And now, if we take away oil, you are myopic if you think that our problems will be solved there. The issue has turned from being a natural resource problem, to a management issue, and with management issues u are dealing with people.

So now even if oil goes, and another resource comes and takes it place, we may still prob hav the same problem, because the mindset hasnt changed.
