and for all
...thats the only reason i will vote for buhari
If he couldn't end it in the military with all the power he had, what makes you think he can end it in a democracy?
How exactly does he plan to do it, what tactics, what strategies does he intend using knowing the legal hurdles etc.

PoliticsRe: Score Buhari On The Channels Interview. by Collynzo9:
2/10 very very poor.
Some of the highlights were:
1. He promised to stablize the price of crude oil if he comes to power, when asked what he would to to diverisfy the economy.

2. He had no idea how to stop boko haram, he kept singing ''I'll stop corruption'' as if that has ever brought an end to any insurgency in the world.

3. He said the military was 80% christian so he couldn't have survived there if he was a religious bigot.

4. He said he had no regrets truncating our democracy in 1983 with a coup.

5. He said no military regime was corrupt including that of Abacha.

Despite what his misguided, ignorant and dishonest fans continue to bamboozle us with here, Buhari for the umpteenth time, admitted to plotting the coup against Shagari's democratically elected government and he isn't one bit sorry about it.

I challenge you to substantiate your claims above. Anyone can make the claims you have made.

More to the point, are you telling us with a straight face that it does not matter if Nigeria refines petroleum products locally or imports them? Your second sentence says this. Do you really mean what you are saying?

As I have said in so many posts on this matter, what is the cost of drilling and refining a litre of PMS, DPK or AGO here in Nigeria? And how does that cost compare with the cost of a litre of imported PMS, DPK or AGO?

Surely you can provide answers to my questions, can't you?
You are just complicating matters for yourself unnecessarily, the issue is a very simple one. What is the cost of a barrel of crude oil in the market? At $65 per barrel, it means that you are paying about 50 cents for one litre of unrefined crude oil.
That is almost N100 even without the cost of refining and transporting it considered, you can do the rest of the math yourself.
Yes Venezuel and Quata subsidizes the petrol the sell to their citizens even though they refine it themselves. The wouldn't get it cheap if the allow market forces and cost of refining come into play.
