From what I have read so far, if your case was expedited, you will have to contact the embassy by yourself or book appointment by yourself. But with recent backlog at lagos embassy, you will need to mail the embassy. Or better still call the embassy. bivoprad: Hello everyone, My case was expedited to the embassy on Nov 8th but I am yet to get interview date or email to schedule my interview, is this normal? When should I be expecting my interview letter Pls, someone should respond. Thanks |

Thank you for this link. Koldfuzhion: Here's a link to a website that tracks NVC Case Status.
https://visawhen.com/nvc
It's a good tool to help you determine when to contact NVC based on averages. |

Wow!!! Mine was transferred within 2 weeks (3rd of October) but I am yet to hear anything from NVC. Can I contact NVC??
quote author=Koldfuzhion post=118265037]
It took my case 2.5 months to be transferred from USCIS to NVC. It typically should take a month, but USCIS forgot to transfer the case until I contacted them to find out the status.[/quote] |

No need to say anything more. seunny4lif: I want to write but stop as you don’t even know that apart from Asia people and Nigerians nursing then Polish, Italia and Spanish makes the largest numbers.
Around 7,500 nurses from Spain, Romania and Italy registered to work in the UK before 2019 that was even the reason Germany government have to increase salaries of Nursing.
Most migrants because of their family not the salary
Holland, Belg, Swiss, Austria, Italy and Ireland paid are super good |

That's a total lie. It's not about the language alone, it's about the Nursing council of the other country that you want to migrate to. How much are Nurses earning in Germany, Poland and other EU countries?? Peanuts. So most nurses will want to leave, but which country can dey move to?? How many of them can pass the nursing council of UK or USA?? The bottom line of my argument is that their syllabus is not sufficient or not bulky compare to Nigeria Nurses. You can study Nursing in Europe, but can you relocate out of Europe to better country with that syllabus?? Before you go further, this argument is coming from my personal experience. Been there and I know it. seunny4lif: That’s a lie 1.Most don’t migrate due to language 2. Most are comfortable in their country 3. In Germany, Nurses are like just Ausbildung program 4. Anyone who has EU certificate don’t need any exams apart from Language exam |

I will rather pay that high in Australia than pay in any European countries. Because I know I will get the returns after graduation. Imagine spending that high in Poland to dey collect 1000euro per month. DigitalPriest: 1 Naira in Poland is better than 1 Naira in Nigeria.
Poland is a great option because it's an EU country and their standard of education is not in doubt. And the tuition fee is cheap compared to going to UK or Australia to study.
Why spend $15,000 per year in Australia studying nursing when you can spend €5000 per year in Poland? |

Do you even know how much 5000PLN is in euro?? That's just 1000euro in a month. Alaye, you dey underate these nurses. So I will go university come back to earn 1000euro?? Guy kill that thought. SAY NO TO EUROPE except UK. DigitalPriest: You are wrong. You can be registered with Polish Nursing Board if you get B1 at least in your Polish language exam.
You can work as a student.
You can work in the ward of the field you want to specialize in after your Bsc before going for your Masters where you will specialize in a field.
You can get Polish PR after five years of consistent living in Poland.
You don't need to write JAMB to get into Poland University.
You don't get to endure terrible challenges of studying in Nigeria even if it's private University.
You can't tell me that after living in Poland for 5 years and taking intensive Polish language school tutorials for 6 months, one cannot pass Polish language test and be licensed.
Then, the person will apply for Australia work visa.
Plus, the person can work in Poland for few years. A nurse in Poland that has specialized in an area gets about 5000 PLN, which is 585k/month.
And living expenses are not very high.
A nurse working with even Teaching Hospital in Nigeria doesn't earn up to 500k per month upon very harsh work condition. |

Guy you just dey yarn rubbish. How on earth will you be advising someone to study nursing in Poland. Facts: Most European nursing degree are just waste if time expect UK. That's why you will not see them applying to USA, Australia even UK because they can't pass the nursing board exam. So I will advise based on experience if you want to study nursing, do it in Nigeria. I can say categorically that Nigerian Nurses are one of the best in the world. DigitalPriest: You are wrong. You can be registered with Polish Nursing Board if you get B1 at least in your Polish language exam.

For now I won't advice anyone to go with Shearwater...maybe soon or later but not right now. If you have written nclex it would have been nice to try direct hire. All the best. |
