I love contrarian play. Assuming short selling is allowed in NSE, I would be shorting those MF by now grin

Breaking News; ARDOVA PLC plans to delist from NGX

[i]Ardova PLC (“Ardova” or the “Company”) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (“NGX”) that Ignite Investments & Commodities

#coyslinkedtosirFO

I hope In the end, there will still be companies trading on the NSE with this rate of delisting as more companies keep leaving the market. Bad sign of how terrible the APC has destroyed the economy. I cum in peace.

Guinness is warming up for another run. Don’t say you were not told.

GTCO expect pull back around N26 to shake out weak hands. Final destination before a major reversal is N34.

CWG (this is current price’s baby). I checked out the chart and looked pretty decent. It is also setting up for a run.

Oando might need to retest previous low before continuing its upward movement.

Abeg make I stop here.

You made a lot of assumptions which are just wrong.
This thread is for civilised, educated and sophisticated investors not random people that try to eke out a reaction from another individual at every opportunity they get.

Bros, be calming down. Nothing offensive in @currentprice’s advise. I completely agree with him that you need to combine your fundamental knowledge with technical skill to avoid such hasty decision and save yourself unnecessary psychological trauma. One love.

Not sure about this since Fed is yet to pivot. The future looks really bleak for gold.

InterBrew is missing in my bedsheet, that mean bedsheet is not interested about the stock due to back to back negative earnings with about 40B negative retained earnings, negative FCFE, even the company doesn't believe in herself by investing huge fund in debt securities to make money than investing in her operations.

With a return on equity of about 113% and a dividend payout ratio of 86%, Nestle should have a sustainable growth of about 16% whereas the earnings are growing at about 20%.

You get the sustainable earning growth by subtracting 86% ie the dividend payout from 100%, which will give you 14%. Then you multiply by the return on equity of 113.

Nestle is appropriately priced at a PE around 16, but nothing bad in getting it cheaper

Expect a drop in pay out. Carrying such debt exposure and yet disregard ploughing back bulk of its profit and liquidity is a disaster in waiting. Thus, It needs to deleverage its balance sheet as the finance cost which keeps increasing might soon erode its bottom line.

NSE is just a graveyard! A reflection of the bad state of Nigerian economy and slopiness of SEC. No new listing, deficient FPI, poor corporate governance, extreme manipulation, low retail participation, weak liquidity, lack of innovation, amongst others. #sigh

Crypto is still paying sir. I make money on the bull and bear side of the market as a professional trader. However, it’s good to diversify and have a slice of each market in one’s portfolio. btw, I also trade NSE. Made a kill on the last Oando rally. grin
