Chief I dont know where u stay but in my area of lagos state....we have private registered waste collectors that come twice every week to park waste for a token of 3k monthly for duplexes,I believe flats pay lesser amount...that one is very affordable and keeps the estate clean at all times.

Anybody that throws wastes like this and messes up a public property should be shot in the head.

I've come to discover that the Nigerian mentality is a huge ingrained problem. Approach is everything. Just a cursory glance at this response to a serious accusation shows you everything wrong with us as a people. At no point was an attempt at an apology made, never mind who was/is at fault.

Sir, the slant back Gsd is not the only type of Gsd. Infact they are modified and are mainly for show, from your post I'd suggest a Gsd too but a straight back or DDR... Google DDR Gsds, i think Household Kennel breeds DDR, truth is any dog can be trained to be a guard dog cos i believe even the mighty Caucasian can end up being a couch potato if not trained adequately.
