Kanoski:Mention Fogman, search his profile and contact him for the screen. |
SeyiJayden:Your engine will always be running cold Your engine oil will always be too thick Your engine oil will quickly be forming heavy black sludge Your engine will begin shorting oil and smoking early Your cylinder walls and pistons won’t get proper lubrication due to thick oils and it’s resultant sludge Your engine will struggle to reach its correct operating temperature Your fuel consumption will double The sound of the engine will always be too high/loud Your cooling fans will be working overtime and easily give up the ghost at the time you least expect it If external relays are powering your cooling fans then they can easily quit working at the wrong time as well thereby overheating your engine and leading to head gasket damage all these and many more will be your portion if you should allow your mechanic delete your thermostat and run your fans directly So use your tongue to count your teeth |
In my opinion, the odyssey is better than the sienna in every single way except the ease of finding a mechanic that can readily work on it in Nigeria. Why you see sienna everywhere today is because transporters use them extensively then the private users believe since transporters use it then the mechanics and parts must be everywhere. |
nurey:Well it’s true sha. If I’m to select between two sedans with v6 engines and the choices are a Toyota and a Lexus my choice would also be clear. |
nurey:Nah, I doubt the size of the engine is the reason after all all these pure water ES330-350 all have 6 cylinder engines and people still rush them. I think it’s something to do with the design and styling of the Avalon, Nigerians just don’t seem to really ‘feel’ it and I don’t know why even if as you rightly pointed out they hold their looks and value well into the future unlike the avalon ship that people always complain the body falls apart after some years of use. |
nurey:For real? I think back then when that Avalon ship was in vogue I don’t believe the ES was even on the roads in Nigeria ![]() |
Ekeoma3650:Don’t hit the road yet . . . There’s still one more thing you’re yet to do ![]() mention pope to come and baptize your head first and also don’t forget to mention bishop to consecrate your vehicle they are the ordained e-hailing clergy on this thread. Only then will you have the full blessing of this thread to go forth and gather the mega millions while moving the whole Lagos upandan ![]() Happy riding |
ariesbull:Different brainbox/ECU ![]() |
nurey:I see. Let me ask, let’s say the ES350 costs 6m, how much would you peg the 2010-2011 face-lifted Avalon at? |
![]() Corto:I know what you came here to do tonight but I’m sorry to disappoint you ![]() You can crawl on back into the hole from whence you emerged ![]() |
Op you’re so much on point ![]()
|
Corto:You this guy again always finding my mouth even when I don’t acknowledge your existence. Carry on jor, na your sleep you dey disturb by carrying me in your head not mine ![]() |
These scientists are very late to the party. There are already aliens within us here especially in Nigeria, if not how can some living things that disguise themselves as ’human beings’ still campaign and scream upandan clamoring for the leadership of both PDP and APC . . . after everything the genuine human beings in Nigeria have been put through ![]() In fact, I’m sure we will soon unearth their space ship where it crash landed in ogbomosho ![]() |
deedee44:Omo that owolabi na robot I no sure say blood dey run through that guys veins at all. Remains 2 units. Deedee won’t you buy one? ![]() |
Pearl1910:Very true. The issue I had with my spare that particular day was that since I had not used it in like 8 months and I left it unchecked when I eventually tried to use it I saw that it was very much deflated. Since that day I now check my spare tyre every time I change my oil. And most times I meet it mildly deflated and needing some air. It’s the donut type. |
SamuelTaiw0:My brother, that 9pm ish has happened to me twice. I’d never allow it happen again. Vulcanizers usually close work once it’s dark and anyone staying behind must mean their homes are very close by and their equipment can be dragged there easily. It was a very terrible experience I tell you |
I have an uncle who is an underwater welder, as in . . . he welds with his tools inside water Let’s just say he’s a comfortable millionaire and his family goes on vacations outside the country occasionally. |
KokobySandra:Go back to the other thread and check the dates it was posted and this todays own. |
Gentlelife50:Remember that only yesterday you used your own mouth to say that you’d ignore me or my posts for life . . . it’s not up to 24hrs now oh ![]() I understand why you made that statement sha, I don’t hold it against you. I understand the way some certain truths in my prior post hit you way below the belt thereby pushing you to make such a statement. I don’t know anything about you except maybe your name or hustle. I have no reason to be arguing with you . . . Mr. gentle, over anything. If you say you or nobody here can buy my product then rest. I know it’s a possibility (albeit a sad one) but it won’t ultimately affect me in any way. The only person to lose is YOU who can not afford it. So what’s my business there? |
SamuelTaiw0:What am I selling? Vehicle Tyre inflator? Vehicle Engine jumpstarter? Mobile Power banks? this is a thread where transporters gather . . . Transporters who use vehicles everyday to make a living, my brother WHERE/WHO ELSE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO MARKET SUCH PRODUCTS TO? I still say it, the price is high . . . Yes, but so is it’s quality. That’s the only thing you can have against this product and not that the people on this thread are the wrong demographic to market to. My brother, I’m just doing some product sensitization on this thread. If someone here decides to buy or not it won’t stop my selling out every single unit of this product before Friday. I am just hoping one person from here can get one unit. I’ve always sold this product on nairaland since the inception of its procurement by our establishment but this is the first time I’m posting its advert on this Uber thread. This thread has been up for years, why I haven’t advertised it here before I can’t really say. Maybe it’s because I’ve always sold out the product just by posting it on other threads alone. This is the same way there was sensitization for people to dump using mobil XHP 20w50 for their tokumbo vehicles, some still kick against it till today but some others have seen reason to utilize such brands. There’s Castrol, Liquimoly, etc 5w20 and 5w30 up to 5w40 and more people keep seeing the need to stop using the heavyweight conventional oils in their vehicles today. When did the sensitization start? This is the first time I advertised here and I naturally expected some people to push against it due to its price alone. I know if it was it’s durability or functionality nobody in their right senses would question it. A good salesman’s job is to be able to carry fire into hell and still make his sales ![]() So naturally I’m ready to write epistles here to let people see the need to have an emergency unit with them. Some will see and some won’t. That’s how the world works. If nobody can buy it now I’m certain some others can buy it when next some are brought into the country. That’s how business is. You say there are vulcanizers everywhere right? Have you ever had a tyre emergency at 9pm? How many vulcanizers will you see at their spots to help you? Even the ones that agree will charge you nothing less than N3k because it’s after working hours. You spoke of having jumper cables right? Do you know that even with my own jumper cables most motorists are scared of assisting me with a jump start either because they don’t have the time, they don’t trust the location I’m requesting the help at, they are just ignorant of the functionality of the cables or they are afraid that my alternator will also kill their own battery during the help? |
TheModerator, me personally I have nothing against you. I just didn’t support the way you came in here and tried to pick a fight with cheefulgiver. That stuff wasn’t proper so I had to step in. Your digging and posting my names and pictures here didn’t move me an inch because I am a very transparent person and have nothing against anybody and I also have a belief that nobody has anything against me. I still sleep easy at night and post on this thread and others as I used to before. You didn’t achieve anything other than giving my moniker a name and face which ultimately endeared me to some members here who can now feel more comfortable engaging me in business and otherwise ![]() To me, you are my paddi, I don’t know you but you toiled and sweated overnight and overtime to get to know me . . . It’s okay. I appreciate the exposure. I am not against you for doing it because it’s nothing to me. You should engage me normally as I can be very reasonable most times. I don’t like the way you now only come here to be posting YouTube videos for me to watch. Most of the songs you show me to see are old songs that I’ve watched over 5 years ago. I don’t like what you’ve been reduced to. Post normally and make people learn from you here. That’s what this thread was initially designed for. Not for fighting or trolling. See the cheerfulgiver you were try to pick a fight with, he came here some weeks ago saying that bolt is dead, Uber has since been buried and Indriver is the new goose in town that lays the proverbial golden egg , when he came out to make that proclamation many people here laughed at him, some were trying to understand why someone would make such a statement. He then started dropping his tips and tricks which some started to follow. It didn’t even take up to a month later for InDriver to rebrand their company and make their services more user friendly and even changed their name. Then today 90% of drivers here are calling the same InDriver they once sneered at their new bae . Can’t you see the pattern? I may be loudmouthed, irritating or insulting but I always have a reason for this behavior. It is usually triggered by something. I am not too big to apologize, saying sorry is hard but I do it without blinking because I am not a proud person. All I’m trying to say is that I am apologizing to you for the way I castigated you earlier. It’s sad seeing you only posting one or two liners and YouTube videos these days. I will like you to engage us here with your original account which you’ve kept hidden. Forget about this TheModerator own you created to troll cheerfulgiver or me. It’s a waste of your time. I once told you that there was nothing you could do to make me run away but today see how things are. I’m still here aren’t I? As I said, I don’t even know who you are so how can I have anything against you. Try to forget trolling me. You can’t achieve anything from it. Instead just be yourself and try to help others. Stop coming here to say that what others are doing is a waste of time. Instead stay away from the thread. These people are here to get ideas and learn how to maximize their profits in the limited time they have on the job. People who come here to demoralize them are not helping matters and should stop. I’m not only speaking to you but others who have also attacked me saying Uber driving is a waste of time. Do you expect these people to leave their vehicles at home and go and steal? Please try to encourage them instead of ‘winching’ them. It won’t take a hair off your head. There are people who continue to progress in this same business you’re denigrating everyday. Once again TheModerator, you be my guy oh make we no dey quarrel over nothing. Me and you are not dragging anything so let’s try to get along okay. Peace |
Pearl1910:Did you see the price of the CAT replacement battery above? Did you see the price of their power bank too? Only the battery alone from CAT costs more than the product I’m selling to you and put it in mind that the same technology of cells used in their vehicle battery is the exact type used in their jumpstarter and power banks. The same 10 years of guaranteed usage for their vehicle batteries is the same span of time you can use their power banks and this their jump starter without issues. If you only need a jumpstart for using Solite batteries every once in 2 years (that’s if the battery lasts it’s expected run) then this product can cover you for at least the next 5 instances of your battery suddenly failing. That’s 10 years if guaranteed use in case of that specific emergency. Now we are ruling out other scenarios which might occur along the way like your vehicle battery being drained due to recharging your phones, listening to your radio for longer moments while it’s parked and switched off or a stubborn parasitic drain and other more serious issues like a failing alternator which usually creeps up on vehicle owners without warning. You speak of using a generator to recharge your phone in your home, why waste your fuel everyday when you can just quickly go to your vehicle and bring out this product to recharge your phones and laptops for free for up to ten years? People install electrical inverters in their homes for such reasons. How much do you think installing an inverter will set you back? The batteries for the inverter alone can set you back N100k each (and these ones won’t even be guaranteed to retain proper charge after up to 3 years of continuous use) not to even talk of the controller. And you’d need at least 2 batteries for a start. How much have you spent already? Yes you can still fire up your tiger generator with one liter of fuel for the same purpose but people who install these solar inverters know why they did so even though the tiger generator didn’t cost up to a quarter of the total installation fee for their setup. How much is the Solite battery today? Highest N25k and it lasts for 2 years of normal use so using that brand for 10 years will cost you N250,000 (without calculating the cost of inflation) while I can buy this cat battery above today for N150k and save more than N100k in the long run while watching you buy battery after battery after battery at increasing prices after multiple disappointments and dissatisfaction. There is a bigger picture somewhere in here that you’re still failing to see. I still admit that the prices for their products are high, but normally you can’t compare aba made Tonny Hilfinger to a Giorgio Armani product. This jumpstarter is a 3 in 1 product comprising of an air compressor, battery pack and engineered to work together hence the price. There are other products in the market that are only jumpstarters or power banks or tyre inflators but buying them each separately will still set you back far more than the price of this product especially when you’re going for premium brands and quality so in a way this product is subsidized for consumer use. It isn’t only useful for people who travel, it’s useful for everyone. Even if you don’t have a vehicle you can still use it to help stranded people and charge a fee. I hear it’s now N1k (with ‘abeg’) to help a stranded motorist jumpstart a vehicle while you still take it home to use as a portable power source. If you drive a vehicle that monitors it’s TPS sensors in real time you’d appreciate always being able to top off your tyres and get rid of the pesky notice it displays on your instrument clusters anytime the pressure in one of your tyres goes down over time. |
Pearl1910:First and foremost you’d need to keep it in mind that CAT is a long time recognized premium specialty brand. , they manufacture mostly niche professional tools and gadgets. The product I’m showing you was manufactured in and imported from the UK. The quality of the product is top of the line and it will last you for ages with normal use. Solite batteries cost about N25k, but to buy a brand like Trane or Everstart battery you must hold at least N40k. CAT batteries guarantee you 10 years of use. There are still better and more expensive brands that will last 10 times longer than the Solite battery in the market but most of our people usually buy what’s cheapest even though it could end up exploding and burning up their vehicles while they sleep at night. You speak of power banks, I myself have used more than 10 different power banks since they started being available in the market. We all know how long they last especially when we are buying brands like NewAge or Oraimo. Some even cheaper ones cleverly put in sand bags or ‘dud’ batteries inside their packs just to increase the product’s weight and deceive the buyers. There are mobile power banks in the market that last for donkey years and are rugged too. It’s still the price that scares people off notwithstanding that the premium brand won’t disappoint or explode even after donkey years of continuous use. Lets not even go into details concerning all these yeye Chinese mass produced cigarette lighter plug in type of tyre inflators. I’ve bought two of them before for between N10k to N15k each at different times and they didn’t even last up to 2 years before just deciding not to function again, and I’m a very careful person. I just took it out of the boot to use one day and it didn’t answer me. That’s how I was left stranded. They mostly spoil in silence and disappoint you when you need them the most. Then about tyres, you know you can’t compare Chinese tyres to premium ones. Double king is in the market so is Michelin. They are both tyres but their prices, pedigree and durability are miles apart. With N25k you will get a new double king tyre but you must hold at least N60k to get just 1 new Michelin tyre today. CAT products are built tough and precise to guarantee that they last for years even with the roughest of use. This product I’m showing you here might be expensive . . . Yes, is agree, but it’s a premium product with a bulletproof guarantee for years upon years of faithful usage. Look at the products below and their prices, I’m sure if I purchase these ones tomorrow and bring them to your notice you’d shrug your shoulders and scratch your head wondering if I’m not aware of Solite and Oraimo products that can be found easily in the market meanwhile the right type of consumer with a discerning eye for detail and quality will immediately rush to buy the CAT brand knowing fully well that the rewards are lined up to be reaped in the long run.

TheModerator:Ahhhh my guy wussup nah! I been think say the underground dungeon where dem send you go fit hold you for at least 10yrs but e be like say you climb fence escape well done I love how all the ‘hustling for years but still broke’ Uber drivers keep attacking me on this thread, I’m just happy exposing your kind of people to others here. All of una dey the same failure WhatsApp group ![]() At least the newbies here can now know who ‘to not use’ as mentors concerning the hustle Make una dey enjoy |
GeneralZodd:Hehehe mah niqqa you’re fully mouthed But It costs N115,000 per unit making it a total of N575,000 for the five units you want My contact details is in my profile. It’s actually only 5 units left in stock so . . . Tick-tock says the clock ![]() |
Gentlelife50:Yes I admit that I have wahala but it doesn’t change the fact that you’re missing the bigger picture here. You’re saying it’s too expensive yet you’re not taking into consideration the functionality, durability and usefulness of the product. Even if you’re not a vehicle owner do you know that the power bank feature of this device can recharge your home and mobile gadgets for a full week without dying? As in you, your wife and your kids gadgets all together at once? Oyibo’s built it for emergencies and camping trips. Unlike most of we Nigerians those people actually value their time, lives and sanity. There are different calibers of Uber drivers in Nigeria today. 1. Those that drive for others and remit on rentals 2. Those that drive for a partner on a hire purchase contract 3. Those that drive for themselves full time with their own vehicles 4. Those that drive in their spare time or when they are off duty from other jobs or engagements In my own opinion, I’d give it to Nos 3 & 4 on the list above to be the ideal users of this product. If you’re on a rental or HP contract then of course there’s no need for you to really have one since you don’t own a vehicle of your own which you use to hustle yet. A fleet manager can have a unit personally for their business but in my own opinion it’s not really effective because say he/she has 5 vehicles on Uber working and remitting every week, if per adventure one of them breaks down with a flat tyre or dead battery at an odd hour in an odd location, will the driver expect their manager to now carry the only power station out of the office/home and start driving to locate them in a remote area just to inflate the tyre or jumpstart the engine? That’s why it’s practical for each vehicle and driver to have its own unit. But fashi all I’ve been ‘ranting’ about above, what I’m really trying to let you understand is that not all Uber drivers are on the same level as you both physically, financially or mentally . If you can fight off agberos, criminals and lastma agents at a time of emergency or pay them off with humongous sums of cash as fines the next guy driving might not be able to do so . . . He is the one that needs such a device. If you can use your mouth to put on your tires valve to ‘blow’ in air to pump up a deflated tyre don’t think the next driver’s lungs has the capacity to do the same . . . He’s the one that needs such a device. If you’re sango, god of thunder that can ‘zap’ a dead battery with electricity to recharge it enough to kickstart your engine please don’t feel the next Uber pilot is like you in that regard, he’s the one who needs such a device. Because you feel comfortable jacking up your vehicle, removing your deflated tyre and rolling it to a vulcanizer half a kilometer away to patch and pump it while believing your vehicle will remain safe and secure at the spot you parked it when you return doesn’t mean the next fellow has the same morale to trust his environment or luck as you do. because you can not work for a year and set aside N100k towards handling unfortunate eventualities that may occur to your vehicle during your hustle doesn’t mean the other Uber driver you usually ‘shine teeth’ with has the same poor money management skills as you do I can go on and on but I’d stop here because if at this point, you’re yet to grasp the idea I’m spinning for you then it’s truly a pity and it tells me a whole lot about your character as a person. It makes me understand that you have and will never consider paying for a comprehensive insurance on your personal home or vehicle. Once again, if you know you can’t afford it then please leave others who can to obtain theirs , whenever you’re in such an emergency you can beg them to drive down to your location with their own unit to assist you. Even with your jump-starter cables most drivers will still not want to assist you with a dead battery but whoever has this device in their vehicle will not be afraid to even help a 911 tipper to jumpstart their engine. Gentlelife you don’t need to respond to this post, just read it and have a rethink about the way you make some choices concerning your well-being in the future at least for your family’s sake. |

Chai! God help us |
Hartway:Only heaven knows the type of emergency you’re in that warranted you visiting a pos agent to withdraw a whooping N255,000 at this time of the day with your full chest even after taking into consideration the total charge involved for the single transaction (N5,100) And only heaven knows the caliber of a pos agent that can keep and disburse such an amount at such time of the day to a stranger ![]() It is well |
easytig:So you always drive where there are streetlights and houses, vulcanizers and spare tyre sellers open for business 24/7, no bushes or lonely stretches of road from mondays to Sundays and even late at nights abi? it’s like you are still yet to grasp the full meaning of the word emergency I like dealing with people who talk like you you can call me whatever names your small mind can conjure up but you’ve always been an inconsequential fellow to me . . . a nobody, so I’d gladly pass ![]() |
Gentlelife50:So an Uber driver must purchase one in your front before you agree that it’s useful to you? But gentlelife, this one you’re talking like this, does it mean after all these years you’re still driving and remitting on rentals? Because that’s the only reason I can think of why a fully grown man who drives for a living from year to year will see purchasing such a product as a waste of money (even if it also acts as a portable power bank/ inverter for home use) |
Gentlelife50: And as you’re going about doing your ‘important things’ I pray you don’t encounter any emergencies that will make you start hallucinating about this product you’re castigating here. There’s a way God usually opens stubborn peoples eyes and shines ‘flood light’ inside so they can see properly ![]() |
