Bro those employed by the CBN ate children of the ruling class, they are not magicians to be part of the ruling class, its all about being smart and hard work, if u want to belong be a member of the ruling class. no 1 dares challenge you. GEJ did same in 2009, 2011 and 2012 in the recruitment of Customs all the new generation Customs officers belong to the families of either the ruling class or very senior customs officers retired and serving no 1 got that job on the platter of gold I m a Customs officer I know what I m yelling u... go and see the number of officers from Porthacort, Bayelsa, Kaduna and katsina, that is Patience, Goodluck , Sambo and former CG Dikko its like the job belong to these 4 states.... other states with no 1 in the ruling class then eg Lagos, Nasarawa, Yobe etc has less than 15 officers recruited while these Rivers, Bayelsa, Kaduna and Katsina has close to 200 each... so my guy forget this is naija for you....

RomanceRe: Never Knew How Much I Care About My Girl Until I Tried To Cheat by comradee1248: 10:12am On Mar 19, 2016
corperscorner:
Its been a couple of months since my girlfriend traveled and the frequent rain fall haven't really been helping matters. I initially felt I could contain my urge but sometimes it gets out of hand (GUYS WOULD UNDERSTAND BETTER).

So yesterday, I decided to invite a particular girl over, she happens to have been hoping I would do that a long time though.

To cut the long story short, the touching began and it got to the stage where she gave in and allowed me pull off her entire outfit.....like down to the last. At this point, it must have been so certain to her that we were going to get down.....

But to the glory of God, it suddenly flashed through my mind how my girlfriend would call frequently and how she would often profess her love for me.......the fact that we've grown to become an item over time made me feel a prick in my conscience and all of a sudden I started feeling disgusted with myself. While these activities were going on in my head, this particular girl that came over had already arrived cloud 9....waiting for me to 'enter the place'. But somehow, I was able to knock senses into my head and attempted to help her back into her outfit while she completed the process herself. (IT TOOK AN EFFORT - BLIV ME)

She turned to me and asked? 'Whats the problem?'...........I said 'nothing, its not happening'. Then she pulled away hurriedly and vowed never to visit me again. I was really glad but concealed this so it would not be obvious though.

Anyways, with all that past me now........one thing I can say is that. I have no regrets and if any at all, it would be inviting her to come over in the first place. I realized we guys can be faithful, it only takes a little effort towards self control. I called my girlfriend a few minutes after the drama and we spoke at length for close to an hour..............and from the conversation, all I could deduce was......I care about her feelings much more than I thought.
Guy wake up from ur slumber and face reality, this gf no be ur wife, if she was I will say nice 1 to u... but 95% of gf aren't loyal @ all, they are master strategist in concealing and hiding and also deceiving... from the way u talk if this girl disappoint you u may commit suicide.... So pls I advice u for ur own good never rules out the possibility of this ur gf disappointing you in any way so that when it eventually happens u won't run nuts

HealthRe: How I Successfully Quit Tramadol, U Too Can Do Same by comradee1248: 12:52pm On Mar 17, 2016
rickyalphonsus:
Pls guys, forgive every form of grammatical error, short hand or omission, as this is written from my phone and without editing. My story could get a bit long, so pls be patient.

Before I go on with my story, I'll like 2 first all thank d op of an earlier thread "d use and abuse of tramadol" (see link below)
www.nairaland.com/2973705/use-abuse-tramadol/3
and also a particular nairalander by name "painpill", whose lol "mockery" but constructive advice was the back bone of my success in d fight towards subduing d withdrawal effects and consequently d reinstatement of my body system, after d grip of tramadol addiction. I write this today so that those of us out there that r willing and ready or r looking for ways to over come this "disease" will be encouraged and be guided duely.

Now my story
In 2013, I gained admission into one of d greatest universities in d eastern part of Nigeria to further my studies for a masters program in Engineering. That was d same year I heard n knew tramadol for d first time. In fact back then, d guys I heard it from were undergraduates that uses this drug for premature ejaculation and extensive sex duration. They always ask me how I managed to last long during sex but every physical n metal techniques (which any ways took me years to master) I try to teach never worked for them except with d use of tramadol. I didn't know d drug nor it's after effects so I had nothing to warn them about, but it really got my curiosity and I wanted to try n see how it felt, since I was also told it gives some level of euphoria general body highness.
In fact during my tour around d East as a result of research purposes, every University I go, it seems it was d order of the day. In fact one particular University I went n spent some days, d guys in and around d Lodge were taking this drug not 4 sex sake bt 4 personal highness and would even mix it with some very strong alcoholic drinks, despite d high milligram of dis drug been consumed.
Personally I am a fan of highness... not that kind of fan ooh... I don't smoke, nor do drugs, but I can drink for Africa when I choose to. At this juncture, I had to try it. I started with 200mg at a stretch cos I believe I had a strong immune and an athletic body type with very strong brain capacity (as in unto drinking), despite their warnings to start with 50mg. Godddddd, I love d feeling... It was almost like codeine (don't get me wrong, I had taken codeine once or twice, bk then in abj, some girl introduce me to it. but because of its scarcity or should I say it's unlikelyness 2 get arnd, I didn't get to take often), made me relax, free minded, and Godddddd, sleep with a smile on my face.
I moved from 200mg to 300 or some times 360mg, that was my max. I didn't get addicted to it then cos I wasn't taking it all d time, just when I felt like. So in 2015, I was done with d course work of my program and it's exams n so I went bk to lagos to search for a job.
Now at some point, Nepa begin Bleep up, as in like Bleep up... For weeks to months, there was no light. Sleeping became difficult with d heat n mosquitos of lagos, I remembered tram n decided to tk it to ease my sleeping. At this point, I was taking it everyday constantly for more than 6 weeks.
December 28, 2015, I couldn't take tram because I was out of it n couldn't get it at d moment n decided to sleep without it. I noticed my night was terrible but I felt it was because of d normal heat n mosquito conditions. D next day, I had diarrhea (is that even d selling?) n I felt it was normal, probably took something my system reacted to. In fact it was alcohol n I took some self medications n because I was on drugs, I didn't bother taking tram. It went on for 4 days, I was suppose to be getting better, that's just how my system works but I noticed d purging stopped n d stooling but I was still very weak, in fact I knew I was not well. I went bk to d pharmacy n complained but they told me I will be fine, that I should just continue with d oral dehydration therapy. After a week without tram, I knew I was getting worse, so I had to run test.
D result of d blood test showed that I was very OK, no typhoid, just very minute malaria but one thing that d result showed was that my white blood cells were more than d normal count. So I was hospitalized. I was giving drip for more than 3 days constantly but I took solace to d fact that I will be fine n was still going thru treatment. When d doctor discharged me, I went bk home, even though was better than before, I knew I still was my usual self. I was still weak. At this juncture, I remembered tram n how it would help me sleep fine, I decided to take it n believe u me, I felt my normal self again hours after taking it for the first time in weeks.
Now late January 2016, I had some things to clear in school n had to return but by this time, my rent had expired n I had to look for a place to squat. All I could get was to squat with a yr 1 student I helped gained admission, who was staying with 3 other guys in a very small room with no fan. At this point in my life, after 24 hrs of d last intake of tramadol, I begin to feel like I was going to fall sick. I begin to hv high body temperature, more like an internal heat n a feeling of nauseaness, so even if I don't want to tk tramadol, I feel like I had to tk it cos I know those symptoms will stop once taken. My first night with these boys was terrible n I had to even increase my intake from 200 to 300mg at d time.
This continued everyday till March. In d midst of all this drama, I was beginning to know that I have become addicted to this drug and I knew I have to stop! Anyway I told myself I won't take it, the withdrawal symptoms that comes was mad! So mad that I had to look for the next available tram n pop. Lol in fact I bought tram in quantum n carry it everywhere I go.
One day I decided to go cold turkey... That day was a day I will never forget in a hurry. More than 24hours passed without popping tram, I was a walking corpse. I couldn't believe this was me. From the light-headedness to the daylight Hallucinations to the uneasiness to the weakness to internal heat abi na for night? God! I knew I was in big trouble. Lol I began to curse all those pharmacist... R they even pharmacist? Those greedy igbo men Jareh (am igbo too, I know wat am saying) both in d east n in lagos that sold those drugs to me and realised y those real pharmacist will always ask for prescription b4 they sell.
Then I found that thread on nairaland. I was so very interested. After reading thru, I was hoping someone will admit and ask how to go about stopping it, then "painpill" gave some "larshing" but experienced solution. I did some little research about d drug n how to stop it use and I stumbled upon a particular site where I found ppl, lol, whose case are far even worse than mine, commenting and asking questions on hw to go about stopping it.

Now after going thru d advice from nairaland n d little research I did, here r d steps I took which tremendously worked in 8 days

How did it work?
1. Do not go cold turkey :
Stepping abruptly (cold turkey) is d worst thing to do. It will never work. Even if u were hospitalized, it won't help ur situation.

2. Conceive in your heart that u r willing n ready to stop:
The battle against tramadol addiction is more psychological than physical. U have to be ready and willing to do anything to ensure u win that battle of withdrawal symptoms.

3. Know your Guage and use it in tampping :
Tampping is a gradual way of stopping a particular habit by slowly reducing d quantity. because my avg max was 300mg, I bought 100mg tram, took it on d first day.

4. Make a shift in periods of intake:
I took d 100mg at night say around 8 pm. normally tramadol works approximately 24 hrs in my system, so d withdrawal symptoms will start after this time has elapsed. Day 2, at around 7- 8pm, I started feeling d withdrawal. I managed to fight it till around 12 midnight, then took another 100mg. Which lead me into day 3. I went to bed early on day 3 knowing that the withdrawals will come by 12 mid night and managed to sleep thru, even though it was hell, until the next morning in day 4. I wanted to stop so badly so I told myself I won't take any tram that day. But my dear, d withdrawal symptoms was not helping issues. I made sure I was not at a place, I moved around as much as my strength could carry me but then, I ended up taking it at around 2 pm on day 4. (now at least I hv succeeded in changing my take in time and my system is beginning to adapt to d new change.). That evening in day 4, (at this point I was in ph) I had to fake a prescription of 50mg tram and paracetamol, then sent someone much younger to get it. Now in day 5, I was able to push further without taking tram d whole day and taking paracetamol in its replacement to help with d headaches n high temperature. Until around 6am in day 6, I took 50mg tram and engaged myself in some litle work like washing d cars (even though it wasn't dirty), and sleeping d compound so I don't feel idle. I was able to carry on for 2 days without taking tram n with d withdrawal symptoms gradually reducing to high temperature, less Hallucinations n light-headedness, n so on. On day 8 at around 7pm, for d first time, I had fever (note I have never had fever all d while, even when I was hospitalized). I was scared in a way but happy too cos having fever was far better than having withdrawal symptoms. So I took paracetamol n d next morning I was 94% myself (without tram 4 three days for the first time in my life in God knows how long now). With that, I shut down tram, shut down codeine, shot down anything narcotics. Am on my 15th day now n am feeling d way I should without tram (except for some very slight normal headaches n fever dat comes n once I tk paracetamol, it subsides) and am very happy about that.

So pls my dear nairalanders, plsssssssssss, like painpill said, "stay out of cheap drugs". Thanks for your audience and sorry for taking all your time
getting this treatment was something I could sacrifice even millions to get coz the this eaten so deep in to me that I cannot even explain it, I work in the border that requires staying 100% awake all night.... This was the perfect help to do that, and I was a heavy alcoholic, immediately when I wake up in the morning that very heavy hang over on the head, 1nce I pop like 220mg in a matter of 10mints no more hang over... So that was how i became a tram servant till date.... I even though I i dont take alcohol and again.... Thanks fir this is this 1derful peace... I will be d 1st to try it

PoliticsBattle For Supremacy Finance Minister & Customs Boss Who Wins by comradee1248(op): 8:11pm On Mar 15, 2016
THE supremacy battle between the Minister of
Finance, Kemi Adeosun, and the Comptroller
General of the Nigerian Customs Service, retired
Colonel Hameed Ali, is taking unexpected
dimension as the Presidency takes side with the
Customs boss against the minister.
Sources in the Customs Service and the
Presidency revealed to National Daily that the
job of Adeosun, the finance minister, hangs in
the balance because of the close affinity the
Customs boss has with President Muhammadu
Buhari.

Accordingly, the Customs CG and Finance
Minister supremacy row may lead to Adeosun
lose her position as Chairman of the Nigeria
Customs Service board, our source disclosed.
According to him, the federal government plan to
restructure the board is just an icing on the
cake. The main reason is to put to rest the
supremacy battle between the Ali and Adeosun
The friction began during the screening of the
Ministry of Finance budget before the Joint
committee of the House. And Hameed Ali, an ally
of Buhari, had called the bluff of the finance
minister by telling her he reports only to the
president.

And, really, the CGC has been a law unto himself
since Buhari appointed him to head the Customs
last year. Ali has been promoting, demoting, and
dismissing men and officers of the agency
without getting a nod from Adeosun. The board
has yet to meet either since he took over from
ex-CGC Abdulahi Dikko.
Meanwhile, this impasse is coming at a time the
president is yet to overcome the trauma of the
2016 budget padding which caused serious
embarrassment for his administration. The
finance minister is among the members of the
Federal Executive Council being blamed for the
budget controversy and for whom the president
is believed to have commenced search for their
replacement.
By the provisions of the CEMA Act, the NCS as
one of about 600 government agencies comes
under the supervision of the finance minister
who doubles as the chairman of the NCS board.
And based on that, Ali is answerable to Adeosun.
But, as the restructuring takes effect, the odds
are still in favour of the customs boss. The
finance minister will have her power whittled
down; a competent source told this newspaper.
“It will remove the minister as chairman of the
Governing Board of the service, contrary to the
provisions of the CEMA, which is the enabling
legislation for the service,” the source said.
President Buhari might be sacrificing legality on
the altar of expediency now. And he’s got
reasons. The NCS is one of Nigeria’s top money-
spinners. Between January and October last
years, the service raked in N904billion, falling
shy of the N944 billion target the federal
government gave it. Between 2011 and August
2014, the service generated N3.1 trillion in
revenues from import and export.
In the same vein, the Customs is among the
most corrupt and porous of government
agencies. Industry watchers believe that was the
reason Buhari brought in Ali, who believes there
are some bad eggs within, to head the agency.
And the CGC boss has since been carrying on
like reformist.
“The minimum jail term for corrupt officers is
five years, but I will make sure that any officer
found to be corrupt gets the maximum jail term
of 10 years,” he said when he came in last year.
And he seems to be getting all the support he
needs from Aso Rock. Under the new
dispensation, the current CG, who is not a
serving Customs officer, will now report and take
orders directly from President Buhari, a process
which also contravenes the provisions of the
CEMA

It was, however, not clear as at the time of filing
this report who would head the customs board
since the powers of the minister to that effect
has been withdrawn.
This development might create a vacuum in the
scheme of things as well as causing some
distortions in import and export trade
administration in the country.
Stakeholders have however argued that apart
from the distortions that would trail this current
restructuring would cause to the system, it
would also destroy the structure of the service
itself, since authority flows from the Minister
through the board to the management headed by
the CG.
“It is enough that the president forced an army
officer retired more than 20 years ago on a
professional organisation like the nation’s
customs administration in the name of fighting
corruption,” a stakeholder said.
“But to move towards making the CG report
directly to the president would distort so many
things in the international trade administration in
Nigeria.”
According to him, apart from being illegal, the
current move would lay a very bad precedence in
the system where the CG of the service would
report directly to the president of the country,
which he insisted was an aberration.
He also wondered that situations arise
sometimes when the minister and the CG of
Customs need to take decisions on import and
export policies, a role that be played by the
president would play now, especially given his
tight schedule.
Many, however, insisted that whatever the
president would do in the light of the proposed
restructuring would remain in the realm of
illegality. Otherwise, he needs to amend relevant
sections of the CEMA, which spell out duties and
functions of the minister as the chairman of the
board and the CG, who is the Chief Executive
officer of the service.

CrimeHow A LASTMA Man Collected My Tithe Money Inside Envelope With Tithe Written On by comradee1248(op): 11:22pm On Mar 10, 2016
I just downloaded a backup that was last uploaded 2014, as I was checking the numbers I saw this Lastma man's number that robbed me of my tithe in 2013 june....

How it Happen, I bought a tokumbo car from cotonu I did all the clearance remaining only registration, in the car some things mostly in the dashboard were missing, so I decided to go to trad fair and buy everything, inside the glove compartment of the car was an envelope that I wrote boldly Tithe on it, inside the envelope was 10k, I intended to give drop the it on the offering basket on Sunday... I got everything I was looking for, I have only 2k plus inside my pocket, as I was driving back to my house in Badagry, before LASU gate there was a hold up, as I was driving slowly a man from no where appeared in my front of my car he was wearing mofty, he said I should pack by the road side, I was even thinking is all those agberos, I refuse to obey him as my windows were all locked coz I was using AC. In less than a minute 2 LASTMA men in Uniform join him in my front so I decided to obey because I saw their Uniforms, immediately after packing by the roadside when I wind down the glass of my car and ask what is wrong they said I should come out of the car, 1 of them in uniforms grab the car keys from my hand, I asked what I did wrong all he was saying that "I disobey their Oga" I disturb the free flow of traffic and my car has no plate number, they said I should enter the back of the car, the 1 in Mofty collected the key enter the car, the other 1 in Uniform sat on the front passengers, the man started driving the car, that they are taking the car to their office, my fine is 50k I will pay in govt account b4 I will get my car, I beg and beg this people they refuse to listen, the 1 driving said they will reduce to 30k if I m ready to pay them on the spot, I told them I had no money only 2k inside my pocket, after a series of begging, the man parked by the road side and said they will search the car and my pocket if I have any money apart from d 2k, they will take all, I told them its only my Tithe money inside the glove compartment of the car, the man open it and started searching, he saw the Tithe envelop, I told him this money is not mine, its God's money, the man tore the envelop and throw it outside after removing the money inside, still colected the 2k in my pocket, he said he's gonna do me a favor and allow me, I thank him him as if he saved my life, he drove back to where they pick me from, as were going I collected the Man's number, I make sure its his number coz I flash it here the number 08024543543. When I reach home I called him and told him that, he has to send me back that money its my tithe or else I will never ever forgive him, and nemesis will surely catch up with him, he ended the call I for a month I've been sending him text Massages about the danger of the money he collected from me.... He ignore me. So today when I saw the number I called it went 2ru so I decided to send him a massage to remind him that I will never ever forgive him if he didn't give me back my 12k....

This guy again ... I really need to watch his holly wood true live movie when yes out.

He must be afraid of the FBI.
He knows 1nce he's extradicted to the US the chance of his escape is very slim, coz they'll never give him any chance coz they know what he can do.... Even though No matter how you lock Guzman he still have @least 35% chance of escaping, u will never know how he will strike and from where... Even in Guantanamo where they keep the most dangerous criminals, if care is not taken he can still escape... Just chech how basterdly rich the guy is and he's still willing to give all his wealth for his freedom coz he knows how to make another way for himself, I was very surprise to here that Guzman 1nce bribe all the senators with huge sums of money to change the Mexico's law on extradition, he nearly succeed but for the leaking of the issue, that's why the whole runs was kept aside for integrity of their senate

El chapo Guzman (Mexican) the number 1 most wanted drug lord in the world escapes from 1 of the most secured maximum security facility in the world the 3rd time, you can recall his 1st escape he used police uniform after causing confusion, 2nd escape a 2km under ground passage from outside the prison direct to his prison cell was secretly constructed for him to escape, The project was estimated to cost millions of dollars, and with the help of a very brilliant engineer, 2km underground passage constructed and oxygen facilities were fixed almost every 5 feet, and a professional rail line that use a constructed motor bike for easy movt, he was recaptured in the last 6months and he escapes again the 3rd time on the 6th March 2016. This is becoming more and more interesting.

On March 6th, 2016, at 4:31 am Pacific Time,
while waiting for extradition to the United States,
Mexican drug lord Joaquín ‘El Chapo’ Guzmán
escaped from the same Mexican prison he had
July 11th, 2015. This marks his third escape from
a Mexican prison.
Several guards are being interrogated, accused
of helping El Chapo escape by use of a
‘removable wall.’ A small corner wall was slowly
replaced with a balsa wood paneling with stucco
plastering attached with hinges.
Over the past six months it was installed and
made to look and feel like a legitimate cinder
block wall, but with little effort would shatter if
the hinges failed to swing open. With the false
wall, El Chapo simply walked out of prison to a
waiting Jeep that drove him to a helicopter
several miles away.
The wall was put back in place by El Chapo’s as
he broke out, but was left ajar just a few
millimeters. An hour later, a guard noticed the
discrepancy. El Chapo’s cell camera, which
monitored the kingpin twenty-four hours a day,
seven days a week, was hacked, repeating a loop
of a sleeping El Chapo for several hours. We are
told it still shows El Chapo sleeping and the
technician can’t fix the camera to show a live
feed.
Prison Chief Chavo Guerrero told the Mexico City
Press , “This escape plot was even more
calculated than his previous escape. It was very
well planned. He pretty much just walked out of
the prison undetected and have no idea where he
is now. I think it was being planned and put in
place while El Chapo was on the run several
months ago, just in case he was captured and
put back in the same prison. He’s a smart man
with plenty of resources.”
The escape, between materials and bribes, would
cost El Chapo a million dollars to execute. That
is a small price to pay for a billionaires freedom.
U.S. Martials are looking for the hacker who
could have recorded El Chapo sleeping for a
night and be able to override the live feed
without the prison monitors noticing. Several
security protocols were easily bypassed by the
hacker. Prison officers are investigating how the
fake wall could be constructed without being
detected. They assume the same hacker was
able to loop the video feed of the wall so no one
would see the construction.
“They definitely learned from the first two
escapes. They knew exactly what to do this
time,” said Guerrero. “There was no playing
around. He walked out of the prison like he
owned the place. We will get to the bottom of
this. He will be captured and will not be allowed
to escape so easily again.”
USA USA USA
The FBI is beyond angry. They expected El
Chapo in their custody immediately after his
capture, but have been waiting patiently for
paperwork and bureaucracy to finish the
extradition process.
This waiting period left time for the cartel leader
to escape prison, now roaming the Mexican
countryside as he has done twice before.
FBI Director James Comey was hesitant to
criticize the Mexican government, but quick to
call for action towards El Chapo’s apprehension.
“We got lucky with the whole Sean Penn thing
last time. Maybe something like that can happen
again, maybe not,” said Comey. “We will lend any
support to the Federalis, to work together to
bring this evil man to justice.”
The FBI has asked for Guzmán‘s current
extradition papers to continue its process so
they can be ready when El Chapo is captured for
the fourth time. This would allow him to be
immediately sent to the United States and
eliminate the risk of El Chapo escaping a
Mexican prison for the fourth time.
