I did my masters at the University of Ilorin. So what are your questions? |
HELP ME PRAISE GOD OOO! I am here to share a testimony. During the first upgrade to 6.0, I lost all the data I saved on my internal memory. But like most other users, the space those files consumed was still occupied as if they were hidden. I was so much troubled by the loss of my data, especially messages from my spiritual fathers, Daddy Adeboye n Bishop Oyedepo. Hence, when the March update was released, I ignored it. The update notification came but disappeared after about 5 days, I wasn't even bothered...don't want to lose any data again. Lol Then this week, it came back, and with one faith today, I did it (about 14.1 mb) and lo and behold, all my previously hidden files came out of hiding. Now, I am flexing my messages again. Help me shout halleluyah! |
persius555:I watched his previous interview on Channels some months back and he DID proffered solutions. Kindly find the video on Youtube, and see the solutions he proffered. I tell you, from the Presidential Debate, he has been proffering solutions, just that not many Nigerians see political debates as something worthwhile in making informed choices. |
Reyginus:Dont mind the Ode jare! I voted for Onovo at the last election and I never regretted doing so. From the presidential debate organised for all the presidential aspirants, his reasoning stands out. The PMB he claimed to be what we need was even ashamed to come and present his ideas to the generality of the populace, he prefers to talk to his party members who have been brainwashed and cajoled to the campaign rallies with goodies. For someone like me who does not follow a politician or a party, I would rather make my choices based on how well an aspirant can clearly enunciate his proposals and tackle questions that are real, not people of promises. |
jeebz:Thanks bro! Downloaded the prospectus of 2015/16, and UI PG school regulation. It is stated that non-UI Master's holder are to apply for MPhil/PhD. |
B. A. (English) Unilorin M. A. (English Language) Unilorin PhD (English Language - Stylistics) Hopefully UI Please, can anyone confirm the claim that UI does not accept non-UI master's degree holders into the PhD programme directly regardless of their grade unless they go through MPhil/PhD conversion? If it is true,I may be forced to apply to Unilag because I don't want to go back to Unilorin. Are there other universities in Nigeria that also discriminate like UI? |
Spectrum Books Limited Ibadan is a typical example of this. Been there and saw how inhumane people can be. |
Hello Kalan, pls how much is the tuiton for PhD in English? I am considering applying this year. |
abdussalam:Boss, thanks a lot. Is the #97,650 for the first year or the second year? I know Masters' tuition fee is about #96-97k, so I though MPhil/PhD should be more than that. |
abdussalam:Pls can give me tuition for Mphil/Phd in English? I really need it. |
lemade:Pls Lemade, do you have an idea of how much Mphil/Phd tuition is for Faculty of Arts? |
phunnmee:pls I will appreciate it if you can get me the fee for MPhil/PhD in English Language. |
Please anybody with MPhil/PhD tuition for Faculty of Arts? |
tief:The tuition for masters @ Unilag is #150,000. Tho...that's for Arts. |
omoajiri:I tell you, Onibonje is not only dead, it is buried. If u wanna talk about good publishers in IB, talk about BOOKCRAFT, I saw the book the company made for the 25th Anniversary of GTB and I can tell you, that in Ibadan, no publisher can match it: UPL, Evans, Spectrum, etc. |
Lets be open-minded pals, and stop accusing Murray based on the assumption that he know about the printing. Fine, he may know about it, and if so, he is a hypocrite. But as someone who works in one of the best publishing firms here in Nigeria with good foreign links, I can tell you that only a few printing press in Nigeria can give you the best in terms of printing. The likes of Afkar (owned by Bola Ahmed Tinubu but managed by a White man), Global Plus and Academy Press, all in Lagos, are among the few good printing presses in Nigeria that can rub shoulders with printing presses overseas, especially those in India, in terms of quality but not in prices - printing in India is cheaper. Therefore, publishing houses normally go outside the shores of the country to print. And in addition, the CHOICE OF WHERE TO PRINT belongs to the PUBLISHER NOT THE AUTHOR. Such things as where to print are hardly stated in Author-Publisher Contract, and the publisher, most often than not, do what seems best in terms of quality and price. I know those in the business can ascertain this, and those who are willing to learn can research on this. Someone may be wondering why printing overseas is cheaper; they have got good machines which make work faster and the do not charge based on colour - a book with one colour is charged as a book with "four or full colours". |
Please who has any information on PhD tuition in UI? I will appreciate a reply. |
yemi002:VERY TRUE! |
please is the Hot 2 case being sold on jumia with the 3,000mah battery or just case? |
Abirisegun:Okay. You can drop your number for me through my email jamescassidyb@gmail.com or add me up on whatsapp on 07031193604. We need to talk. |
Abirisegun:Any update oga mi? |
Hello pals, I just learnt Kings University has concluded their recruitment exercise. I called one of their contact numbers and i was told people have been shortlisted and invited for interview. |
Pls since updating, my system can find my phone when connected. How do I rectify this? |
Abirisegun:Thanks Bro. You be our contact o. Are you an applicant for academic or non-academic position? |
The info I got on the School's website is that students are to resume on the 1st of February, 2016 but I am not aware of anybody who got an invite for interview. Did anybody here get an invite, academic or non-academic? |
negga4al:Thanks a lot. |
House please help out. I intend to buy a new battery for my Hot 2 because I do a lot of things on my phone which affects the battery span. But on getting to Jumia website, I only saw Infinix Hot 2 Battery Case which sells for 2,200, I am some confused. Is the Case with the battery or the 3,000 mah battery separate. |
londoner:So the English spoken in South Africa is incorrect, likewise the one spoken in India? Please read about World Englishes before saying what you do not know. |
Where are those stupid professors who knows nothing but to bully students and intimidate them? Their researches aint internationally recognised and they pride in their achievements of previous years. They contribute nothing new! Finishing on time in Nigerian schools is difficult coz lecturers will witch-hunt you or delay you unnecessarily. Abroad, things are easy, yet their meticulousness and academic standard cannot be compared with ours. |
arnoldwilliamz:Whosoever says Nigerian English is a myth goofed. I understand you 100 per cent jare. The fact that some people are uninformed makes the issue hard. Even renowned scholars like David Crystal and Braj Kachru agreed that there is Nigerian English so why should someone who knows nothing or little about language deny its existence and link it to imperfection. For anyone who cares, read on Indian English, Australian English, even South African English and you will be amazed that there are many nativised varieties of English language. The uniformed need to be informed. |
I have gone through this thread from page one and I cannot but see Nigerians in their "pull him down attitude". Even those who have never seen the phone runs it down with their mouths. Before you comment on the phone or buy it, get a feel from someone who has it. I have handled it, recommended it for people who need affordable android at an affordable rate and I can confess that the phone is good. The problem with Nigerians is that we are too critical and skeptical of new things; that the phone doesn't come with pre-installed gallery or file manager does not make it a wack. In fact, it is to allow you configure the phone to your taste. True, the phone cannot be compared to S5 or S6 or other expensive android phones, but at the price for which it is sold, it is NICE. If you still doubt it, check it out. Personally, I feel the phone pass my BB Q5. |
Pls which good application can one download on Hot 2 to view pictures and videos? |
