Hello Guys, Good Morning and a Happy Sunday to you all.

I don't know how concise i can be, but I will try.

I just graduated last 3 months, with my girlfriend who's now my ex, and she's 26yrs of age while I'm 28yr.

We started dating from our 200level till yesterday, (that's approximately 4yrs and counting...).
We were ideal together, we were well known in school, to an extent where her friends and mine kept asking how? And wishing theirs was like ours..

She promised never to leave, and she please everyday that I should never hurt her. At times we jokingly talked about our future kids which is now a never happening fable.

So after we graduated, she travelled to stay with her aunt, we do check on each other everyday.

Last month.. She called, and said her friend needs an advice, that she and her date just graduated, and that another man is asking her out, and she's thinking of dumping her guy since he's not ready, and that the newly known man is ready to pay for her marriage rites.
Immediately I knew she was the one in the story, because I already had several dreams were she left me. I pretended, I told her to tell her friend to "Follow Her Heart".

Last night she called, and said there's something she wants to tell me, I responded, "Is it what I already know?", she asked what? I told her she's getting married soon, and she said yes! I was speechless. I asked her for how long has this been going on, she said it started when she came to stay with her Aunt. We spoke, and I congratulated her, she started crying, I ended the call, sent her a good luck text.

This morning, she called and said she couldn't sleep last night. I asked her why she did it, why she decided to get married, she said she doesn't know. I asked if she likes the guy, she said yes. She couldn't stop crying and was saying I shouldn't leave her, while she's the one leaving me. I was totally down, but I have crazy friends. I WhatsApp a friend, told him what just happened, his words boosted me up. He said, " Support her, we move, no be God leave you". That was enough, but it's hard, really hard to move on without her, and she said the same thing and kept pleading I shouldn't leave her.
Now I'm asking, if I was the one who had left, what would have been the story? That I used her and dumped her, because this has always been used against the guys.
Why are women in a rush to marry? They don't even add value to themselves, I'm now 80% in agreement that marriage is one of the greatest achievement for a woman, maybe in Nigeria.

When my sister was sick then in her finals. I told her to meet her course adviser and plead with her to let her go back home or go to any general hospital, where she can attempt the exams on her sick bed .
This woman told her she wont be allowed to write the exam in another hospital except school health center. Or better still let her go home and prepare for another year.
My sister became scared of an extra year, I begged her to come, she refused and went to health center. Alas, she died the day exam started.

Wahala in marriages especially when the foundation is faulty I'll never advise a idle lady to go into marriage, she must have something little to support her husband at home, she should learn a handiwork or business, instead of spending much on wedding, they can use it for her to start a business and do a low key wedding. If she can't understand your financial condition as an adult and how Nigeria economy is so bad now, I don't know what else she needs. Emotionally she might be disturbed for infertility.

I'll be brief. Please pardon my typo errors, I'm not a good writer.

I live in a 2 bedroom flat apartment here in Benin city. I live alone, I'm a very neat guy inside out. Infact you can eat comfortably in my toilet . I wash my toilet almost everyday.

My girlfriend and I have been dating for almost 2 years now. She's from Uromi, Edo state. She's so kind, caring and beautiful. Infact, I want my unborn kids to look exactly like her. She also live here in Benin city with her parents and they're well to do. Most times we spend the weekend together.

But the issue I'm having with her is that whenever she make use of the toilet (especially poo) she don't flush, there's always water running in my flat 24/7. I have talked to her severally but she will always say..."she's sorry, that she forgot". Since we've been dating for almost 2 years now I have flushed 90% of her poo, she's not willing to change. The last time we quarreled seriously about this issue was last month, Infact I ended up apologizing just because I tried to correct her.

She came over to my house after her grandfather's funeral, same thing happened again and i was like..."is this how you went to disgrace yourself at your family's house in Uromi?“... She got angry and started yelling at me. I just have to apologize.

What happened today really got me angry. Please note. I don't really make use of the visitor's toilet because the master's room has it own toilet/bathroom which is my room. But i do wash the visitor's toilet once in a while even when nobody is using it.

So my friends came over to my house, we were all drinking, gisting and watching a football match, one of my friend wanted to urinate in the visitors toilet, the moment he entered the toilet, he rushed out immediately shouting...."Danny na wa for you o, u nor Sabi flush".... When I saw it mehn.. It was irritating. I knew my girlfriend did it when she came over last weekend. I was so ashamed. I just had to lie it was my little cousins that must have mess up the toilet when they came to visit during the week.
My friends respect her so much and I don't want them to loose that respect for her.

Please nairalanders, how can I talk to her to stop this habit??. I'm really down and I've tried but my best is not enough. I love this girl so much. Please Help.

Me and my kid bro wen we were living with my grandma in the village due to my parents steady fighing issue. We where playing in the bush wen we went to fetch firewood. He was bitten by a snake a puff adder. I was 11 and he was like 6years at that time. I remember him telling me he was bitten by a scorpion and i told him it was a chookoo chookoo he step on. We where playing but his mood and body changed he became instant quiet. I knew something was wrong instead of me to carry him and go home for help i left him there ran home nobody was there went to my neibor dey followed me. Wen we got there he was dead. I had to touch him to know if he was alright. He quickly carried my broda and ran out of the bush told me to come with him. Then i saw the monster snake that bit my brother in a dry grass staring at me. I couldnt do anything cos i though it was a scorpoin or a chooko chooko was just confuse. Had to run after the man. He took him to a herbalist and dey told us it was a snake. I did not cry was thinking he would wake up that was the last i saw him. The neibor took him to his place and ask me to stay outside he would wake up. I was just lost in the world my only bro i play with forgeting our family issue. Wen my grandma came home. I heard her shouting crying. I knew is over. Since den i am not close to my other siblings i feel playing with them would result to bad thing and i was so careless not to help my brother.. And till this day i hate my parents and myself the more. He was the only true love i have cos we where both close. Very generous. Wis i have to turn back the time. I would have kill that moster if i heard know it was it that bite my brother. Dead to all snake and to all parents ruining there children future cos u cant keep shit together by simple understanding.
