please i have downloaded the stuffs needed but im having trouble flashing the rom. i go on google play to download CWM (thats clock work mod right?) and when it installs it tells me that the software only works on a 4.0.1 and mine is 4.2 then it quits itself. please is there any other way i can flash this rom into my phone ? can i make use of ROM Manager? because it is working well on my phone

*. Phone RAM: Low RAM Is too Mainstream On Tecno Android phones. Having Anything Less than 1GB RAM on Android OS is too Bad. Apart From Tecno Phantom A1 and Tecno N9, No Other Tecno Mobile Phone has RAM Upto 1GB.

Bros, if I say you are the confused one you will think its an insult. So I wont say it.

Samsung churns out remixed phones every month, the worst is that they can go as far as producing 3 or 4 galaxy phones per quarter which means at least 10 different phones per year. Were their specs not mostly the same apart from minor differences? In this regard is tecno not better than Samsung.

We have up to 50 different galaxy phones, which year did the first galaxy come out self?

Imagine I have N70k, I then use N35k to buy the jelly bean 4.2 tecno phantom a+ right now and use it till they release a better model with the jelly bean 4.3 update later this year. Their phones are cheap so I will add highest N5k to my already saved up N35k for that phone and still be on point waiting for their next phone with the next best update early next year while Samsung galaxy users will still be struggling with their jelly bean 4.1 .

Its ingenious, very clever. And the upside is that I will be buying tear nylon phones with working guarantee and customer care in Nigeria. Who needs to buy a tokumbo Samsung again when tecno is in town?

@cyprian mehn that was some ish right there, you were indeed lucky.

once i was on a highway and there was an 'agofure' toyota hiace bus moving in front of me. we were passing by a corner sourrounded by thick bush and this bush meat ran out in front of us from the right (trying to cross the road)

the driver of the hiace bus also saw it and tried to kill it with his tyres, he made a 'brake & swerve' motion (i can tell because i noticed his brake lights come on for an instant) at almost 90kmph and his front passenger tyre exploded.

the bus didn't do much acrobatics oh, it just fell on its passenger side and then began to slide (spewing sparks & flesh) till it stopped

everybody in that bus that was sitting at windows on the passenger side died instantly while others sustained injuries. from almost a 100 yards away where the accident began those unfortunate passengers that sat at the windows hands, chests e.t.c were being covered with banana leaves. the ground scrapped them clean off their bodies while the bus was sliding on its side after the tyre burst.

all in all i was not involved in the accident, but i just wanted to point out what 'brake & swerve' can cause. if only that agofure driver decided to visit a restaurant to eat bushmeat that accident might not have occured . . . or maybe his tyre was worn out or over pressured. we can never know.

Onlytruth: The only easy way for the ACN-CPC merger to snatch Aso rock (even if Jonathan is contesting in 2015) is to field an Igbo candidate, somebody like Rivers state governor Chibuike Amaechi (if they can snag him from PDP) with a NW VP candidate. That way, the East will be thoroughly divided with the larger chunk supporting Amaechi.
Remember that Amaechi is also "Rotimi" (if that helps to get Yoruba votes).

If the merger can also get APGA, it will definitely kill PDP.
I personally want PDP killed.

Every good cook knows that there's nothing like good old firewood or charcoal smoke to really give flavor to ANY meal. Large fast food chains may not use them because of industry regulations and such, but nothing beats firewood. NOTHING.

@OP I've invested in a small coal pot to cook with once in a while when I crave that "ijinle" taste in any of the meals I cook or when I have guests over for sunday lunch and each time, I have my guests asking for more. The taste of traditional soups and stews (efo, gbegiri, omi obe, palm oil-fried pepper) and meals (jollof rice, yam pottage, beans) is especially enhanced.

i and my friend are currently arguing about this topic.

He says they all taste the same and the only difference is the time it takes to get the food done.

As for me i believe that firewood is the best for bringing out the taste of any cooking, my mum and grand mum both confirmed this fact.

But for the benefit of doubt, i will like more views on this issue. Can anyone add their observations please . . .
