How come ihedioha polled 130,000 votes from mbaise land?

ON THE IMO STATE CASE, I FINALLY AGREED THAT THE SUPREME COURT GOT IT RIGHT!
For simple analogy, read this:

So that you crying lots can understand, I will break the judgment down for you in a layman way. Hope Uzodinma went to court, he told the court; I was rigged.

The court asked 'Can you prove your case', he answered, 'Yes', the court said 'Okay, Prove your case'.

Hope said no problem, he called 54 witnesses, he presented results of 388 polling units across the state where his votes were excluded. At the final INEC collation centres, INEC merely write 'Not Available' in the 388 columns where the votes of APC and Hope should be recorded, whereas, the column were filled and signed by all party agents, INEC and Police at the polling units.

Hope was smart, he gather the form EC8A his agents received at the 388 polling units where his votes were recorded and signed by all party agents, he also got form EC8B in all the 388 wards where his votes was unrecorded and was not therefore signed by his (APC) party agents. He presented all of that to the court and ask the court to explain why votes recorded at the PU went missing at the Ward, Local and State collation centres.

The Court said okay, we've heard you. They turn to the PDP and Ihedioha and asked him, did you hear what Hope said and see what he presented? Ihedioha said Yes. Court now asked him, do you agree with him?, he said No. Court then asked, what do you have to say.

Ihedioha called just 1 witness, he said what Hope presented and said was false. The Court said okay, but present the truth. Ihedioha said although I don't have any form or paper to present and I don't have more than 1 witness to call, but I know what Hope said is false. The court said Okay, hold on.

The court turned to INEC, did you hear what Hope said? They said Yes. Is it true? they said we don't know. The court asked if the form EC8A presented by Hope, where his votes were included and signed by all party agents and INEC was truly issued by INEC, INEC said Yes. They ask again, do you have any other contrary results or forms from the one Hope presented, INEC said No. The court said Okay. We are coming.

The court turned to the Police, who provided security for the election, do you hear what Hope said? Police said Yes, the court asked further, were you given the form EC8A at polling units level as provided for by the law? Police said Yes. Court ordered them to present it and they did, court cross-checked if it's the same with the one presented by Hope and alas it was.

Court then called Ihedioha, come and check it and juxtapose, he did, they asked if the form EC8A presented by INEC and the one presented by Hope which Ihedioha has just seen are the same, he said Yes. They asked him, what do you have to say? He insisted, it was forged

Court then told Ihedioha, you are a thief, Hope has proved his case and they declare hope the winner.

ME? I REST MY CASE.
You are the true son of your father. The matter is simple, straight and forward. They want the court to say thank you for the masterclass stealing you did, you are brave, go and enjoy your I'll gotten mandate. Then they can now believe that the judiciary is working. For what!

The same error keep haunting all of you supporting this miscarriage of justice else how come 388 polling booths also in 388 wards. This 388 something don hook all of una.
You think that you will be in Nairaland and know better than the supreme court judges who were presented with facts and evidence, such that all the judges gave the same judgement. If you like, invent one million questions and ask, it will not change anything. To the best of my knowledge, the stolen mandate has been retrieved and given back to the rightful winner of the election.
Politics › Re: Taking A Closer Look At Our Supreme Court-segun Showunmi by contigiency(m): 6:01am On Jan 19, 2020
All these grammar is simply because PDP lost in the court for a mandate they clearly in connivance with the INEC stole from the rightful winner? You can invent more of the grammar and keep ready because they will still lose more in the remaining States.

Hypocrites everywhere parading themselves as activists. Only have appetite to nickname black color white color whenever PDP didn't have their way. Otherwise, why did this grammarian ran short of grammar when the same supreme court denied APC their mandates in all the elective posts they won in Zamfara state and also denied them participation in Rivers state election. At that time, democracy was flourishing.

The Chairman, PDP Board of Trustees, Senator Walid Jubrin, said he dressed as a warrior in Igbo attire to depict that Nigeria is at ‘war.’

According to him, the alleged injustice was not only done to PDP but the entire Nigerians.

Look at madness. So if anybody wants to push madness to the street nowadays, they start by insulting the sensibility of the Igbo's. He could not declare war for his party to give presidential ticket to an Igbo man haven followed and patronized the party since inception. But he will remember to identify the Igbo's in a contest between two Igbo brothers. Is he saying that his own people attire represent people who are not serious to the PDP course?

That will be madness from the same people who always shout rule of law. So to them, rule of law is only meant to favor them. Let them get ready for more protests because they are definitely going to lose more States.

During military regimes prices were a bit stable, except buhari’s dispensation which he as well took Nigeria into a recession all in the name of fighting corruption!

Buhari is an expired product who isn’t fit to run a barber’s shop let alone a country like Nigeria. His leadership qualities are wack, he is nepotistic, religious bigot and an all round uneducated bag of bones!
You are simply not being reasonable. I didn't want us to reduce the discussion to a tattered of mere market women. If you agree with me, we go to history and discuss like people who have gone to school.

I will agree with you only on one condition. That is if we will go back from the last military regime of 1998 till 2018, so that we see how prices of commodities have been changing.

If you agree, let me know so we can select any number of essential commodities you want and dissect.

What a clownish way to draw your conclusions! These illiterates and money gobblers took Nigeria into a recession! The indices are there for everyone to see! Please read and be guided.
Check your facts very well and find out which government took Nigeria to recession. Because it's certainly not buhari's government. In case you don't know, google Soludo's 2014 Nigerian economic outlook post 2015. Where he said that whoever that will win 2015 election will find it so difficult to govern that he would likely resign.

Also tell me whose regime Okonja Iweala was serving when she announced that Nigeria had technically gone into recession. To the extent that 27 States could no longer pay salaries, while federal government was borrowing to pay salaries. This was when our crude oil was selling at about 130 dollars per barrel.

The same buhari that you hate, came and stimulated the economy by given budget support and pari funds refund to the States. Not to talk of numerous infrastructural projects going on in the entire country. Interestingly, this was when our crude oil was selling at about 45 dollars per barrel.

And with the recent finance act signed by the president which excluded SMEs of certain turnovers from some taxes and some locally produced goods, Nigeria will continue to improve on this rating.

Oga, who else is Nigeria's president?
Who else should be blamed or should Nigerians blame you instead?

Who else runs Nigeria if not president Buhari? Who installed the CJN?

Some of you are simply as dumb as your brainless god in Aso Rock
The same way he was running Nigeria and told the same supreme court to pronounce PDP winner for Zamfara state even when his party had already won all the elective posts. He was also running Nigeria when the same supreme court denied his party from participating in Rivers state election. As if that was not enough, he was also running Nigeria when the same supreme court gave judgment in favour of PDP in all the previous rulings in the PDP States.

In case you don't understand what I meant in my post, I was merely saying that in as much as he runs the country, it doesn't go down well to blame him for every actions taken by individuals and institutions. Those are adults who are paid to deliver their services. Even the fact that the judiciary is an independent organ of government should have restrained you from sounding the way you did. Else, we can as well say that buhari is the one running our individual homes, after all they are all in Nigeria.

Imo House of Assembly.
PDP = 13 members
AA = 6 members
APGA = 6 members
APC = Zero
Supreme Court said APC won. What kind of species are Imo people. They "massively" voted for APC in Guber election, but voted other parties in HoA elections that took place same day. They must have assumed that we're all stupid, don't they?
As if you are not aware that there was a conspiracy against APC in the state. The same Tribunal and the appeal court that saw nothing wrong with this governorship election were the ones that tried the house of assembly. And the house of assembly matter doesn't get to supreme court. If not, they would have regularised everything at the same time.

Is Uzodinma from Jigawa or Gombe state? Does he not have stake in IMO like every other indigenes of the state?
