The issue is that those that have already japa will just occupied space on the staff returns, for instance, if hospital is having just 10 nurses that are available, meanwhile the total number of nurses in that hospital is 20 including those that have japa, they will still be counting it that the hospital is having 20 staff, and that's disadvantage to that hospital 2 Likes |
