1. Put her behind the counter.

2. Make her write a statement (without reading her her Miranda rights or providing her with legal counsel)

3. Charge her with murder, put her behind bars and deny her bail (with the excuse that the case is being investigated).

She may be lying ofcourse, but then again, she said she was about to be raped. That justifies her killing him in self-defence to me.
