bluuu: i av questions.wen s d right time to test drive in a relationship.wat if u test drive n 'd goods' s no longer bought? wat can/should b doneit's a risk we all have to live with. it's the same as asking a girl out & not knowing if she's a witch or a demon. i'd rather have a broken relationship than a broken marriage. no test-drive in this day & age? not a chance! |
dayokanu: I can understand warning teenagers with the no sex rule cos they might not know the risks involved but after a certain age even your family would start suspecting you of not being completei understood sex education quicker than logarithm/indices. it didn't take me more than 10 mins to learn the rules & boundaries. sëx is too important, it's part of our mental development growing up. |
dayokanu: No sir. I am totally against no testing.even at 17, i wouldn't enter into a relationship without sëx. if a woman is not sex-ready, she should forget about dating overall. who has time for rubbish? |
PocketEconomist: Well, if she doesn't like it, can't you just make that small sacrifice for the one you truly love?she won't be my fiancée if she doesn't like it. heaven forbid! i will now marry someone i am not sëxually-compatible with in the name of sacrifice. this is one of the reasons married men cheat!!! if a woman's bedroom game is not tight, she's of no value to me. you talk about sacrifice - why can't she make that little sacrifice for me that she truly loves? |
PocketEconomist: Let us be truthful, if one's fianceé doesn't want pre marital sex, and the man cajoles her into doing so, that's pure selfishness. That man is meant to put her interest before his. If he doesn't, will you say he really loves her?why would my fiancée not want pre-marital sëx? |
chynzino: My father passed away with no will and his last wife who was legally married is trying to take control of his properties despite not having a male child. While the other wives gave birth to male children all grown up. (4 wives- 4 males and 3 females).there are 4 wives - each wife should get 25% of your late dad's asset. whether she has a daughter or a son is irrelevant. it's not her fault her husband passed away early & since she's the last wife, she spent the least number of years in the house. she had less time than the other wives to have her own son. give her what she wants.... the last wife is often the favourite wife. had your dad written his will before passing away, he could have given 75% of his will to this last wife so be very happy she's asking for a landed property. try & sort this out amicably before things get messy in court - the case will drag & drag and if care is not taken, you will exhaust all the money your dad left on the case. |
Erm ladies and gentlemen, this is not the literature section. Lets move past the "he's": Thanks
you will ban me for talking about literature - will people not learn from this? |
fellis: This is the first time in my life I am hearing that he's can also mean he was depending on the context...... very fascinatingwhen spoken - not when written. i thought i made mention of that in my earlier post. no need to ask me if i can find where it's written when i already said it's used in spoken english. |
hrmkz: And men want illegal sex?men don't care about illegal sëx. we just want to have sëx whether legal or illegal. most men will readily put a woman in the house & make children without worrying about marriage & all that ceremonial formality. |
Psychedelia: Adidas makes the worst jerseys, dude. Period.for football, adidas makes the best shirts. you can't go wrong with adidas. the ones they just make for nigeria are very wack. if you sample the french national team football shirt or the german one, you will go wow!!!! |
CFCfan: I still hope Adidas will make some twerks to this designthey have always made low-quality shirts for nigeria & other african countries. it's pathetic. i dunno if the value of the shirt deals is the factor but some of the shirts won by african teams in the tournaments are cringe-worthy. you often see the numbers peeling off during the games. the shirts itself are low quality. i have never seen our nigerian shirts tech-fitted like that of france, spain, germany, argentina, etc and the same adidas designs for all these countries. |
effisyman: Single ladies be like, why should i come to your house? so that you can say am cheap eenh.the moral of the story is - women want legal sex |
fellis: What am I seeing?you are very correct!!! however, contraction in english has always been vague. although, i will never use it in a formal writing just like i wouldn't start my sentences in small letters like i have been writing here. however, he's (when spoken or informal writing) can really mean he was depending on the context of the sentence. another contraction that can be confusing is [b[when's e.g - when's the last time you ate? "you ate" automatically means when's = when was. |
dyabman: Keep running your mouth . . .dyabman - sack your manager & employ the jobless captain amalanga of the disbanded ipukulu marines. he's currently out of job & he's been terrorising female teenagers in his territory. |
the jersey is rubbish. i dunno how our FA accept these rubbish designs from adidas. countries like spain, argentina & germany get beautiful designs with the same sporting brand & nigeria just take any yeye design and run with it. |
mikeapollo: This is one of the things we invented and took to other countries.....e.g Ghana. The first set of armed robbers arreseted in Ghana were Nigerians.that's a very horrible thing to say...... how can you say nigeria invented robbery when the brits introduced the first criminal code, the gold coast criminal code in ghana as far back as 1892 & some sections of the code dealt with robbery. were nigerians living in ghana in 1892? |
Goes to show how poorly managed RVP has been by the staff.
that's a player that managed 38/38 in the last 2 seasons. he played about 30 mins on tuesday without any incident. he is injured again off the pitch. moyes has turned carrington into a terrorist bootcamp. maybe he asks them to carry rocks or kick concrete balls. dayokanu: Suarez himself said he fell deliberately to win a penaltywhat's wrong with your comprehension? was the first fall where his 2 hands were on the floor genuine or not? that's not a dive. the second one was milking the situation & letting the referee think he was fouled. So how is Gilardinos a deliberate fall and Suarez not? So if Suarez hand were already on the floor why did he have to spring and smash himself on the turf again?did suarez run another 3 steps before falling again abi you have got a high level infection of pink eye. suarez made for the 2nd jump immediately after his 2 hands were on the floor. he lost balance then tried to take advantage. By the way how did you know Gilardinos was deliberate? Do you know his threshold of pain, Just repeating what you said earlier.gilardino did not lose balance. the tackle didn't even make him stagger he was running perfectly then he realised he wouldn't get the ball & then dived 5 secs after the initial contact. that's a dive - he should have fallen immediately contact was made on his foot. |
Katsumoto:cheating is cheating... pointing to the spot after accidentally falling & contesting for corner knowing fully well it's a goal kick are both cheating. And it certainly is different from players who instinctively raise their hands and point to the corner for a freekick or goal kick.instinctively? so people instinctively cheat? every dead ball is contested on the football pitch. the player who puts the ball out of touch is even contesting the opponent did just to take advantage - all these things are cheating & it's not different to pointing to the spot after falling. |
dayokanu: Diving cannot be preplanned. If a player runs into the box didnt get challenged and was able to roll the ball into the net so why would he bother diving?yes, it's preplanned..... No players runs into the box with the ball with plans of divingof course they do. when he takes possession of the ball. he already see markers in front of him. he already knows what he must do to get past him or dive for it. an example of a classical dive is knocking the ball past your marker & deliberately bumping into your marker. referees fall for that trick 9 times out of 10. you then hear commentators saying what should the defender do? disappear?? Its only when the initial plan to score fails that they resort to the backup which is divingwhich means the initial fall is not a dive....raising their arms after the initial fall is just trying to milk the situation. the initial fall is genuine. Which player would have the ball and chance of scoring and just prefer to throw himself on the floor? its when he has lost the ball legitimately that he improvisesso claiming a penalty on it's own after a genuine accident is now a dive? are you listening to yourself at all? so a player slips while trying to score and falls - he then quickly points to the spot - it means he dived? dayokanu: According to coogar, this is also not a divethat's a deliberate fall. the tackle did not unbalance him. he ran another 3 paces before deciding to fall. biko, compare it to the other gifs you have shown. suarez's 2 hands were on the floor as he turned & vidal kicked the turf accidentally. those were genuine falls. they weren't planned. |
dayokanu: In your own words, "He fell and he was trying to milk the fall to get a penalty"diving is pre-planned. anticipating a contact or deliberately leaving a trailing leg knowing contact would be made & then jerking forward to exaggerate the contact made. it's a pre-planned move not all the ones you have showed us here. arturo vidal, suarez are not different to players claiming a ball that went out of touch knowing their own team mate put the ball out of touch. this is also dishonesty no one seems to talk about. watch when a corner is put into the box & 2 opposing players contest & put the ball out of touch. all the players in the box then raise their hands claiming goal kick or another corner kick. how's that different to vidal pointing to the spot? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNx5ok60U6A dayo, watch this video - this is the MNF show that made gary neville the best pundit in europe by a long distance. he re-echoed what i have always thought about people quickly judging a player has dived. sometimes, these players genuinely fall accidentally & then swiftly want to take advantage. it doesn't mean they had plan to fall originally. |
dayokanu: Pointing to the spot means he was trying to win a penalty by the actionbut pointing to the spot on it's own is not diving. the kicking of the turf wasn't planned so it's not diving. pointing to the spot is him trying to milk the situation. And you know he did not dive because?because i have common sense & i have played football. look at the sharp turn he did & that was where he lost balance. knowing he's lost balance & fell, he now tried to take advantage. When the man himself admitted to diving coogar the attorney claims he did not dive.he did not confess to diving - he simply said he fell & was trying to milk the fall. suarez did not plan to fall immediately after the turn. you have eyes, watch the gif again & see for yourself. suarez lost balance by making that turn, you can see he was bent as he made that turn - that was not planned & it's not a dive. |
dayokanu: he kicked the turf then why was he pointing to the penalty spot?so pointing to the spot means he'd planned to kick the turf deliberately? A sprinter has nothing to benefit from a fall, A footballer who tumbles in the box gains a penaltyso if sprinters fall because they are distracted, what makes you think footballers who must run with the ball & evade tackles will not even fall more frequently? How do you explain Suarez herehe simply lost balance - he did not dive. the sharp turn unbalanced him & he fell. i am sure you believe john terry dived when he missed a penalty in moscow against united. |
Phder: Read your previous comment out loud and ask yourself the question you're asking me... You said "he's a drug dealer" don't tell me you don't know the difference between "is" and "was".are you an illiterate? he's = he is or he was. my last sentence then said he sold drugs as a youth before he started rapping. even a kid of 5 knows i was stating a fact about his past. how does that equate to judging him? if you don't have anything to say, better tape it shut!!! |
dayokanu: Do you think Vidal dived here ? or spectators dont have eyes to judge situations?the player in the first gif didn't dive - he kicked the turf instead of the ball. that's an accident. if he was booked for that then the referee is a fool. or the player belowthe second player had anticipated that tackle & tried to evade it & it unbalances him. these players are running at top speed, any little distraction can cause them to fall. do we not see sprinters fall @ the olympics - were they diving to get other sprinters sent off? |
dr dams: I hope dis not the coogar i had intention of slapping some months back?slap me? attempt that & you would have your lower abdomen turned into a fountain of blood while i use your intestine as a bungee cord. go & get a better internet connection to see the message my gif is passing. i suggest you sell your phone use the proceeds to buy more internet speed. |
GustavoFring: Dont get me wrong though. I am not defending the outright cheating and blatant diving in the box.gary neville did an exclusive on this topic & i dunno why people don't get it. exaggerating a contact is a way of letting the referee pay attention to the tackle. if a player does not hit the deck, he will not get a decision no matter how gruesome the tackle is.... there's no football novice here, we have seen referees ignore countless tackles because the man on the ball continues to run after he's been tackled & the referee waves play on. there's no good or bad in it. it's up to the referees to do their job & the media should shut up & stop demonising players. how can you as a spectator tell if a player has dived? do you know his threshold of pain? do you know if the trip is enough to make him to lose balance? do we even know if he was anticipating the tackle & trying to evade the tackle made him lose balance & fall? if i pretend to want to slap you & withdrew my hand at the last microsecond, would you not react? that's what most people see as diving. humans will respond to stimuli. if i am anticipating a contact & the tackle was withdrawn in the last second, that distraction is enough to distract me & make me lose balance. that's set in stone. |
dr dams: When we say an act is legendary or some one is a legend ; it doesnt neccessarily means their attributes tends towards positivity.https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v216/JHaines/Clap_zps7e7037b6.gif |
Phder: This is America, 80% of the total population have at a point in their life used or sold illegal drugs (pots, meth, coke, e.t.c.). Stop judging people with their past.so where in my comment did i judge jay-z? why do you people always jump into conclusions & make daft assumptions? so stating a fact is now judging? |
This is what happens when you try to convince a neanderthal. I made my facts and reasons point and clear.
you have been exposed as a charlatan - you should face-palm! if at your age you don't know the meaning of the word legend, i suggest you should go get yourself a primary school uniform & start all over again. how's robin hood a legend & anini isn't? |
Maybe in your own little stratosphere. You might as were build images and statutes of them and idolize them.
you are a bush man. robin hood, britain's most notorious robber is a legend. countless movies have been done about him. then you have billy the kid, adolf hitler & even bin laden are legends. why don't you verify these statements instead of letting your emotions get the better of you? shadrach77: nope, there was one more you didn't add the legendary ibadan rober Mufu Oloosa Oko. So popular a film was released about him recently. And the write up by the op did not do justice to Oyenusi. He was heavily fortified via charms and so many legendary stories abound about his exploitsi only compiled a list of the ones that shook the nation. anini had the whole of bendel state rocking then. it became a national embarrassment for IBB that an armed robber can hold an entire state to a ransome. his girlfriend was turned & she betrayed anini. |
I am sorry but I do not agree with you on this. There's nothing legendary about someone who decides to carry arms and terrorise other citizens, killing those who go about their daily living. There's nothing legendary about such people. If you believe they are legends, then you are inadvertently encouraging someone out there who can't live above his means to take up a gun and go on a spree killing. Neither does encouraging nollywood producers or actors to act the script of such notorious psychopaths a worthy act. If you want to help the victims of these criminals, there are better ways of doing such like organizing a fundraiser, et al and not eulogising these criminals and asking the proceeds of such acts be given to the victims. Please don't call an armed robber an urban LEGEND. You are simply bastardizing that word 'Legend' and in the process placing evil in the midst of good...... There are people who have made significant and amazing contributions to humanity and are called LEGENDS and I don't think placing criminals in the same class as these people is the right thing.
legend = the story being told about famous or infamous people generally. they don't have to contribute positively to be legends. a serial killer is a legend so is a freedom fighter like mandela. you can google it & confirm. whether famous or notorious - as long as people talk about it en masse - a legend is born. the dictionary defines legend as an unverified story handed down from earlier times, especially one popularly believed to be historical or a person whose fame or notoriety makes him a source of exaggerated or romanticized tales or exploits. so whether you like it or not, derico, anini, oyenusi & shina rambo are all legends. |
