It's simple. Allow them to go and get more embarrassments from the supreme court. They just want to remain relevant by making noise and heating up the polity. But that's obvious wrong opposition politics they are doing.
Look at their major headache is that APC hurriedly approached the supreme court asking for the review of the Bayelsa state judgment. They forgot that they were the ones that set the precedents when they asked for the review of the IMO state judgment. |

people making these statements are pretenders and unpatriotic Nigerians. They see worse case in foreign movies yet they say nothing because it is foreign. We all watched James bond, chakin chain, swasnigger, chinese movies, and many other movies with questionable and unbelievable contents. Besides, some of those points are not what they should be bothered about, but the message being passed. After all, it is in an attempt to act what is real that they now act porn and other contents that are not supposed to be seen in home movies, thereby introducing a lot of negative vices in the lives of our youths. |

SLAP44: I think the handing over of Imo state to the highest bidder, (Uzodinma and APC) is the biggest rape on democracy so far.
On Bayelsa state, the judgement is correct since the contestants shot themselves on the foot, this is typically APC screening method which doesn't care about the qualification of their contestants. Check their presidential candidate in the last election, no paper certificate yet they cleared him to run. That election should also be overturned. So if they make you judge today, this is how you will be judging your cases? This is why I hate all of you who have sworn alliance with PDP. Because you can endorse any evil so long as it suites your immediate comfort. |

michaelogbejohn: I think the best way to think ahead is to give the scientists enough funds to facilitate their research day in and day out. Remember Iran promised huge amount of money for the head of Donald Trump, a word is enough for the wise. So that they will use the money to buy cars and houses just like university lecturers are doing with Tetfund grants instead of using it for the research it was meant for. |
Health › Re: Discover Conoravirus Vaccine, Get N36m - FG To Scientists by contigiency(m): 10:37pm On Feb 13, 2020 |
rottennaija: That's misplaced priority. First of all, how will they test the efficacy of their discoveries? And how will they know it works unless the have an infected patients or the sample of the virus to test it with? How will they get the virus sample to test? You will end of having people who work for their selfish interest thereby working against the interests of the general public.
This is an unworkable solution.
Why not call for the assembly of the best scientist and biochemist in Nigeria, give them a good lap, feed them, provide 24 hrs electricity with the best electronic gadgets and laboratory equipments and have them work together towards having a solution to the virus?
Common, who advises these people self? They need better advisers. What's exactly your point? |

manontree: This is such bullcrap. I passed this bridge from the Asaba axis last week and noted the lack of progress on this bridge. The few work going on was at the Asaba dinner city and only the ocean pillars have been installed across d water. They look old and unattended and no underwater or over water construction was ongoing
There is no way at this pace this project would even be 20% completed when these clowns leave power. This is just stupid propaganda and I would like anyone to bet me if this government would complete this before the 2023 elections
Shame So you mean those pictures were imported? If it's your wish that the project don't get completed so that you come here to shout that you have been vindicated, then I tell you to get ready to jump into the bridge and get drowned because, you will definitely be put to shame. The project and many more will be completed in Igbo land before the end of 2023. |
Politics › Re: Fashola Inspects 2nd Niger Bridge Project, Asaba Section (Photos) by contigiency(m): 8:04am On Feb 12, 2020 |
misterme: Is the 2nd Niger bridge for Igbo's or for Nigerians? Note, this is not a bridge across Imo River or Anambra River. This is a bridge connecting the East to the West. So I ask again, is the bridge built only for Ndi Igbo? This is the new narrative now? It's no longer that the president is not doing any project in Igbo land. The new story is that after all the bridge is meant for Nigerians and not only for the Igbos. You people are simply impossible. |

Awol1: They are working so hard to gather points they'd consider enough to curry the Eastern votes in 2023.
But hey, I think I need to remind us that the Second Niger bridge was commissioned as Public Private Partnership Project.
What that means, as I remember president GEJ saying then, is that once the govt pays it's counterpart fund for the project, which Jonathan did, the project will go on irrespective of who is in power.
That's the truth they don't want us to remember. Could you please stop advertising stupidity as if it's a paid employment by going through the website of Julius Berger that is doing this work, so that you will have the fact as per when this project was finally awarded and financial commitments made by the government. |
